Lucky to get your order on time with your actual selections, as we would often get whatever they had available ignoring dietary restrictions. I don't even think the published macros are accurate based on what you get. More recently, terrible communication (lack of), no customer service, and no deliveries. If you're relying on a food service you should get your food. Look elsewhere and avoid!!! There's plenty of other more honest companies out there.

We used to order from Freshly before and there really is no comparison. These meals taste home-cooked, while Freshly truly tasted like freezer meals. I also love the way I feel when I eat the food. The food feels fresh and wholesome in my body! I will say that the meals vary in size. We opted for the low carbohydrate 4 oz meal plan option so naturally, the meals are rather light. Some meals are a bit on the smaller side and I get hungry again in 90 minutes or so while some meals are larger and I am unable to eat it in one sitting. I do think some of the meals are lacking in salt/seasoning, but I just shake a little bit of "Everything but the Bagel Seasoning" from Trader Joe's and it does the job! The meals I enjoy most are the meals that include a sauce or meals with flavors that I know I enjoy. I do find that the meals that are simply a protein (ex: chicken) and a side of vegetables with no sauce are almost always dry. Overall, I highly recommend this service! There is such a variety in the foods week to week and day to day. The food is well cooked and tastes of quality. It feels good in my body and most importantly, I feel good knowing that I am eating good food!

He was very responsive via email weeks leading up to the party and he even worked with me to specialize my menu to my liking. He has a few different packages that work well for any kind of party! I feel like I definitely feel the difference training eating really balanced and protein heavy meals I've also been able to lose a few pounds in these 3 weeks. I am on my third set of meals, and I really love it so far. I think it is a great value for the convenience and quality and I like their selection and diversity. Their packaging is also really great, and everything is very intentional and organized. Every couple of weeks they change up the menu I appreciate being able to do swaps as well because I can't eat broccoli/cauliflower anymore Everything was really easy on the sign up and I was contacted to arrange delivery right away. Communication is consistent and great, any issues I can directly communicate with someone and it will be handled right away. I am very happy with the service, and I love supporting as local as possible! I would definitely recommend to try if you are interested in a meal prep service and are local in their service area. I think if I could offer any feedback it would be great if there were some vegetarian options or swaps available someday? There is a meal plan for everyone; even if you have dietary restrictions and/or allergies. I made a note that I have a seafood allergy and they made sure I was well taken care of. Excellent customer service - friendly, great communication, quick responses. Delivery always arrives during the designated time, is contactless, and very well packaged. The food: The meals are freshly prepared, not frozen, and ready to be reheated. Many meal delivery services are so high in sodium. Not the case with Lean Mean Meal Prep. With every delivery, a nutritional breakdown is included. Most importantly, the meals are tasty, lots of variety! 100/10 recommend!
