He was very thorough, explained every step he was taking to make sure all of the new parts were installed correctly. My girlfriend came to this shop with a fuel level sensor issue (the little floaty thingy in the gas tank that tells your car how much fuel you have), code p0463, which is a fairly inexpensive fix. They quoted her $650 for a new fuel pump, $50 for a fuel pump seal, and $175 in labor. Came out to $1000-$1100 after taxes and the diagnostic fee. Not only were they trying to give her the most expensive fix possible, they were egregiously ripping her off for a fuel pump (as cheap as $200 third party). . To top things off, all it took to fix it in the driveway was buying a replacement fuel sending unit ($80) and watching a youtube video to replace it. If they were honest and just fixed that, I wouldn't have to be writing this review. . Even if we decided to replace the entire fuel pump, after doing a bunch of research online, the cost of replacing a fuel pump for this model of car should never be the close to $1100 she was quoted. . Now with all the great reviews this place has, I'm sure we just got unlucky with a bad apple of a technician. But please, please be careful as they seemingly tried to take advantage of my girlfriend who doesnt know anything about cars. GET A SECOND OPINION!
