My sister, in another state, contacted the company in hopes of helping me find a new home and was greeted by Joyce. I am so glad we worked with Mobile Home Connection. Joyce Parcels is extremely professional and helped us get a fair price for our Lakeside mobile home after the original owner passed away. We are first time buyers., we had a great experience with our real estate agent Hugo Muñoz, from the beginning, he was very patient and very knowledgeable, he guided us and explained the whole process, Mr. Munoz was also always on top of the paperwork necessary for the bank/finance company. My husband and I were looking to buy a traditional home, but the prices in San Diego are outrageous. We decided to look into a mobile home and found Tracy. On our very first meeting, she took us to a couple of parks and she showed us a new home and previously owned home. We fell in love with the new home, but not the park. My 80 year old mother was looking to find a home closer to town. She had some friends living in the same park we checked out. She can't climb stairs so this park in Escondido was perfect for her. All the homes are at ground level, making it much more convenient for those with mobility issues. Helena was very patient with us and explained all the forms that my mother had to fill out. She took the time to make sure my mother felt comfortable in this purchase. She doesn't like to make decisions so Helena was very good in helping her with her new home.
