I do not enjoy doing this type of review This location is so close to home, but we haven't been in so long because of a string of experiences. Tonight, Cash Only sign on the door. Previous visit, the young lady making our pizza made comments about us always arriving after nine PM. "Don't y'all eat pizza earlier?" Took my sister lunch the other day, and she wanted to be creative, so MOD! I was greeted upon entry from an energetic team member. The place was clean, and the staff was attentive. This was my second time visiting a Mod Pizza and it was an okay experience. There was only one person at the register and one person in the food prep line so it took a while. My coworker and I came during our lunch break and spent 20 min here just to get a to go pizza which is kind of ridiculous. I came here close to closing and I was so happy the door wasn't locked. It's hard to find food after 10pm that's not fast food. Service was great, friendly, and as fast as possible. No complaints. I haven't been to MOD pizza in nearly a year. Usually, the staff is friendly and the pizza is good. Today, the service and pizza was not the best. Instead of the staff member make the pizza in front of us- he stood in front of the ingredients in front of a family being serviced by another staff member. Mind you we were the only two families ordering- no crowd. we couldn't hear him or see what the pizza looked like prior to it going in the oven. It was annoying. He kept reaching over the other staff member. When the pizza was done (out of the oven), all the cheese was piled in the center of the pizza- couldn't taste the salt, pepper, or oregano (like usual).- not sure if he even put it on as we could not see the pizza being made. For those new to MOD, everything is custom. Want salad? Build it the way you want it. The standard size was plenty for the two of us. Same with pizza. Pick your crust, your sauce, then your toppings. Choose as many or as few as you wish. They don't play games with pricing individual toppings. It's a flat price for whatever you choose. The salad was fresh. The pizzas were crisp and hot. The cauliflower crust was excellent. This location had good social distancing and COVID protocols in place. Staff was friendly. Ordering is EZ. What's not to like? read more

This is the worst online ordering experience I ever had. I have never been to this weird strip mall. It got a tiny one-way entrance and narrow as hell driveways in the parking lot. Are we supposed to fly in or ride a moped? The ordering process is kind of awkward. I have to create an account at punchh.com. Then asked for my cell phone number, but it doesn't send me text reminder. I arrived at the restaurant to look for online pick up sign. OMG. There is a line. I thought they are supposed to be fast. My order was gluten-friendly crust with dairy-free cheese Mad Dog Pizza and an order of cheese garlic bread. It came to $8.27 for the Mad Dog, plus $2 surcharge for the specialty crust. Then, $5.97 for garlic bread with red sauce. Before I decided to try MOD Pizza, my coworkers wanted keto friendly pizza. After learning a personal pizza costs them arms and legs at Ruggles Black, they started to search. One found the ingredient is not keto, because blah blah blah (see https://modpizza.com/allergen/ about the ingredients). The other one said "I don't care". Third coworker didn't care for keto but want pizza no cheese. They argued back and forth. Finally, I decided to order online because I don't mind trying it and sharing with them. They have their signature pizza and or you can build your own by adding your choice of toppings or sauces and even customizing their signature pizzas to how you want it and how you like it! This is my second time coming over to eat pizza at this MOD Pizza Location, having had New York Style pizza growing up in Queens I have a special way I like my pizza. Having said that I really liked the Maddy, I know it's simple tomato sauce and cheese but it had a really good sauce to cheese ratio plus the crust was thin and crunchy which I really enjoy. As for the pizzeria I like that my order was taken fast, pizza was ready in about 10 minutes and servers were friendly. Only thing I would like to point out is the fact that customers can see inside the kitchen and kitchen floors looked a little unkept and glass on where toppings are should be kept cleaner as well. read more

All I wanted was an amazing salad after a long day of work. When I arrived, which was probably an hour before closing, almost everything was gone.
