I wound up with a charcuterie-esque combination of sour dough that included a creamy cheese smear along the inside of the dish, a prosciutto-like ham, and the most unexpectedly delicious bowl of warm, smoky carrots in a romesco. Not a drop got left behind thanks to the sour dough. Whatever music was playing in the background, added to the swanky vibe. This is the kind of gem that is meant to be savored by every one of your senses.

I ordered the Global Convenience, which came with a potato chip and caviar. I loved the presentation--it was such a fun touch! Service was excellent and attentive. The only downside was that the bar area is pretty loud, so it can be a little difficult to carry on a conversation.
