I was referred to Leslies Pool Supply by my manufacturer for warranty repair of our automatic pool cleaner robot. When I dropped it off, was told I would hear from them when they can diagnose the problem give us an update. I called 2 weeks later to check and they said they had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part, but unsure when it will be in. (Didn't get a call to inform us of this update). I waited 1 month, no call. I called the store on Saturday to check the status of the repair and was placed on hold for 15 min. and no one came back on the line. I hung up and drove to the store and the cleaner was repaired and ready. The repair work seems good. The communication process for the customer is abysmal. I would avoid the store if it requires them to keep you in the loop, as their communication to their customers is non-existent. read more

First time pool owner here. I went into LP to have my water tested and Nick helped me out. He tested my water and gave me a print out of what all was needed to get my pool opened and swim ready. Nick also explained what chemicals I needed and how to correctly apply the chemicals. He was very helpful and I highly recommended anyone who's struggling to get their pool opened or water maintained to stop by LP and see Nick. read more

This store has been absolutely awesome in the last year or 2. We had some minor service issues in years past when they were busy. Now everytime I go there or my wife to pick up chems and stuff..... they are outstanding and have no problem delivering to our trunks and get us in and out. The advice on water analysis and pool equipment is excellent. I met the Manager Wolf recently and he is a longterm enthusiastic leader with Leslie's Pool. I realized he has a built a team with A players and it shows. read more

This location of Leslie's is tucked in a strip shopping center on Hwy 51 in between a bar and a gym. While the shopping center is sort of old and run down, for a pool supply store, it's definiltey not a bad location. They stock everything you need to keep your pool running year-round....from chemicals to cleaners to pump/filter replacement parts, this is my go-to store. The employees are helpful and if I need something not in stock, they're happy to order it for me. read more

Has nothing to do with the service; people at this location are always very helpful and friendly. Just a heads-up regarding their pricing: LPS charges $149 for 40 lbs of granular chlorine with 55% availability, online at Pool Supply World, 50 lbs of granular chlorine with 70% availability is $99. My salt controller died, LPS wanted $1,200 just for the mother board, entire unit (including cell) was $925 at PSW. I don't have any connection with PSW, and nothing against LPS, and I get the whole brick and mortar vs online, but those are significant differences. read more

I will not purchase with this company. Tried to get a price match which they guarantee, they wanted to add tax which would bring the product up another $18. I told them the other company did not charge tax or shipping, but they said they had to charge tax so I asked them to figure the tax in and calculate the price accordingly, he refused. I talked to the online order Manager after holding almost an hour to get help online. They were short and snappy with me. I do not like this company. read more

I paid more than 3,500 for a pool cover that should have been installed a month ago. They keep calling me to re-schedule the installation because the technician called sick. After re-scheduled three times, today they re-scheduled again. The cover is not installed yet. the leaves are covering my pool. I regret so much hiring these people. read more
