After unsuccessfully calling several Mobile Auto Pre-Purchase Services, I called Thomas and he was willing & eager to perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection immediately on a 2014 Mercedes SL550. Have had the opportunity several times to have Tommie come out and help me with a couple of vehicles. After yesterday's call I was even more amazed at his level of integrity. I was having problems getting a Mercedes Benz Gazelle kit car operating. Tommie came out right away to diagnose the problem and we thought it might be a voltage regulator. He gave me the link so I could order the parts and have them ready for his return. With the service call and price quoted I felt it was a very reasonable quote. Then he decided to look at one final item that had Tommie bothered. Sure enough a stray wire ended up being the culprit. Parts were available in his truck, and he quickly put it back together. This is my first experience with Mechanic on Wheels. Thomas arrived in a nice clean truck and a very professional look. Tom installed two rubber headlight seals, and, a camshaft sensor. I very rarely give five stars, however, in this case his prices, Professional attitude and work justifies this high rating. I will give Thomas a solid five star rating. His work is conscientious and complete. I want to be clear, I was not offered any incentive to give this five star rating. I know some businesses will offer discounts in order to get the five star rating, in my mind, this is cheating, and the customer does not get an accurate review. Thomas is great! We recently moved here to Vegas from Florida and not long after, right when the cold started, the heater in my truck stopped working. Trying to be resourceful, I went on-line to try to figure out a cause. After a few reviews, turns out it was a coolant issue. I was not comfortable trying to do this myself, and needed a local mechanic that could help. I had no idea where to start being new here, so I turned to Yelp to search. Thomas was able to make time same day, last minute and still drove all the way to me. Not a single complaint the entire time.
