Went for the first time yesterday and had a delicious 11" pizza. It's a great deal that you're able to pick as many toppings and cheeses as you want without additional costs. At the cash register, the employee told me that my salad cost $9.00. Seemed expensive, but when I looked around I didn't see the price posted anywhere. I gave the employee $20.00 and received $11.00. When I asked for the receipt, I saw that the salad cost $6.90. The employee then told me that he owed me $2.00, and he then pulled $1.00 from the Tips jar and $1.00 from his pocket- I never received the $.10. I'm not going to spend my money on shoddy service for a mediocre salad (the slices of salami were stuck together and he shoved them into the middle of the greens without separating them, and some of the lettuce was old & wilted). Above all, I don't want to feel that I'm being ripped off at the cash register. There are much better options for my money- I'll never go back. read more

This is a great dine-in or carry out pizza place. They have excellent salads in a variety of sizes, they offer a gluten free crust option, and while they offer some pre-selected pizza topping combinations, you can totally customize your own on the fly. The staff are incredible, too. They're knowledgeable, patient, funny, and kind. You want corn and broccoli on your pizza? You got it! You want s white sauce instead of a red? No problem. You want a classic supreme with all the fixings? You betcha, buddy. I would definitely encourage trying the little sweet/spicy red peppers on your pizza and the balsamic fig drizzle. The atmosphere is chill and you can sit indoors or out. Best of all, the 11" Mod pizza (standard size) is only $7.87! Scratch that...the very best of all is that whether you get 1 topping or 10, it's all the same price! Personally, I love a thin and crispy crust, so the standard Mod is good for me, but if you like it thicker, you can order that for only $2 more. Excellent customer service when I walk in the door, kind and helpful customer service and great pizza. They sell the pizza by size, not by toppings so you can literally create whatever you like. On this past trip I purchased the Ruthie and it was exceptional. Also important to note the Blackberry Lemonade is outstanding!!! The only negative....if you can call it that, is that the pizza doesn't reheat well. So it's best if you consume it immediately! read more

Although their pizza is good, when ordering delivery our pizzas got completely messed up. 2 pizzas were ordered and half the toppings from one pizza got put on the other and vice versa. One of the pizzas was a standard menu item pizza so I'm not sure how you mix up the toppings that much. This is a pizza place to stay away from. Each of our last two visits have taught us that their standards are far below acceptable. Orders aren't correct, and they don't. correct them. Charges are wrong (over charged again this time for drinks we didn't order) and this isn't the first time. It's as if they hope you won't catch them in the act. They want a tip, before service has been provided. The pizza is mediocre at best. The attitude of the people behind the counter is the worst of any restaurant I've ever visited. read more

First of all, MOD has gluten free pizza crust, which is a huge bonus in my book. The set price for as many toppings as you want is also a huge selling point. They have a large selection of toppings and the pizza comes out quickly and is piping hot. My only complaint is that they shout at you when you walk in the door, shout when pizzas are ready, and shout just to hear themselves talk. Honestly it gave me a headache. As someone that is very sensitive to stimulation (loud music, shouting, etc), I found this aspect extremely distracting, uncomfortable, and will make me rethink coming here again in the future. I had a very poor experience at this place the night of Aug 30. It was my first time and I ordered 4 pizzas with a friend. I asked for a Ulysses's pizza with vegetarian ingredients and I'm not sure if the employee was high or something but the pizza I got had no sauce or cheese, he put sausage on it, and they never asked me to customize the pizza at the end. As it was my first time I didn't realize till I got home. I also felt I did not get much direction on the process from the employees and actually had other customers help me. Everything about this business is great - the food is always fresh and amazing, the employees are friendly - and you just feel happy when you walk in the door. They make your pizza while you wait, and it's always fresh and ridiculously good. I visit this restaurant regularly, and my go-to pizza is a pesto base with mozzarella, cilantro, grilled chicken, roasted garlic, onion, and roasted red pepper with asiago - it's always amazing! I highly recommend that you give this combo a try if you like a pesto base on your pizza. I've also tried a red sauce pizza with sausage, and a white sauce pizza with chicken - both were great. They also have the best lemonade that I've ever had! What really makes this place stand out is the staff - every single person that I've spoken to while visiting has been very nice and personable - they just I know how to make customers feel welcome. I've walked in literally 5 minutes before they close, and they welcome me in and ask about my day while making my food! You never feel rushed out the door when you come to MOD. Customer service is top notch here. I will definitely continue to frequent this restaurant for pizza, and I highly recommend that you try it if you haven't eaten here yet! read more

Pizza was very good. The price was good and I liked that you can get as many toppings as you like for the same price. THE ICE IS AMAZING. I know that's a small thing to be impressed by, but it's that good small crunchy kind... So yeah. The only thing is that they forgot the sauce on top of my pizza and had some sort of "trouble" with my husband's pizza so it took a little longer than normal to get it. Would choose this pizza over other places any day. We spend around $7 for a 11"and get as many toppings on it. Love they have roasted garlic and feta as toppings. Other toppings range from pesto for sauce to roasted red peppers and multiple cheeses and broccoli. If pizza isn't your thing then you can build your own salad. read more

I ordered a pizza and salad through Door Dash, and I was extremely pleased with the process! I loved having so many choices to create my own pizza and salad, and I especially loved the fact that the price included all toppings. It was nice to have several choices of crust, sauce and cheese variety. I ordered a 12 inch pizza with mushrooms, spinach, diced tomatoes and roasted broccoli, plus a mini salad made with romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, feta cheese, roasted apples, black olives and balsamic dressing. The pizza came well within the promised delivery time and the Door Dash delivery person was very polite. The pizza was delicious! The crust had a light feel, not greasy at all, with a nice flavor. The toppings were very generous and the pizza was cooked to perfection. The salad was very fresh, larger than I expected, and again the added ingredients were very generous. My only caveat on the salad is that I couldn't really taste the dressing, which i assume they added since there was no packet in the bag. They might want to add a bit more in the future. However, the ingredients, especially the roasted apples, were so flavorful that I really didn't miss it. I will definitely be ordering from MOD Pizza again. read more

I ordered a Jasper pizza..I placed my at 7:11 and at 7:26 I had to ask how much longer is going to take and they forgot my order and gave me someone else order I k ow because the Jasper comes with onions and the pizza doesn't have the onion.
