Went to Mister Softee when he came to our neighborhood. I'll be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of soft serve, but my husband is, so when Mister Softee comes to our neighborhood I make it a point to stop. Also, I'll rarely turn down ice cream. This was a one man show and the guy was keeping the line moving, answering questions, and getting ice cream out as quickly as possible. They had everything like shakes, double cones, sprinkles, no sprinkles, sundaes, etc. I opted to stick to a chocolate with chocolate sprinkles in a cone. My kiddo got chocolate in a cup, and my husband got vanilla with rainbow sprinkles. All were good and satisfying on a hot day! Prices are reasonable, service is friendly, and ice cream was good. Will I be back? You bet when Mister Softee is back in our neighborhood. Pros: -Reasonable prices -Soft serve ice cream -Variety of items -Friendly service Cons: -I prefer regular ice cream over soft serve, but won't turn down ice cream. Tips: Be patient with the food truck operators. They're going as quickly as possible, while still offering good customer service.

Great ice cream! This is a fresh soft serve ice cream that is churned on the truck, and it is very creamy! They have the basic flavors: chocolate, vanilla, and swirl. They have a great assortment of mix ins and toppings to go with it. They are also very allergy conscious. Some friends of ours greatly appreciate this because of their daughter's peanut allergy. Their cones are classic cake cones, but they are quality and fresh. As a nice touch, they give you a plastic cone holder with a rim that keeps the ice cream from dripping down. Great ice cream truck! You should go track them down!

The shop was completely empty when we arrived, so there was no reason for us to feel rushed. However, the employee hurried us through placing our orders. One person in our group was in the restroom and hadn't had a chance to decide what they wanted yet, and the employee was very short and impatient with us. When we asked to sample one of the ice cream flavors, she simply responded, "Okay," and came across as unfriendly and annoyed. While we were ordering, another customer came in, and we noticed the employee spoke to them with the same impatient attitude, so it didn't seem like it was just our group. The biggest issue came when the last person in our group ordered a sorbet. It was frozen so solid that it was impossible to scoop or eat. We let the employee know, and she said she would "soften it," which apparently meant microwaving it. She brought it back, but it was still hard as a rock and still wasn't edible. Unfortunately, the customer service overshadowed the visit. A friendly attitude and serving products that are ready to eat go a long way. We hope this location improves both its service and the quality of the experience for future customers.

My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday for a tour of the candy making facility, where we learned a lot about how the chocolates and other candies are made, and we were even able to design and enjoy our own custom chocolate bar. This place has everything that a fan of sweets and fun can enjoy - retro candy, a colorful environment, and enthusiastic staff. From our tour with Joy, our complimentary sea salt caramel from Barbara, everybody on staff provided a joyous afternoon. The tour is highly recommended, where you'll get to see how the product is made, and even get to see one of the original Golden tickets from the original Wonka movie. Pricing for the tour is very reasonable, and it's a great way to spend an afternoon. Parking was easy right around the corner from the front entrance. If you're in the Jacksonville area, this is a fun event for people of all ages!

It felt like a lot of Indians with no clear chief. The tour starts in the chocolate room, gotta love that! Chocolate covered chips, cookies, marshmallows and fudge all around. The restaurant was filled with dirty tables, the bar was in disarray. The food portions looked small however at least it kept coming out! The owners family has been in the candy business for years and he still works there everyday, that's awesome! :)) I'm glad we checked it out. Thank you Sweet Petes! You can trust me, I am a candy eating American. ;D

The store is located in the Saint Marks business plaza that looks like an industrial strip mall unfortunately. But they're right next to Jack's ballet school and Twisted all Pro terrain businesses. They have everything you could possibly imagine they had I believe at least four soft serve machine machines so they can deal with large crowds quickly. It is only 10 minutes from Costco on Royal golf Parkway and just minutes from US one near Palencia. My husband is lactose intolerant and he can always have this ice cream without any problems. I went with the waffle cone with chocolate ice cream and rainbow sprinkles. It was delicious. One of the employees was kind enough to hold the cone and pose for a picture for me. Now that is great customer service.

(Okay, maybe not that long, but long enough to perfect the art of ice cream.) First things first: bring cash! This charming time capsule doesn't do plastic, and honestly, that's part of its old-school charm. On a humid Florida day, you'll likely find a line stretching out front, but trust me, it's worth it. Think of it as the universe's way of making you savor the anticipation. When you finally get your hands on that luscious, creamy goodness, you'll realize it's not just ice cream--it's an experience. Even the pickiest ice cream snob would have to admit: this place is the real deal. Seating? Let's just say it's not Dreamette's strong suit. But who cares? There's a few tables but we grabbed our treats and embraced the tradition of driveway ice cream. There's something about eating ice cream in your car or perched on the bumper that makes it taste even better. Bonus: no judgment when you accidentally wear half of it on your face. A word of caution: your eyes may be bigger than your stomach. These portion sizes are not for the faint of heart. That "medium" cone? It's basically a dairy skyscraper. Go ahead and challenge yourself--you're living your best life, after all. If you haven't been to Dreamette, do yourself a favor and get over there STAT. Your taste buds will thank you, your diet will cry, and your soul will be very satisfied. Long live Dreamette ice cream!

The venue is pristine, elegant, and impeccably maintained. The hospitality was top-tier from start to finish. My server, Evan, was remarkably gracious, attentive, and ensured I was seated comfortably, making the entire experience feel thoroughly luxurious. To unwind after a long day, I ordered an Espresso Martini, which was mixed to sheer perfection smooth, rich, and an absolute delight. For my main dish, I selected the Duck Wonton Napoleon, which was nothing short of divine. The flavors were sophisticated, beautifully balanced, and executed with real skill. From the pristine cleanliness and chic decor to the stellar service from Evan and exquisite cuisine, BB's earns full marks. A thoroughly marvelous evening I shall most certainly be returning
