Edit: I got the titanium package and they do not clean the trims and had to get them to re-vacuum it there was still trash in the cupholders. But, Out for all the Car washes in the area, this is the most decent one. I feel like they are somewhat trained to clean vehicle right without telling them you missed a spot. Today, I visited Mister Car Wash for the first time and had the worst experience. I paid for titanium interior cleaning and gave a $10 tip, for a total of $56. My car started with someone "vacuuming the interior" before it went through the washer. Once wash was completed, the final step was the staff upfront drying, armor all, and cleaning the tires. Everything was DONE according to them a little before 4p. I thought it was odd that my car was ready so quickly being the list of things they were suppose to do should take a little time. Well when I got to my car the outside was great. The inside was a whole other story. It was barely vacummed, carpet was no cleaner than when I initially gave it to them. I had a feeling because the guy who was supposed to vacuum had a very LAZY demeanor about him, so it was half ass because he was half ass. Zero armor all in interior and very little on tires. The car scent I selected did not get sprayed and if it was it was watered down because when I finally got a "manager" she said "oh they spray that at the end". I told her they gave me my keys and said they were all done. She looked puzzled, I'm thinking you hired these folks why are you looking at me? The part that pissed me off was I called their number while I was still in the shop and my call was forwarded to voicemail. I asked a staff if the manager was here? She knocked on a door and a "manager" came out. Not really sure what her title was but I had my doubts. None the less a really nice guy took my car back around the vacuum area and vacuumed the car with the help of the "manager". So to make a customer happy and maybe return they should have offered at least one complementary cleaning or a partial refund. Overall terrible experience. I paid $50 for an interior/exterior wash. They barely even vacuumed the inside. The nooks and crannies were not touched. Still dirt on the inside of the door that I could wipe off with my finger. I'm waiting for my car to come thru the wash its cars coming out that came way after mine. Then I paid $34 and got a $10 job. Unacceptable I'm waiting over 20 minutes then have to ask the young man to whipe down the inside and that was supposed to be included. 'No one can clean your car better than yourself', is a sentient shared by many enthusiastic car owners. You realize this notion when you come across these touch-less car washes (quiet literally, they don't even let you vacuum, everything is done by them). I was looking for a car wash (since it'd been over a month without one), not too fancy, just a regular car wash with free vacuum. I came across Mister car wash in my search and gave them a visit and boy, was I surprised by my visit. They have a few entrance lines when you pull up, one for the members, one which stated external wash and 2 lines for interior (that's the vacuum station). I naturally pulled up to the exterior wash since this was my first time, so I enquired about the vacuum usage after the wash. The rep told me they take care of everything (and since I badly needed a vacuum, I had no other option). I then pulled up to the interior lines and that's when things got interesting. The other rep at this line showed me the "interior clean + exterior platinum wash package" for $38. That price itself took me aback. With tip and everything it easily crosses $45 or $50 depending on how generous you're feeling that day. I kept the car keys inside (since I was instructed to do so) and went in the lounge area where they have restrooms, vending machine and a BROKEN water fountain. There are chairs for you to sit and admire the entire wash process and try out the vending machines for a light snack or so. I saw them vacuuming my car before the car wash process with the cleaning staff promptly wiping my car inside and out after the wash. Also, before I forget, I was given options to choose for a car smell. I chose the 'Lemon scent' and that was the BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. The smell doesn't feel like lemon and it kinda stinks now. Nevertheless, I got my car washed, cleaned and vacuumed within a few minutes. Overall, for over $40, was I satisfied? Meh. The car wash itself was good but the interior cleaning and the vacuum process itself is restraining. The lemon scent is giving me headaches and I'm rushing to get a new car fragrance to get rid of this smell. I still see a few patches not cleaned, car seats still dirty and exterior spots that should've been wiped off. Would I have done a better job if I had the flexibility to use a vacuum and my own microfiber cloth? Absolutely. But since I paid that premium, I was hoping to get everything spotless. Touch less car washes are very popular with their abundant wash packages, monthly memberships to entice users to keep coming and a lounge area for drivers to rest, snack and ignore the scorching Texas heat. Mister car wash has all of the above albeit are very expensive to keep coming here. The interior cleaning and vacuum left me wanting a little more for the price that I paid for. These types of car washes, to put it bluntly, are for those who don't want to put in the time to clean their own car or don't have the time. This car wash is a solid B in my book. read more

I noticed the negative reviews but decided to give this place a chance anyway. Unfortunately, they were accurate. There were several obvious misses that should've been caught. The most glaring issue was a large, sticky, colored spot left on my passenger seat. I pointed it out, and they did clean it up, which I appreciated. However, I also found large pieces of squared confetti that hadn't been cleaned up. They were in plain sight, so I'm not sure how they were missed. Additionally, my seats weren't folded down and vacuumed, leaving the back of them still very dirty. The service cost $46, and I tipped over 30%. While that might not seem like much, considering I was only there for 30 minutes, I expected a cleaner car. If I spent $46 at a restaurant, I would've been there for over an hour and only tipped 20%. Came here for a full carwash and interior cleaning. Paid $47 plus tip guess what happened? I ended up asking for a towel so i can clean it myself. Bad service and the manager didn't even offer to help. It was super hot and I have to do it on my own. So much for paying for their crappy service. And I just found out, other mister carwash is only $30+ for the platinum but with them, they asked me for $47! Not sure why they are jot the same with the other chain of Mister Carwash. Today I took my vehicle to be washed. I went with a $40 premium car wash because my car was dirty form recent rains and had some bug residue from recent trip I took. When I was told my car was done I was told to inspect it. The rear windshield wasn't cleaned properly and was streaky, the interior edge of the rear cargo door was dirty and my bumper and side mirrors still had bug residue. I can go to a do it yourself car wash and with a brush and preseas solution get that off but I chose to pay $4o for them to do it. The employee preceded to tell me the bugs were embedded into the paint and won't come off. I knew it was bullshit because my car was brand new, it's sits in a garage both at work and at my home so it's never exposed to extreme heat or cold directly to "embed". I simply stated that's untrue and he got another employee. With a spray bottle and rag he and one additional employee began spraying and wiping off my car and it began coming off. The employee who told me the big residue was embedded proceeded to stand there and do nothing. My car still isn't fully clean but I decided to leave. Paid for a titanium interior. The sales person at the front asked me to choose a scent for the spray they use in the interior - the "new car" one smells awful. I can't get rid of the odor! Service is horrible, they have kids working there that don't want to work. They are just standing around giving half ass car detailing. They went through my glove departments why I have no idea there is no money left in my car. I guess looking for money. My windows were still very dirty on the inside. I have to go home and clean them myself but shouldn't have since I paid them to do it. I have all weather mats in my car that didn't get vacuumed. I have been coming here off and on for a few years now. About 3 months ago I decided to get the unlimited plan to force me to clean my car on a regular basis. I'm shocked at the reviews because the employees here rock. All of them are consistently nice. I also drive a standard and some new safety feature is you have to have the emergency brake on for it to start. That message surprisingly always gets passed on to the other workers. That tells me that they are on top of communicating with each other. I was just talking to a lady and she said stuff has changed recently. I took my car here for the first time and i will never go back. I paid for a $37 car wash and left a $10 tip for them to barely wipe my car, and some spots not even. They said they would clean my cup holders. That only included a minimal vacuum job. They didn't clean in between my emergency brake, leaving crumbs and debris, they didn't wipe my middle console, i have leather interior and they didn't touch that. To top it off, i had a to-go coffee mug in my front cup holder, i saw the guy (bc i was throwing my trash away, and trying to clean my back seat stuff and put it in the trunk to get out of the workers way) he put my coffee cup on the middle storage part. Later on, as i was searching for my coffee mug to bring inside my home, i found it laying in the floor board, coffee spilled all over my carpet. I was going to drive up there the next morning (bc by the time i found all This out, it was already late evening) but i had family in town and didn't get around to it. This place is a rip off. I came here to get my car washed and picked the most expensive wash they had available and I was told inside and outside was included so I said fine. The gentleman hi helped me outside was very very nice but the people at the end who finish off missed the front seat. We've visited this location multiple times as we have a mister premium membership and paid extra for the interior cleaning on four separate occasions, they do a good good vacuuming most of the time but the interior wipe downs are horrible. We keep our Jeep clean so it's really easy to see what needs to be wiped down but each time we get the interior cleaned there's always dirt still on the doors and center console/ finger prints on the windows. The cloths they use also leave a million little scratches our interior screens since they are not microfiber. It's just bad. Each time I always would just wipe down marks I saw after we got back in the car. We've also had times where cars would be cleaned before ours and one time where the interior was never wiped down because it was so busy our car was skipped. read more

In comparing with a rival full service car wash down the street, it seemed like the car was done at Mister Car Wash much quicker. In order to give my car equal representation, I brought it back the next day prior to the lunch time rush. Once again, the car was ready rather quickly. My only negatives were that the cost for the full serve platinum wash is pricier than the rival's exterior wash service. Also, on both trips, I never noticed the notification of my car being ready. I have the unlimited car wash and I like the fact that they have speed bumps in the monthly membership claim. The people here are very accommodating and smart workers.
