Unfortunately, the final result did not reflect what was promised. I expressed my concerns immediately. Although I returned for a complimentary correction the following day and spent several hours at the salon, the outcome remained unacceptable. I requested a refund due to misrepresentation and unsatisfactory results. The salon refused, citing a strict "no refunds" policy, even though the service did not match what had been represented to me beforehand. I have time-stamped photos and video taken at and immediately after my appointment documenting the condition of my hair. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before booking. If you value clear communication, accountability, and results that match what is promised, I would advise proceeding with caution.

To their credit, the staff was apologetic and worked to make adjustments with additional services and accommodations. Compared to the West Ashley location, this one felt a little lighter on the "luxury spa" amenities in the getting-ready/post-service areas, but it didn't take away from the actual massage experience.
