Q-Bone was the light of our life. He was also popular with complete strangers -- who he "Woo-Wooed," Home Depot guys, and all our pickelball friends. Oliver was very gentle with pup when he cleaned him up, zipped him in a very sturdy high-quality white zippered bag, and transferred pup to the gurney, then to the van. We followed Oliver out to the alley, and "voila" he opened the van doors and we were greeted by a least a 100 photos of happy dogs that pet parents had sent him. Oliver's a salt-of-the earth kind of guy. He works every day and is on-call until 2:00 a.m. He's even honored his Dad, a former Riverside Co.
