There were several reasons the other contractors fell short such as, they didn't return calls, they didn't keep promises, fancy presentations lacking substance and high prices. What we were and still are impressed most about Kachina Kitchens is that their price was very reasonable, they use high quality products, they are easy to contact and communicate with, all their work was explained in a way we could understand, they demonstrated excellent customer service and they kept all their promises. We were told not to worry about the prices because that was retail price and we would get a break through our designer. HARDLY. It would have better to have bought our items from a big box retailer. The Big Boxes have better warranties as well. 2.We ordered toilet paper holders. Once installed we did not like them, we thought it was a design problem but apparently the manufacturer wouldn't accept a return. a. CAS would not help us in any way. b. CAS never advised us that items were non-returnable for any reason. c. Even though we ordered replacement items, there was no price offset. 3. Before learning about the extent of the no return policy, we had mistakenly ordered 1 extra clothes hook. Even though that hook was never taken out of the box, CAS would not accept a return. Conclusion: They are friendly and polite; they have pretty hardware; there is NO customer service or problem resolution.

Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home. They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement. They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection. And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They accepted my credit card payment over the phone. Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large. Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service - Ask for Alisa!…read more I went into Dunn-Edwards in Surprise, AZ, trying to match a paint color used only in one bathroom in my house--painted sometime between 2016 and 2022. I brought tiny chips of paint, hoping they could scan them, but they were too small to read. That's when I was lucky enough to be helped by Alisa Hickman, and let me tell you--she is incredible. Alisa went above and beyond to help me solve this mystery color situation. She looked up my old painter by name and phone number, dug through years of archived orders, asked if I had other paint cans from that era, and then used the codes from those to narrow it down. She even scanned the small chips I had and manually compared them to several possible matches from custom orders--determined to figure it out. All while juggling other customers and still checking in with me constantly to make sure I was taken care of. She spent nearly an hour with me, and never once acted frustrated or rushed. Her level of service, patience, and commitment is something I haven't seen in retail in decades. If you go to this location, ask for Alisa.
