I needed a forklift to get this nonsense straightened out. After making too many phone calls, I came across Jennings Equipment in Puyallup, and spoke directly to Andrew. Once he understood what my situation was. Advised me to bring it there if possible, and they would assist me with straightening out the situation. I managed to get the trailer and its wonky load to their store, and he personally took the time to help me (with a forklift), and organize it in a way that was legal and safe. Andrew's customer service was second to none. As my teenagers would say, props and a shout out, he absolutely nailed it when it came to helping resolve this issue.

I recently purchased a cute vintage canned ham trailer... with an equally vintage trailer coupler…read more Somehow the trailer made it home from Tenino without coming off the hitch despite all the bumps, so I figured I shouldn't tempt the fates by taking it out on that coupler again. Pricing was very reasonable and the work was done super fast. It took one evening to cut off the old coupler, at which point it was discovered that the support piece of the tongue didn't extend out far enough to safely support the coupler. A couple nights later, he came back out with metal to extend the tongue and got the whole thing put on, all at the original price he quoted. Extremely happy with the work and really looking forward to getting this trailer out on the road! This is quality welding and I feel confident taking it out even on the rough forest roads.

I ended up calling the office the next day with some questions once I got the estimated quote back. Their customer service team was great and super nice. Very helpful and answered all my questions. They had fair labor cost! Truly! Great price. They do charge for ACTUAL hours worked. The more work you do, equals the less they have to do, which means less money ya spend! You do pay by card at the end of the move, which was nice feature. The only reason we didn't hire them was because they started at 9am, when the competitor could come at 7am. For us, who are up at 5am, this just worked better for our timeframe. Both companies were on par with the same estimate, which was so comforting. Two hutches were scratched as well as my dining room table. A chest of drawers somehow got white paint on it. Several lamps were broken beyond repair. I just got a quote of $150.00 to repair another lamp. I sent a picture to the supervisor of the damage and have never heard back. My neighbor and I decided to go in half on a lawn aerator rental. We had looked at the local big box hardware stores and when one of them letting us down by not having what they said they did in stock, we went a different route. These guys are fairly busy on the weekend as the locals seem to know where to go. The price was half of what the hardware stores were charging.
