Never did I think that I would get such amazing, incredible food in Sebastian FL. First of all, the farm to table concept taking over an actual working farm is amazing to begin with, but then the actual restaurant is so lovely and well done that it makes it even better than expected. We had the bread service, calamari, and Thai wings as an appetizer. The bread service is AMAZING and absolutely worth paying extra for. You get a heaping basket of freshly grilled bread, and we chose to do both the marrow butter AND the Chimichurri and they were both excellent. The calamari and wings were good, and would probably order again, but I'd rather try one of the other amazing-sounding apps instead. For my main course I got Pad See Ew which is my favorite Thai dish ever. I was certainly not expecting to have delicious Thai food tonight but this truly knocked it out of the park. My party got spicy pepperoni pizza, sushi, and the salmon sandwich and all of those were also FANTASTIC. The best part about this spot is that you could come a dozen times and still try something new and DELICIOUS every time. Rarely does a restaurant manage to pull off insane wood fired pizza with fresh, generous helpings of sushi. The cherry on top was our server Andrew! He was beyond friendly and did such a fantastic job with everything. He was extremely attentive and made an already good dinner experience even better. We were driving from up north back home to Miami and stumbled upon what is a hidden gem. If I were anywhere within 100 miles of this place I would make the trip. The ambiance is relaxed but elevated. This fusion steak/sushi/thai restaurant has to be seen to be believed. It sounds impossible, but it's actually phenomenal. Wife had picanha steak, we've never had this cut before and it was so tasty. My pad see ew was very good. We ordered the tempura fried smoked salmon roll which sounded terrific on the menu; it was very good but for me the tempura frying made it a touch too rich. Still very good though! Service was great and friendly. Everything is made fresh scratch to order, so it takes some time and they do warn you. 30-40 minutes isn't unusual waiting for the entree... so have a drink and an app! The setting is unexpected. It's off a side road in Sebastian so you don't expect much. Pass the smoke pit and pizza oven as you pull up to cute red farm buildings. Inside is very comfortable oceanside decor with a great bar, and the outdoor seating is in an enclosure to minimize the wild life. We had a great time and will definitely come again. read more

What a wonderful new dining venue. Former organic farm stand turned farm-to-table restaurant, Farm & Flame is a welcome addition to Vero Beach. Outside seating features a covered lanai and a roaring fireplace; inside there's a beautifully lit bar and plenty of space to accommodate many people. Service is friendly and professional. Although pricey, the portions are large so order accordingly. I enjoyed the ceviche and a sushi roll. Both outstanding. Cool concept, poor execution. The pizza is cooked across the parking lot and run over, and it shows. The crust was rock hard and flavorless. The toppings were decent but overwhelmingly sweet. We came in at 4:30 for an early dinner, it wasn't busy but it was noisy. It became even louder as more diners arrived. Perhaps the outdoor seating would have been better. The menu has quite the variety, from steak and seafood to sushi and thai and pizza too. We had Kao Soy and Pad Thai, both were flavorful, however the chicken in both dishes was bland. I ordered spicy level 3 out of 5, sadly it wasn't spicy at all. We also had a cocktail, it was good. Service was attentive. I like the natural lighting from the big windows. Finally! We had a girls lunch today and is place itself is spot on. Simple yet elegant and farmhouse wrapped in a perfect bow. We started with Fig preserve, Brie and apple flat bread. Which was perfect for 4 as an appetizer. It would also make a great dessert. 3 of us had the TomYum soup . The complexity of flavors was over the top: spicy, sweet and citrusy. I had it medium heat and my friends had mild. ( It was a small size bowl for lunch) . The other had the Tuna/tempura Shrimp sushi roll.... In her words" pretty good" The server was spot on with just enough table touches without interrupting conversation. The place feels like you are in a Winery in Napa. Beautiful concept with Beautiful decor and Ambiance. Service was amazing and food was just Outstanding. Sorry didn't do pics for Ceviche which is a Must and Calamari was also fantastic. Thai Fish was just perfection and Wagyu Picahna was delicious and perfectly executed. Stopped in on Sunday evening without a reservation and took a seat at the bar. My wife and I ordered the Chicken Satay and a Wild Mushroom & Truffle Pizza. The food was excellent as was the service at the bar. As for the ambiance, it our favorite place. read more

This restaurant location is gorgeous -hidden off the main roads on a family farm with multiple buildings on the property housing separate areas of the restaurant, bathrooms, open flamed fire pits cooking your fresh food to order and a store . There is both indoor and outdoor areas to dine one is screened in . Kaycie , our server , was great and all of our meals were plated beautifully for the 14 of us! We all enjoyed a variety of sangrias and martinis to start followed by delicious thai soups and salads . Things were a bit chaotic due to it being newly open and busy but everything worked out. I will return to try more things but i thoroughly enjoyed the papaya salad and cashew chicken stir fry. Great new place with familiar local thai chef influences ! read more

We had high hopes for Farm to Flame, but the experience fell short of expectations. We were seated about 20 minutes after our reservation (while another table of 4 walked in after us and was seated before us), which set the tone for the rest of the evening. Service was not where it needs to be. We later found out later our server was a trainee who had not been properly trained, and unfortunately it showed. The pacing of the meal was particularly frustrating; one of our appetizers didn't arrive until after half the table had already been served their entrees, and some had even finished eating before others received their meals. While I understand the "food comes out when it's ready" approach, this was far beyond reasonable and made for a very disjointed dining experience. As for the food, it was inconsistent. The steak was frankly inedible--cut incorrectly and especially disappointing given the high price--and the sushi was mostly rice with very little substance. On the positive side, the whole snapper was excellent, and the coconut cake was a standout to end the meal. There's clearly potential here, but the execution needs attention. Right now, it doesn't live up to the price point or expectations. read more

Let me tell you, this restaurant is amazing!! My wife and I have lived all around the US and this is definitely one of our favorite restaurants ever, hands down!! From the house salad, oysters on the half shell to the filet and fried snapper. Nothing was just OK....it was all farm fresh and prepared perfectly! WOW!!! Steak was blue and vegetables were too salty. I was also very off put by having to fill out the receipt and tip with the waitress holding the screen. Especially when the choices were 20% and above. Normally I tip 20%, but I did not like that I felt forced. We were in and out in under 25min (maybe because they barely cooked the food?) and our total was $115 before tip (no drinks or dessert) for 2 people. read more

We sat in their lanai, where we enjoyed low lighting in a comfortable setting. The menu includes varied offerings such as prime steaks and seafood as well as tasty Thai dishes. We loved the Tom Kha soup, which includes coconut cream, as well as our wood-fired pizza with mushrooms. Try this new restaurant, and you will love it! read more

I can't even explain to you how amazing this restaurant is. We started out with the Wagyu Tataki as an appetizer, literally the best thing we've ever eaten. It has caviar and black truffle on the steak with an amazing sauce, it completely melts in your mouth. For entree we had the beef Pad Thai and the Pichana Steak, both so delicious. Drinks were amazing. Finished the meal off with Abuelas Flan. It was an absolute perfect date night. Great ambiance, great food, great service. Beautiful setting, but inconsistent food quality and horrendous service. Waited over 30 minutes to be sat with little to no attention of server. The highlights were the braised beef rib and the coconut cake. The Thai dishes were expensive and mediocre at best. The bill also included extra dishes we didn't order, which took forever for us to resolve with hard-to-find waitress. The place is large, bright, and loud. No moody. The service was fine. Overall nothing special. Expensive and not worth it. The concept is great but the execution was bad. Our daughter in law made reservations and we were not sure what to expect. This was a great dining experience, the service was excellent, they tell you in advance that some prepared entrees take longer so we ordered a table pizza (if you like thin pizza it's so good) and some apps. The hostess with dark hair last night (2/15) was miserableeeeeeeee - whereas the young blond gal was friendly, happy, and attentive. The brunette needs to be back of house only - my son has been there before and said she's always miserable, unfriendly and rude! She's hurting your business because first impressions are everything! The food was interesting and delicious although we wanted to have the Thai donuts but the waiter failed to tell us that the Thai chefs leave promptly at 9pm and no Thai food after that time I guess. After a great meal, we were ready for dessert at 9:15 but no chefs. I'm not sure how I feel about that but next time I guess. We went to this restaurant to celebrate my father's 90th birthday. The waitress, Mariah, knew it was his birthday, and service was acceptable at first. Unfortunately, once a large table of about twelve to fourteen people was seated next to us, service to our table essentially stopped. We could not get butter for our baked potatoes or drink refills. The waitress walked past our table multiple times and acted as if we did not exist. After long waits, we ultimately had to get her attention just to request boxes, order dessert, and finally receive our check. Despite knowing it was a 90th birthday celebration, when the cheesecake was brought out, there was no candle or acknowledgment at all. This restaurant presents itself as upscale, with a menu that includes pizza, Asian food, sushi, and high‑end steaks priced around $150. Our bill for four people was about $200, and we did not order any alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is also not easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues. The driveway is uneven and difficult to navigate, and the restroom is located in a separate building outside, which is very challenging for guests with disabilities. Attempting to call the restaurant by phone is nearly impossible as well. Because of the poor service and accessibility issues, I would not return. read more

Second night in a row. Last night was pizza, it's a wheat crust, so it might not be for everyone. I enjoyed it though. Tonight I wasn't planning on going out but saw their post of lionfish sushi. It's easily enough for two people. The fillets are fried, much like fish and chips, with the addition of Japanese sauces. They've only been open a week or two, I think still tweaking the menu. Very interesting spot where gaucho meets Thai. It wasn't at all what I was expecting but we enjoyed it. We went during their soft open and the menu said to expect food to take up to 45 minutes (‼ ) so we put in our mains immediately and then ordered cocktails and apps. In the end it didn't take anywhere near 45 minutes thankfully. Service by Kenny was excellent. It was quite busy. We were seated indoors-out back was a large screened-in space. We ended up ordering off both menus (Thai and steak) and really liked everything we ordered. Portions are huge and the meat mains come with two sides. Then I noticed they had a lunch special until 2 PM. I called three times--at 1:00, 1:10, and 1:20--and never got an answer. Ended up taking my business somewhere else. Pretty disappointing. We had a party of 10, I made reservations last week, 1st available was tonight. We got to Farm & Flame, walked inside, 1st impression was, PURE SOPHISTICATED CLASS!!!! Even the jazz music playing throughout the restaurant was PERFECTION!!! Our server was Michelle, who I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND, she was BEYOND ACCOMMODATING, to our party of 10, needs. We started out with cocktails, & very well done to their bartender!!! Next came our food, , every one of us, we're BEYOND SATISFIED with our meals!!! All our comments to eachother were very POSITIVE & PLEASED!!!! The ambiance was relaxed, but high energy. You were able to carry on conversations even with a PACKED restaurant.
