Pulled out my stones which was a mix of high grade turquoise, agate, and ruby. I was not trying to sell or pawn them, but the man gave me a very dirty look after pulling them out. And while he was polishing his own jewelry, he looks my way without even taking a small glance at the stones, points at them and says "they're all fakes they are not worth 20 dollars put together." I looked at him and said can you at least pick them up and inspect them just to know for sure?" He looks at me and says "you are wasting your time, I will not buy them for more then 20 dollars". I looked up and said "I do not want to sell them, I just wanted them closely examined out of interest, But sorry for bothering you. " He looks back and says "okay." Put them in my pocket and walked out without saying another word. Absolutely the rudest and uncivilized customer service I've ever had, I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they want to sell their jewelry for 1/4 of it's half worth.
