Dave was amazing! My car was stuck in the garage and wouldn't start. After a failed attempt with AAA to jump it, Dave came and let me know that AAA must have accidentally blown a major fuse. I ordered the part, he installed it, and he charged me less than he had quoted. He even called me after he left to encourage me to drive the car over to Autozone just in case it wouldn't start again after I turned it off. I would then be able to buy a new battery there...which I did end up having to do. As I drove away from Autozone, I realized that the center panel still wasn't working. Big Dave to the RESCUE, lol. I was riding dirrty for a couple of weeks and knew I had to get new brakes but I had to wait for pay day to make it happen. At this point my car was grinding and I knew something was wrong and I couldn't keep risking my life driving it around town. Of course every brake spot in town was closed by 5pm on a Friday and not necessarily open on the weekend so I took to Yelp looking for help or I was going to be car-less for the weekend. To my surprise I find the "mobile brake guy" and I just knew this was too good to be true. Dave is AMAZING!!! He was recommended by multiple friends who all raved about his service + expertise; Now I understand why. Not only is he super knowledgeable and efficient, but he is honest, kind, and a total blast to chat with. He took the time to teach me about my car, why it operates the way it does, and how to care for it better. (This is my first Mercedes, which is quite different than vehicles I've owned in the past).
