I looked over the menu and when our server came we asked if we could modify our order and she said of course, everything was made to order so modification were not an issue. This was great since my son wanted chicken fried rice with no veggies, just chicken and egg. They happily made this for him. I like sushi, sort of. I really don't care for most fish, so I like what I call fake sushi. The sweet potato tempura roll was perfect for me. My sister pointed out the Jack roll and it was again, perfect no modifications needed. I orders were done in less than 15 minutes. Everything tasted fresh. It was some of the best rolls I've had in a long time. The food was great and the service was great. I had no complaints and would love to visit again.
