    $4 Flan homemade taste

It would be much better to see the price labels for each food items. The menu does not have prices of food. I ordered them anyway since I wanted to try them. Only conchas were labeled with prices. Please label prices. : ) Felt like Mom-Pop store. Holy Conchas was near Downtown SA so I dropped by for some freshly made conchas. Conchas tasted fluffy soft and not overly sweet. Quesadillas (asada) tasted fresh-fresh soft grilled masa and meats tasted clean and tender. You can ask for Green or Red sauce - fresh. I like the Red sauce. Green sauce is a bit spicy for me. Torta (asada) came with tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, avocado, asada and cheese. It did not come with any sauces but I would ask for the red or green sauce. Meats were tender and well marinated. My first time eating torta! Reminds me of Banh Mi. : ) Flan tasted homemade too. They made everything at the store. Staff were very friendly and patient answering all the questions. Food came out pretty fast. They actually have tables and chairs to sit down and eat there. Pick out your conchas and pay at the counter. If you eat there, you can sit down and they will bring out the hot food items after you paid at the counter. They accept Apple Pay/Credit cards. I like it that they do not force you to Press "Tip" when you pay at the counter. There is a jar next to the register for you to tip with cash. Always carry cash. : ) Parking: save yourself from frustration and just park in the back. Other businesses claim their parking spots and others are 15 mins parking. I figured it out after circling the front and just parked in the back - it was not far at all.

A cup of hot, strong coffee, a delicious tamal and a picadita. All have good flavors and are a good size for the price.

Soy far their tamales have been the freshest ever, the coffee was strong and the sweet bread choices had all the classics. Good price and family owned.

I've only tasted the bread so far and can tell you that it is amazing. The fluffiness to it is incredible. I've been to many panaderías around the area and none compare to this one in bread quality. Also whatever oil they use is good quality I have stomach issues and when I eat bread from other panaderías I usually get heartburn but not with this one. Very impressed overall the customer service was great as well. The mini breads are really cute so make sure to get some.

My new go-to place. Conchas were perfectly sweet and so fluffy. Café de olla was fantastic and so flavorful. Staff was so incredibly friendly. A wide selection of pans. Overall, store is cute and well kept.

This is my new fav lunch spot. The Tortas are amazing. I highly recommend Torta de Milanesa, Torta de Carne Enchilada, and Breakfast Torta: Huevo con Jamon. Pan dulce is just as amazing.

Baked Banhs have some of the best canelés in town, and sadly, they are closing on June 27th! We are…read moreso sad we didn't get to come visit until quite recently. :( We parked in the nearby parking lot on 4th street. Usually parking here isn't too bad if you're staying for less than an hour and easy to walk over to the dessert shop. Baked Banhs is located in the 4th street food market, one of the first shops you'll see if you're coming from the parking lot. Note the hours before you come (for instance, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays). And note that they seem to usually sell out of certain items by the days end. We've tried a number of different items here now including four of their canelés and their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was solid. But we really loved their canelés. They are soft/moist on the inside with a nice crunch. And the different flavors really come through. Our favorite is the black sesame - not only is there black sesame peppered on the top but also in the center with a nice black sesame cream. It's so good and delicious. Four canelés cost $16 and thought they were well worth the price. Again, it's so sad to hear that Baked Banhs is closing soon so if you're a fan of canelés or other desserts, recommended to come sooner than later to try this out! We really hope they reopen again elsewhere or do a lot of pop-ups soon.

Perhaps one of my new fave dessert shops. It's a bummer it's so far from me, but I'm glad to have…read morediscovered it. I got the ube tiramisu and a few cookies. My goodness were they amazing! I had to stop myself from inhaling the delicious sweet treats. This is a micro bakery located inside a foodhall. Do yourself a favor and check this place out next time you're in OC. I know I'll sure be back!
