He called back a couple hours later and on the way. Fixed that day. He is very knowledgeable, courtesy and able to tell me what to look out for in future and do ourselves or call him and he can do for us. Fantastic man. Love supporting truly talented, honest, down to earth local family man. Give him a try! Very reasonably priced and HE COMES TO YOU! I'm now ready to mow my own grass again!!

Despite that, I chose to give Terry the benefit of the doubt.I was then asked to fill out my own repair tag, which was unprofessional and immediately concerning. Terry also did not appear knowledgeable about the machine or the repair process In hindsight, I should have loaded the four‑wheeler back up at that moment, but again, I gave him the benefit of the doubt.Terry told me it would be two weeks before he could even look at the machine. I accepted that. During that time, I began searching for the parts myself. When I attempted to communicate with him by text, I received no responses. When I finally called, he claimed my texts were going to spam. After three weeks, he still had not touched the four‑wheeler and gave me excuses about not being able to find parts. When I told him that if he couldn't handle the repair, he shouldn't do it, he took that as "disrespect" and stopped responding to both texts and calls.Only when I said I was coming to pick up my four‑wheeler did he finally respond. I told him that after wasting my time, he should be delivering it back to me. He refused. This entire experience showed me that Terry is not a mechanic, does not run a professional operation, and does not respect customers' time or property. The lack of communication, lack of progress, and lack of professionalism speak for themselves.I would not recommend!

I do not like to spend money on an active play/learning experience and find a bunch of kids zoned out in front of a screen. I was SO pleased to see that every kid was engaged in active play at pickup time. 3) The selection of toys and manipulatives were clearly curated by someone who is passionate about child development. It was not a hodgepodge of second hand plastic toys, but high quality toys designed to meet the kids at their development level. Great place for kids!
