I would absolutely never ever recommend going here. I went and got my car washed on the 22nd and called the store abt 7 time. Of those 7 times the phone was answered one time by an employee and he said his manager was too busy to speak and he'd call back. This call back never happened. On top of that I emailed the managers Kevin and Walter along with the customer service line they give a grand total of 15 times as well as 8 messages and still haven't received a response. I eventually said enough was enough and went up to the wash just for them to tell me they would not be fixing my mirror and they weren't at fault cause my mirror was not level with my door?? This side mirror had never been hit or had any structural damage. That's like saying if I punch someone in the face and someone else comes thru and hits you with a chair and your nose breaks they wouldn't be at fault cause damage was already done... like my mirror was fully functioning and intact and now I have to hold it up with duct tape just to get anywhere. Outside of the mirror the wash itself was sub par, I came out having bird shit still in my hood. I'd likely need to go thru that wash three more times just to get my car to look clean. I'd give them 0 stars and would never come back. Go to sudz slightly down the steam or some self wash and save yourself the hassle and money. I'm done abt $150 as a result of this + the $10 needed to "wash" my car. *Correction* the repair will be $300. Went there on a Monday early afternoon in early November. Paid for a full service wash. Just a horrible result. The exterior was OK the interior that 2 people worked o. For 5 minutes was barely better than before. The windows were untouched and the back seat was untouched. A complete ripoff. I have a monthly subscription to the car wash and use it on a regular basis. But I am always concerned about how closely they cram the cars into the wash tunnel. Twice now I have either hit or been hit (nothing damaging) because for some reason a car ahead of me has stalled. I complained to management but was told corporate wants them to place cars in the tunnel as close together as possible. Seriously considering dropping my subscription. Too many other places to get a car wash. read more

This was the first time I used this location. I am used to the 3 in the Laporte/ Pasadena area. Those do not have any extras cleaning offered. I was a bit apprehensive this Sunday afternoon with so many cars in line. Then I noticed they have an express line for the no frills members line. I went through it quite quickly. WHEW! From what I can see their number of staff is much, much larger than the locations that I am used to. Will I come back? Yes to see how it is during the week in the middle of the day. There is another car wash much closer but the YELP family doesn't seem to like them. Besides I'm a loyal customer till they really mess up! read more

Mixed feelings. Was super excited to have a brand new location near my house. I love that the vacuum is self-serviced so I can clean my car myself. Customer service at this location has been great. Every team member I have been in contact with there has been happy and makes you feel welcomed. My car coming out of the the platinum wash looks shiny and clean enough. That's all the good things. Not sure if because the machines are too new or what, but my car has accumulated scratches from the washes. Noticed since the first time I got new horizontal scratches but just figured it's a mechanical car wash so can't expect more. But each time I come, more scratches add on and it's the same area. I know it's from the car wash because I instantly hand wipe dry my car right after each wash. So unfortunately even though customer service is friendly and location is convenient, I can't put my car through more damage. read more

Y'all I can't tell you how happy I am that there's a Mister Car Wash closer to me! I have the unlimited wash club and going to the I-10/Gessner location was always out of my way. Now I can really get my car washed all the time! When I went today, there was a few sales associates standing outside ready to greet me. All of which were super friendly and genuinely happy to be there! They were very helpful in guiding me as to which lane I needed to be in. The guy directing cars into the tunnel was also friendly. Very patient and kind. I also didn't have to wait in line! The express location offers 4 wash packages (base, #2, #1, and platinum) and lots of vacuums for you to use. Super convenient! read more

Well, it's a place to get your car washed. At least most of the car. The upkeep seems very minimum. I noticed trash laying around by the vacuum pumps and curbs. There were stations that didn't have vacuum tubes or air hose. Some of the stations I had to move to that had vacuum tubes had air hose that didn't work at all. There were missed spots that apparently some of the brushes couldn't reach. I don't know how it missed, but it missed it. One more thing. Why is there a section for tipping? One of the many employees there just pressed 2 buttons for me. Now, if the company had people at the end that hand dried the car, I would tip them. Anyways, I guess it's back to hand washing my car again. read more

This review is reflective of the terrible customer experience provided by a manager that led me to cancel my membership, which I had for several years. After running my brand new car through the wash this morning, I noticed a number of spots all over my hood, which were not there before I drove through the wash. The spots appeared to be a thicker substance of some sort. I tried to wipe them out myself, but nothing seemed to work so I returned to the car wash. After two very kind associates tried to wipe the spots out with different cleaners, nothing seemed to work so they apologized and called for the manager to assist. The manager quickly glanced at the spots and immediately became defensive, stating "those are hard water spots and cars that come out our wash come out shiny." He then proceeded to tell me he had a buddy that does clay bar treatments and that would be the only thing could get it out. I asked him if there was anything that the store could do to help and he just said "no." He was extremely dismissive and rude. He showed no concern or care about my issue so I immediately asked to cancel my membership. The manager again showed no remorse and just walked off. Once I left the Mister Car Wash, I went to Prestige Hand Car Wash. Prestige was able to polish and buff the spots out, noting that "it wasn't a difficult job since the spots seemed to be fresh." I use to love using them had my monthly pass and all. But, recently I got a new car and was struggling to figure out how to get my car in neutral the person controlling the wash just laughed. Never stopped the wash or anything. Also, I'm handicap and they let anyone use the handicap spot read more

The actually car wash was ok, though a bit expensive for what you get. Other places give more for the same price. But the vacuum situation is BAD. Half of them are missing or don't work. The ones that are there have very poor suction. I had to move my car twice to get vacuums that worked, and then it was so pathetic it ended up being a waste of time. read more

Seriously, asking for a tip before even entering the car wash, just some guy inserting your credit card and pressing the selected wash features. There is no vacuum or wiping service. What is this with pre tipping, especially for a self service business. read more

Please don't support this business when you have more people standing around then doing the work! I have had a monthly plan for over a year and finally cancelled it to such poor service and attention. I actually took pictures of areas where 6 people were talking and only one person could check cars in because she was the only one with a tablet! I waited 10 minutes for someone to finally service me! Mats were not cleaned properly and I was told it was extra for power wash but it was just loose dirt on the mats which I got out with a dust buster! read more
