The team and mobile car audio went above and beyond to help me. Long story short, I had and issue with a wiring harness that came with my air suspension digital gauge. Although it wasn't related to car audio, they quickly tried to help me find a solution. A few minutes later, I had a repaired harness that got me back on the road. This audio shop is the best in town. My tech Joey was amazing. He has tons of knowledge when it comes to car audio. I have a 2020 Kia Telluride with my amps under the front seats and wanted to move everything in the trunk under the floor board running off its own battery. I also needed him to fix my isg problem I was having since the other audio place I had my sounds done at couldn't fix it. Once I had my appointment Joey knew exactly what to do. He got right to work. Walked in just to get a quote on installing a double din with apple car play and back up camera. Person behind the front desk Tracy? was very professional, polite and straightforward about everything. Also asked her if there was any small subs to replace my Rockford P1 cause I wanted my trunk room back. They've been successfully working on my cars for over 3 years now! They've alarmed 4 cars for us and installed radios and back up cameras in 3. A mechanic at a suspension shop was telling us our alarm was broken on the acura so I took it back to Mobile car audio and I explained the situation to Tracie. Joey looked the car over and everything still looked good, so Tracie explained to me again how the alarm worked and what might have gone wrong with the mechanic. They didn't even charge for their efforts and Tracie patiently explained everything to me for how to prevent the alarm from going off with the mechanic again. Recently got a new car, and Joey was able to come to my house and pull out the old radio and reverse camera from the totaled car. He even pulled out the subwoofer for free. Then they were able to reuse the camera and radio in the new car, and it saved a little money and the planet! Joey and Tracie are skilled, knowledgeable and humble people! The speakers sounded way better in their showroom than my car. I was pretty disappointed. After driving my car for a few weeks I called them up and told them how I felt about the speakers. Our audio went out all of a sudden and we were quoted $150 diagnostic fee in another place just to look at it, not including anything, so we called around and someone recommended we go to Mobile Car Audio. One of my buddies took his car here to do some custom work and wow did they do an excellent job. I also noticed that they fixed his headliner. I was so taken back by a car audio shop doing headliner work that I actually examined it from back to front and front to back again. They really did a great job. Funny thing was my wife's headliner was falling down and she would always say something about it like she was hinting to me to do something about it. I've been here twice before. Once to install new speakers and another time to replace a bad power cell. Last week, I had to replace my head unit after my truck was broken into and the old one was smashed. I came in Thursday and despite being packed, one worker took the time to get me a quote for a new unit. I came back the next day to get it installed. Was told it would take about two hours so I stuck around. It was done in less then one hour. My truck's dashboard is starting to crack and break due to the sun. The guys who worked my truck took great care when they had to take it off every time. Prices are fair and relatively inexpensive when you compare it to other shops. Just a fair warning, they get pretty busy sometimes so unless you put a down payment when you make an appointment, you may be waiting awhile. I never have but it's recommended for certain times. Great service and great people that really know their stuff will keep me coming back and recommending them to everyone. read more

I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me out but I called MCA inquiring about troubleshooting my subwoofer amp and the guy said to stop by and he can help me out if I'm in the area. Fortunately, I live in Aiea so I arrived to the shop pretty quick and the gentleman immediately noticed I was the one from the phone and asked where the amp was. I pointed him to the amp and he did some readings with the multimeter and quickly found the issue. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes, NO appointment, and my issue was 100% resolved. The best part is I offered a tip for helping me out on such surprise notice and he refused it. I'm originally from Maui so I haven't found "my" audio shop on O'ahu yet but I can say with confidence that I will definitely be returning to MCA for future audio installation and will be making them my primary car audio shop. Amazing work done by Joey on my Accord. The installed sub and amp are great! I initially called with no idea of what I wanted besides a better sounding system. I inquired about changing all my speakers out and installing a sub. Joey explained to me the process and he recommended that I try out just an amp and sub to start because I may not need to change out the door speakers as well. He saved me a lot of money by going this route and I do enjoy the stock system with an added sub. He even helped me to fix rattling in my car when I returned a day later because my sub was vibrating my trunk so much. This was free of charge! I'm so happy I went with these guys! They're always so friendly and fast! I had Sean instal a 12" sub with built in amp from a car that was totaled in December. When I called Tracie was so helpful setting up my appointment and gave me a quote for the install. Was faster than I thought in and out in about an hour. Next day I had problems so I called and they said just come down and not only did Sean fix it fast with no charge but it sounds 10x clearer!!! Apparently Honda has a safety noise level switch and that was causing the problem. Tracie is incredible. We were driving by one night and saw they were opened so we pulled in. Son's car was having alarm issues so I wanted to get quotes and feedback which I got from Tracie and set an appointment. We mentioned that his self installed speakers were not working properly. Although it was after hours Tracie took a look, trouble shot all the possibilities and told my son the options. He was buying a new amp later but if we had it on us she would've worked with us to do it on the spot. Alarm appointment day I come up with the idea of possibly getting a new FOB. He has a old ass car so Tracie said we'll see if we can match/pair it and we'll go from there. They tried several ones but nothing quite matched so they did what we set out to do in the first place. She also remembered about his speakers. She had the guys check out all the wiring and helped him adjust what was needed with the amp and stereo. When it came bill time I expected to see some kind of charge for all of the extra checks and help but no charge even though it took almost an extra hour. The wifey wants a bump in her ride so we set an appointment up with them. Customer service is unreal!!! I can't see going anywhere else but here.
