My dog died on Christmas Day while we were on vacation with my family so I wasn't able to come back that day but I came back next day and searched for pet cremations and decided to go with Mobile Pet Cremations since they can come to the house and I wanted to give her a nice sent out since I couldn't be her when she passed. I contacted them on the 27th and Blake worked around my schedule to come pick up my dog right away. I also asked him to do prints of my dog's ears, he said he's never done it, but he was gonna try to do it, as you can see in the picture the ear prints came perfectly. They are straight up because that is how they were when she died. Found this business online with good reviews when my small dog with heart issues starting having a hard time breathing and stopped eating regularly. I had been to her vet recently and they said there wasn't really anything else that would help her so was trying to be prepared so she could stay with us as long as possible as we've had her since her birth 11 years ago. She passed at 5:20am at home with me petting and talking to her. I had their number set aside so I called after I got my wits back together. Left a message that was returned with a text. I knew what I wanted to do and he didn't pressure me for any additional items. Price was a bit high, but it was after hours on a weekend and they were both picking her up, handling cremation and returning her to us within the week. They came within 30-45minutes and I had placed her in a small box already with a towel over her, so he just transported her to his vehicle that way. He was very pleasant at a very difficult time. That was Sunday and her cremains were returned by a nice lady on Friday. I had ordered a bio urn and pawprint mold but they also included a nice name plate and a bio box as I wasn't sure when we will bury her. I'm not ready for that yet. I wish that I could give more than 5 stars because I surely would for Blake and Moible Pet Cremations. He provided outstanding service in a timely matter. Once I called him and told him our situation, he said that he happened to be heading towards our area as we spoke and what a miracle that was. I was worried that he would not want to come out to the desert, but he said it would be no problem for him and I was so grateful. Our Shorty was older and we knew her time was near yet she was comfortable and happy. Sure enough when she started looking not so well its approaching the weekend and our Vet nor even the Emergency Vet were NOT open, due to the weekend hours and Hilary approaching and touching ground. I actually went on line thinking what am I going to do with my sweet girl if she passes and there is nowhere to take her? It was stressful and so sad, but Blake and his prompt attention and polite help was so appreciated . His Fee for his pickup, cremation, lovely pine box and paw print in clay for remembrance, then delivering her back not even a week later in a respectful bag and a burlap bag for the pine box was above and beyond expectations. I believe his fees are not any more than if I would have gone to a Vet have my pet euthanized and then left there for cremation, and then have to return to pickup my pets ashes 2 weeks later. Nothing is worse than walking out and back into your Vet without your pet, as Ive had to do too many times to count over the years of my life. Honestly from now on with all my pets this is the only way to go, no more Vet euthanasia unless they are in pain and it is my understanding Mobile Pet and Blake can help out with this as well. Our shorty died in my arms in her own time in her own home and it was a privilege to give her a peaceful exit for all the love and support she gave me. Words cannot begin to express my profound appreciation for the service Mobile Pet Cremations provided in what is a very difficult time for my husband and I. We were connected with them via TrueCare Animal Hospital when our kitty Logan was experiencing renal failure and he was no longer responding to treatment. He didn't have much time and I didn't want to prolong any suffering, but I knew I wanted him to pass in peace at home. All other services I had called and emailed were unresponsive or couldn't see him soon enough. The recent catastrophic LA fires were also impacting service providers. Mobile Pet Cremations were the only service that I was able to call and immediately be connected with someone who could help me. Blake was fantastic and flexible with working out a timeframe and was able to schedule someone to come the next day for our baby. I filled out a quick form via text, and received the estimate and invoice for approval via email and was able to get everything set for Saturday at 4pm. We got to enjoy a beautiful last day with our baby, and they also texted us to know the vet's ETA to plan for them coming. Dr. Emily was amazing, and gave us something truly special, which was peace of mind and assurance that we were making the right choice. Logan was our first baby we've ever had to say goodbye to and it felt so sudden, but there was no denying he was not going to recover from his conditions. Dr. Emily explained everything to us about his condition in a way that we could understand as throughout this journey we were experiencing lots of technical information without quite understanding what any of it meant from previous veterinarians. She respected our wishes of how we wanted to be with him in his sedation a little longer and made the decision of when we were ready for the final step and it helped us so much. We were with him and although it was hard, he was at peace and so were we. We were full of doubt, fear, sadness, and grief, and Dr. Emily helped us understand and come to terms with Logan's condition. She took him away and I confirmed final details with Blake about the remains. 7 days later our boy came home in a beautiful urn and his little paw pad in clay with a stand. We lost 2 babies (feline) right before Christmas. Our 1st baby to go was Maxi, he was 8 1/2 and we had him since he was 4 weeks old. He had been hospitalized at the Vet for a couple of days for kidney failure. The treatment was affecting his heart so there was nothing more that could be done. We brought him home with the intention of euthanizing at home, but he passed within 20 minutes of getting here. We called Mobile Pet Cremations to pick him up and they were here within 40 minutes. The gentleman that picked him up was very respectful and professional. Five days later, our eldest, Blackcat age 17, lost her will to live. We think that she wanted look after Maxi on the other side of the rainbow bridge, so that he wasn't alone. The ER vet told us that she had kidney failure, pancreatitis, and liver issues. We called Mobile Pet Cremations, so that we can euthanize her at home. Dr. Chris was at our house within 30 minutes, mind you this was Christmas Eve evening. He was very professional, kind and sympathetic to our situation. We didn't want her to see him, as he was a stranger and she would've been scared. So he was able to stay out of sight while she calmly went to sleep forever. He let us mourn our loss in private before taking her gently to be cremated alongside Maxi. On New Year's Day, our babies were hand-delivered back home in little cedar boxes and their paw print on a ceramic disc.
