My first time eating their food was when a good friend (who is a chef) hired them for his wedding and it was amazing. They have since renovated an older establishment downtown and they did an outstanding job. The ambience inside and out is great. They have a fabulous structure to their process where you order on the way in, find your seat, and get served faster than I could've hoped. We were being cautious during Covid and appreciated the outdoor seating where we could go off to eat alone. You are downtown without being right on Main Street which made sitting outside so enjoyable. The server brought us over a heater since we didn't sit close to one to ensure we were comfortable. From walking in, to ordering, the service, and the high quality of their delicious food they deserve more than 5 stars. This is the only BBQ we will eat in Moab, ever. read more

I wish I had a better review for this place. Bartenders were disinterested in helping unless perhaps you were local. The food was mediocre. We were told to get our own bbq sauces from other tables. It was all empty and they didn't seem interested in getting more from kitchen. This was not an issue of being short handed but rather a place that clearly needed a manager on duty. read more

The staff were very friendly but the food was not good. My brisket was extremely dry that I couldn't finish it. My husband has celiac and has to have gluten free. The cashier was very understanding with it and knew to take the hush puppies off. But when his food arrived it had the hush puppies on the meat. We reminded them that he has gluten allergies. They took it back and removed the hush puppies but not sure if they replaced the meat because my husband got sick off of it. read more

Meats here are the focus and get a 3 for average BBQ fare. The issue is the sides 0-1 star and are bland and flavorless. Hushpuppies were dry, dense, flavorless and couldn't be saved by the honeybutter served with them. Salad base was good, but bleu cheese dressing was watery and flavorless. Only dessert option was a chocolate mousse that was again flavorless and like a pile of cool-whip product. Expensive meal for 2 that was not enjoyed. I understand the focus is on the meats, but the sides have to stand up and help support the product - unfortunately, they do not. read more

We were traveling through Moah and decided to Yelp this place to see what people were saying. Also because it was right across the street from where we were staying. Great place. Friendly atmosphere and great service. We started with a 3 pit platter ( pulled pork, brisket,and ribs) you get 2 sides. We had the Mac and Cheese and French fries. Everything was very tasty and great. The meats were tasty and fresh. The fries were really good they use some type of seasoning that gives them a great flavor. The Mac and Cheese was awesome. We had an okay experience here. After a long day of hiking some BBQ sounded perfect. There was a long line when we arrived but it moved along quickly. The seating area was very crowded, and after I ordered, there were no available tables to sit. However, I was promptly brought my food, minutes after ordering, but I had no place to sit. I noticed many patrons saving seats while other members of the party were in line, which is fine I guess, but it puts patrons in a difficult place when they have already ordered, quickly receive their food, and then there is no seating. I suggest staff discouraging this practice when they see it. Anyway, that was very frustrating, but the staff was very accommodating and helped my party find seating as soon as they could. The food was just alright, my brisket was kind of dry but the macaroni and cheese was delicious. Probably wouldn't eat here next time we come to Moab. read more
