So yummy and always packed! I got the margarita pizza just removed the tomatoes and added pepperoni and jalapeños. I know weird but so yummy!!! I also tried the desert but was alittle disappointed I'll definitely be back to try more, service is good and the place was very clean

Mod pizza is quite unique since customers are involved in crafting their own pie from scratch from beginning to end. Crust can be dough or even cauliflower and all toppings can be added for a preset price (not a la carte) which is nice! I came on quite a busy day and had a hick up with my order but this was understandable given that lines wrapped around the place all the way to the restrooms. My order was unfortunately lost so I'm writing this review on behalf of a buddy who graciously shared his pie with me. Pros- you choose all the ingredients and meats or veggies to your heart's content. Sauces and drizzles can be customized as well. Many exotic things to choose from including vegan sausage to anchovies if that's your thing. Cons - don't come on a busy day. If you give your name, give your full name and ask for the pizza number order in case it gets jumbled up. Overall experience of pizza: Crust - overly thin. Could use more dough or even include options like hand tossed or pan. Pizza will end up soggy if you aren't careful with toppings. Cheese - lots of options ranging from mozzarella to Asiago . Can ask maker to add more. Meats and veggies - excellent variety and you decide the portions Drizzles - lots of variety including honey, sriracha, pesto, etc I felt like there was a lot more potential and the workers put in a lot of effort to accommodate the customers, hence the 4 stars. I'll have to try again another time with a few adjustments and hopefully, my order will come out ok.

There were 3 people working, the boy was literally trying to do all the orders. The other two girls were ignoring and talking to each other. Made eye contact with them and after 5 minutes they still didn't do anything. The boy checked out the customer and the girls kept procrastinating with no sense of urgency to take care of the customer.

I love me some MOD pizza. I can't say no to unlimited toppings for a universal price. It's a simple concept. Choose your proteins choose your cheese and choose your veggies. Choose your seasoning and sauces. The pizza is ready in literally three minutes. They have gluten-free and cauliflower crust options, Which cost a fraction of the cost extra. The menu also has customize classics which a lot of customers opt for. But I be stacking up my pizzas as you can tell from the pics MOD also has a reward system where every dollar spent counts for a reward point. Collect 150 points and your next pizza is free. Pretty cool Eh?

Celebrated with a day-date with the hubs! Been two weeks since we tied the knot :) and we were greeted with beautiful sunshine and cauliflower dough pizza with the yummiest toppings. I've only tried MOD once before in my life, and it was this same location, but when they first opened...and I recall a not so great food experience. But, more recently my hubs tried their cauliflower pizza and said it was tasty, so I decided to give them a second chance! To my delight, the cauliflower pizza was really light, crunchy and tasty. Perfectly baked in their oven with the outer layer slightly burnt and crispy, and evenly distributed toppings...I appreciated that they had chorizo as a topping. It made the overall meal a bit on the heavier side, but nonetheless delicious. Today was perfect patio weather day, so we took full advantage. I was semi disappointed with customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I saw staff behind the pizza counter making line just standing around. They look relaxed and disorganized. Not at their proper stations, dirty patio tables outside, but restrooms were squeaky clean. It was after the lunch rush, so I don't know why tables weren't cleaned. Also, I ordered a bottled coke that required the cap to be taken off, but I had to get up and go back to the register area to ask for them to pop the cap off...then I also had to get up and ask a staff member to go clean the table for us. IMO, these little things shouldn't have to be asked by the patron. It should just be taken care of...hence the three stars. I will def come back to enjoy the cauliflower pizza again. Hopefully they will be on top of things better next time. Napkins at the tables would be a nice touch too, instead of just next to the drink station.

Had an early dinner at Mod. The place was DIRTY!!! There were literally 5 employees standing around doing NOTHING while I had to wipe my own dirty table down. There were tables with dirty dishes, tables with straw wrappers and tables with pizza crumbles and no one taking the time to wipe them down!! Oh but they are quick to ask for a 20% tip!! NO THANK YOU!!!

The pizza reheats wonderfully in my toaster oven. Oh...the crust....

This pizza and the employees here are the best! I have to thank my daughter for introducing me to MOD. You HAVE to come here if you haven't been already. If you're not familiar with MOD, you pay for the size of your pizza regardless of what or how many toppings you put on it you pay the same price (and they have a LOT to choose from)! I can now get what I really want in my pizza... and best crust ever! Not just that, but they are so fast! Whenever I am on this side of town, this is where I always go. Genuine pizza and genuine people. Try it! You won't regret it! Lots of !!!'s because I have passion for this place. I'm surprised at the negative reviews of the employees. I have never had a problem, on the contrary they have been wonderful.

Came here for their National pineapple day promotion (free pizza if you add pineapple) and they were packed at 6 pm. They were very generous with toppings despite the crowd and the staff were still very nice despite the overwhelming workload that day. Mod pizza is always great :)

On point! I made my own pizza and it was delicious! I enjoy the fact that I don't get charged per topping and I can add to my pizza whatever i want! :) They have many different options to choose from for meats, veggies, cheese, spices, sauces, etc. It's like a subway but for pizza and a lot more fresher! They also serve beer and wine. It was pretty crowded when we went there but we were in and out! read more

finally decided to check out MOD Pizza and i have to say it was worth it and i defiantly will be returning, the whole atmosphere is great and the pizza is perfect,it taste completely fresh and home made.can't wait to test out the dessert pizza and milkshake's next visit. Only thing i would have to say is i wish they had different crust types. So glad to finally have a pizza place close to home that will be my new spot. read more

The service was good, but I have had way better pizza. Not sure if it was our timing, but was not impressed at all. I had romaine lettuce that was limp and slimy, and some pieces were brown. Pizza crust was a thin and cardboard like and burnt. I have to say the topping were great, can't say much for the sauce, because I really could not taste.it The sweet tea was excellent. This was our first and will be our last visit. No complaints about the service everyone there was extremely nice. read more

I go to MOD constantly, just not this location. This was my first time at the louetta location and I don't think I'll be back. Pizza was burned black all around the edges but the top was barely cooked and the toppings we're luke warm. When we asked an employee to cut the pizza in 8 instead of six, they did it, but rudely told us that we need to ask earlier in the future. When we said that we we're sorry and that our usual location does it for us there, he brushed us off and said "they're probably not as busy." I could handle the poor customer service if my pizza was cooked properly, but I can't even say that. read more

One of my favorite pizza places. I've had Pie Five before and this place totally beats them. It's sooo good. Add as many toppings for no extra cost and get it topped off with a variety of sauces. Cheap and tastes great. Pizza is fresh from the oven so it's really crisp. read more

This place was amazing. Today was my first time going. And I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you can have unlimited toppings on your pizza. Also for a pizza that they make and cook right there the wait time wasn't that bad either. We waited about 10-15 mins for our pizza which is far less time you spend waiting than at a restaurant. When we finally got our pizza, I was in heaven. It was made to perfection. MOD pizza is my new favorite pizza place. read more

The coolest part about MOD (Made on Demand) Pizza is the concept. You get to design your own pizza, and customize every little detail. If you don't want to start from scratch, you can choose from or modify one of their menu options. The pizza is always delicious, and there's healthier and vegetarian options available. The restaurant is always packed, and sometimes it feels too crowded, but the service is still very fast. My only complaint is that paying is not as efficient as it could be, and sometimes orders get messed up when paying because you have to remember what you ordered and tell your order to the cashier. This can get difficult if you ordered multiple pizzas for a large group or family. I would recommend MOD Pizza to anyone looking to try someplace new or different, or to anyone who just loves pizza. You won't be disappointed! read more

Had a better experience the second time around. However, the employee definitely needs to speak louder. I had to keep asking her to repeat, she did not seem enthusiastic to be there and had none of the menu memorized. She had to keep staring at the menu board to see what ingredient to put on there. Other than that, our food came out quickly and was quite delicious. Definitely recommend the garlic strip&dip! The mini pizza and salad was perfect portion for me. read more

The line was very long! So be ready to wait although it goes by very fast. I love coming here because the ingredients are always fresh and I can choose whatever on it for the same price. The food is done quick and I love the atmosphere. The pizza has a perfect crunch that isn't too burned. This is probably the best pizza place around here, although it ends to be a little greasy. They cook the pizza in a GIANT pizza oven I love coming here and I will be back. read more

This is actually my fav place to eat ever!! I love Mod because they're affordable and they have options for every dietary restriction. As a non-meat eater I'm always pleased with the options! I love that they have an abundance of vegetables, vegan cheese and a gluten free crust option. I love their food in general, but I specifically come to this location for the customer service. They have a wonderful team and they always go above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied. The food is always great, but their employee and management team make it 1000% better. I can appreciate any place that really care about there customers. Anytime you come here you're going enjoy great food and have a great time read more

This pizza place is new and is near the Vintage, so I see tons of newcomers coming to try it. The pizza chain is really expanding due to people loving it and craving pizza. My first time was a bit of an experience. They have a few pizzas they already make with a few toppings. I had one with artichokes, cheese, and sauce on top. I didn't really care for the thin crust, but the pizza overall was decent and cooked good. The other pizzas are for later but I think it's a nice variety of good choices. There's also the option to put some toppings on your pizza. So if you want more toppings, go ahead and ask for a few extra at the menu area. You can get your drink, pay and then sit down for some pizza. The seating is a little tiny but this restaurant is not really that big. It's a nice area for this restaurant in a strip center. I believe this place being right next to the Vintage is pretty good for people to stop in and try new pizzas. I'll go out and try new pizza places and compare them to others. read more

My boyfriend and I came here after debating a few options around Vintage Park. The deciding favor was the fact that pizza sounded great, and I'd heard good things about this place. When you walk it it's sort of a chipotle like atmosphere, you walk up, tell them what kind of pizza you want from the menu or you can make whatever you want. You get to decide from a very small pizza or a pizza smaller than a regular size. My boyfriend and I split the bigger one and he picked our toppings from a good selection of options. The price for our one pizza and two fountain drinks was just north of $12, which I thought was very decent for the two of us. I got the blackberry lemonade and it was great! Our pizza came out in good time and we sat outside due to lack of seating inside, which was fine because the temperature had cooled down by then. The pizza was pretty good, not the best ice had but I'd definitely come back for it. The crust was just a tad thin and all my toppings fell off when I picked it up, so I ate with a fork and knife. 4 stars for some good pizza, location, and overall experience. It didn't blow my mind or anything but I'll definitely be back! read more

MARIAH! I have to begin with why I am writing this review, MARIAH! She is awesome! The last time I went, I brought along some family and we spoke with their RG, Mariah, who has one of the best attitudes I have ever interacted with. Attitude is everything. My cousin was really interested in the background story of Mod and not only did she answer knowledgeably but with passion and energy! It so rare to find people who actually love their job and live with gratitude! The entire concept of this place is amazing and it only gets better. The atmosphere is fantastically fresh and current. You build your own personal sized pizza for around $5 with unlimited toppings at no extra charge, all organic ingredients! Everyone greets you welcomely. I have it a few times now and enjoyed every visit. I change my ingredients every time, its so much fun! When you interact with so many people like a person in the service industry does, you have the power to influence so many peoples everyday life. You can make their day or ruin it. The people here get that. read more

It's like a pizza version of chopitle. You pick your personal sized crust, toppings etc and they put it together in front of you. Plenty stuff to put on your pizza. Then they throw it in the brick oven and you get it fresh out the oven! It was amazing. My girlfriend and I each destroyed our own pizza each... kek They have special teas you can try which were yummy and kept me away from Dr Pepper read more

Second time visiting this store. My pizza was burnt at the bottom and I didn't know it was burnt until I actually got home and tried to eat it. They don't Check their pizzas to make sure they not burnt at the bottom to me they really don't care. A process/procedure should be put in place for workers to check the BOTTOM of a pizza when done! I wish I could show you the pizza but I already gave it back. Fucking pissed that I had to drive all they way back to the store. Then they didn't even have my pizza ready when I arrived. I had to wait even longer! (Offered me a drink while waiting) only kind thing that's been said. Nobody apologized for my burnt pizza. read more

Really wish we had a Blaze in the north side, because it's WAAAAY better than this. Whoever's idea it was to serve pizzas on a plate rather than the actual pan should be fired. It gets the pizza all soggy & they tend to over cook your pizza where it's burned on the corners (not a huge fan of that!) The employers weren't too friendly either and rushed us to get our orders even though there was no one here. Then when we asked to get the table cleaned (cause every table was messy), this girl had the worst attitude like I'm the one to blame for her working here... lol. Definitely not coming back here. read more

Had a hard time finding a good pizza joint after moving to Houston Texas. Found this spot on date night with the wife. I'm sold. *** UPDATE *** MOD Pizza is a great for the build your own pizza option. I would give them 5 stars but recently MOD Pizza decided to go the cheap route. Imagine buying what you were used of being a cream filled or fruit filled donut. And you're used to that donut always having that filling. Then they go change it on you and say we remove the fillings and added more dough so now its just a big regular donut. Would you be happy with that? I don't think I would, just as I'm not happy with the new Mega. The mega used to be the crust with sauce and cheese, on top of that another layer of crust Sauce Cheese then your regular toppings. It was great and juicy. Now going the cheaper rought they changed it to a regular thick crust pizza with toppings. No fillings with sauce and cheese. I'm sure this is a money move. But pretty lame. You suck for that MOD pizza owners. read more

Best pizza ever!!! I love thin crust pizza and and am particularly picky when it comes to good tasting pizza. I decided to stop here based on all the reviews. When we first walked in we thought that we could only order what was on the wall but nope you can customer make your own pizza with unlimited toppings for the same price. Yes!!!! We ordered three different pizzas and it took about seven minutes. It was so good. Nice and crispy. Just perfect. I will be back for sure to try the other toppings. Half a MOD pizza was just the perfect size for me. read more

Wow! This is like chipotle for Pizza! You stand and pick your toppings. Great concept. In love with the gluten free crust salad pizza! They bake the crust then add the salad on top. It's like warm croutons on the bottom of your salad. The best part? You can eat your salad with your hands like a pizza! Woohoo! read more

We ordered from here for a business meal. I built my own pizza and got pepperoni and pineapple. The pizza isn't overly greasy and is fresh since it is made to order. Everyone else liked what they ordered as well. I would recommend this place for quick work lunches. read more

My personal favorite is to order the mega cause it's a thicker crust & has layers of cheese + sauce wedged between the extra layers of dough. Pesto, mozzarella, spinach + basil, sundried tomatoes, chicken, and extra cheese & pesto to finish. An absolute delight! Customer service here is incredible: came in once when the power was out and they gave us free pizzas the next time we came in! read more

Very good! Wife and I tried it because Torchy's was too busy. Fast line, very simple and clean menu. Local beer and craft teas and lemonades. Food came fast and was great! Reminded me a lot of a Freebirds type of restaurant for pizza. We will definitely come back! read more

I've come here about 4-5 times and I keep planning to come back! The customer service is also friendly and attentive.

I finally get to leave a review after getting my daughter to help set me up an account on this Yelp site. My husband and I love this place and for the amount of food that you get for the price you can't go wrong! This time we brought family and friends, happy that we did because our favorite girl was there. They were a little crowded but my daughter quickly grabbed us a large table that had opened up in the back room. We were a little unimpressed by the staff working, they seemed tired and began to rush us out of the way to get to the next family behind us. We were happy to finally show our friends the little spot that we have been bragging on for months but we were quickly pushed away. On the bright side our favorite girl was there today, CiCi, and boy does she know how to make you smile. My daughter always wants to know how she does her makeup so perfect . Well, CiCi began to compliment each and every one of us as she put our toppings on and the most beautiful part is that she remembered who we were! She asked how my husbands trip went this week and how my sisters chemotherapy has been going. We definitely receive the best service when she's around and that's really unfortunate.(Considering that the Spring Cypress location has gotten more welcoming). That's the only thing that ever bugs us, and being that we had others with us was kind of a let down. The young lady at the register was very nice as well she made sure that our large party was well aware where to pick up our pizzas after they were made. We will forever love this location and keep coming back for more we would just like to see more happy people! On a lighter note if any of you guys are in the Louetta and 249 area definitely stop by and give this place a shot, who doesn't like pizza right? I hadn't been to a MOD Pizza in almost five years, so this visit felt like a bit of a homecoming. The line wasn't long, but the service was slower than expected, especially for a fast-casual spot like this. The atmosphere was pleasant and not too crowded. It was noticeably hot inside, which I assume was due to the combination of the 90-plus degree weather and the oven. I built a custom pizza and was pleased with both the taste and the seasoning. However, there was an issue with my order. One of the staff members stepped up and remade my pizza, going above and beyond to make it right. MOD Pizza is great! I'm gluten free so I always get the crust they offer and it's pretty tasty. I'm pretty sure the tomato sauce they use actually has gluten in it though. Be sure to double check if this is a concern for you. Even without sauce the pizzas are tasty, this is a spot we go to often. read more

Here they have a vengeful manager, and truly crazy, the treatment of certain employers is very notorious, and he ignores the client, the food is delicious, but seeing him as he treats his employees is very unpleasant, I don't understand how they have him as a manager, needs a psychological exam. read more

Love it! They have plenty of toppings and a gluten free option that's actually not terrible! The Cauliflower is better than the gluten free. My son is lactose intolerant and their vegan cheese is pretty good. Everyone is always patient with his preferences. read more
