Staff here is RUDE. No one was rude to me directly, however, my order was taken by a man who seemed to have a cognitive impairment. I waited in line for quite a while and I was frustrated, but once I observed the situation I didn't mind. Ordering my pizza took a little over 15 minutes and I could tell the employee was really struggling; with names, conversation, remembering which toppings I had ordered, motor function, etc.,. I had patience for him, however, I did NOT have patience for his coworkers. Rather than offering help, they berated him and made fun of him behind his back while he was making other orders. There was only one coworker (a girl with a face mole and braces) that exuded patience with him and helped where she could. I came in during rush-hour, and once I observed the behaviors from all of the employees, I became really frustrated with the situation. Whether or not he has a cognitive impairment, he was still taking a considerably long time filling orders. If they were so frustrated with his pace, they could have removed him from that position and put someone else in his place. Instead, they made fun of him and made passive comments. For example, when he was taking my order he asked if I want any sauces (like ranch). I misunderstood the question and said no because I thought it would go on top of the pizza. When I went to pick up the pizza, I asked the lady at the cutting board for ranch (who just made an announcement to the staff to ask customers if they want sauce before hand so that way "it's ready,"). Upon request, the lady at the cutting board spun around and glared at the guy who took our order, shooting him a dirty look. When she turned back around to me, she rolled her eyes and handed me the ranch. As if the 4 seconds it takes to grab a ranch when I grab the pizza really makes a difference. Little did she know that it was my mistake because I misunderstood the sauce question from the start. SO MEAN. As I was eating my pizza, I continued to observe the behaviors from the employees towards the man who took my order. Two younger guys, no older than 25 years old, were laughing at him behind his back while he was struggling to make another order. Thank you to the ONE employee that laughed WITH him (not at him) and helped him where she could. To the rest of you, I observed ignorance and outright meanness. You should be ashamed by your attitudes. So much for inclusivity. I wish I would've said something while I was there, but I was so angry that I don't know what I would have said. I hope that someone sees this, because what I witnessed was disgusting and despicable. The employees must think that customers don't notice how they act, but I promise you they do. I will never be coming back to this location. read more

Had a bad experience at this location. I will say the younger girl and gentleman up front were nice and helpful. There was a older black woman who was incredibly rude. While waiting for my pizzas, which took nearly 30 minutes, I asked for cups for water. The woman said she was too busy to get them because she was "making pizzas." This place runs like a well-oiled machine. The team here are so friendly and patient. They do not rush you and take their time with every order in a way that makes you feel catered to. The food is delicious as well and tastes so fresh. I also think the prices are super reasonable. For 2 dollars more, you get a pizza that is 5 inches bigger! I usually get a salad, and as I mentioned, the ingredients are fresh. I also enjoy seeing the team interact with their manager. When they interact, I always laugh and have a good vibe from their conversations. Their team dynamics are nice to see and I think that leads to great customer service overall. read more

I don't know if the guy with a Dwayne Johnson Christmas sweater hates his life or something but he looked absolutely miserable working there. He put wayyyy too much sauce, not enough slices of ham, and worst of all i asked for cucumber and im not even lying and I wish i was exaggerating, he only put 3 pieces of cucumber... i didn't even get a whole slice of a cucumber! It was a slow evening and i asked for a mini so it's kinda hard to screw it up... chipotle can do better than him. We generally enjoy the pizza here, however, the staff have become unbearable. Particularly, an older manager lady with braids. She is always aggressively yelling at other staff and customers. I was disappointed in this place, They were a bit busy and was rushing making the pizza. I asked for extra sauce and didn't get much more. Very chintzy on the toppings. I hate chintzy pizza places! To top it off, we had a party of 4 and was about to sit down, and an employee told us we couldn't sit at that table because the table was for a party with 5 or 6 people. This is a fast food place with no assigned seating or hostess to seat you. There was no reserve sign on the table. The employee told us to sit at a table with higher chairs but we had a small child who could not sit there. So we just sat outside. Typically, pizza make my heart smile and when you can make a pizza to your liking.... it's even better. Today, my friend suggested that I put garlic butter on the rim of the bread crust. It was delicious!I literally make a garden on pesto sauce and not sorry about it! Just love the variety of toppings here. For a corporate taste, I know what to expect each time I come. I'm okay with that 'cause I haven't been disappointed yet. Staff members are friendly even if they sound robotic due to corporate culture. Signage is easy to read and very direct. Very nice people working here. There are so many of these types of design-your-own fast pizza places, so I was certainly familiar with the concept--and that, in fact, made it easy for me to choose MOD pizza to eat. I like that you can pick and choose your toppings, but I also like the they have some pre-selected combinations. People like the concept of choice, but convenience often wins. After perusing the menu, I went with the Jasper Mod (11" size). The server whipped it together, the oven person slides it with the peel and it's done a matter of minutes. The crust is almost like a cracker but the sauce sort of softens it enough where you can't really pick up a slice to eat. The taste was fairly good, with a good balance in toppings. I thought the sauce was on the salty side, but I guess that's how most American pizzas are. The reason I didn't give more stars is the texture I mentioned. After the third slice, I gave up trying to eat it like a human being. All the cheese, sauce and topping slid off into the center of the plate. The crust was too fragile to roll up or fold in half like you would in New York. I just ate the crust with one hand and used a utensil to scoop up the fallen toppings with the other hand. i love the pizza from here so much. ive gone a couple of times and it's been amazing. i highly recommend not coming here around dinner time. if there is a line, do not go. the service is usually wonderful during off-peak. today i went by with a large order by their app. the food was amazing but they missed our no name cakes. i called and spoke to who i assume is the manager on duty. ive met her before and she's really sweet, and was just the same on the phone. she asked if i could come by and they'd give me the cakes. i drove 20 minutes and when i got there... disaster. the line was wrapped around the inside of the restaurant. i stood by the register waiting for someone to come by. then the manager and a team member came to the register and a random customer jumps in front of me and leans over the register. she starts complaining about something (i wasn't listening). after she leaves i start talking to the manager letting her know i called to pickup my cakes and she turns around and walks away. i was confused. the team member that was with the manager earlier comes back to the register and i let her know i called for the cakes, i show her my receipt, she apologizes for the wait and she informs me that she had just clocked in so she wasn't aware of my call. she gives my the cakes and i thank her and wish her a great day. the food is awesome. the pizza is always so good. i did get food poisoning two months ago (terrible diarrhea for days) from here. otherwise it's good. please do not come here during peak hours, you'll be met with terrible service. lunch time has been ok the times ive came. read more

Such a cool place and has one of the most delicious pizzas I ever had, I have been there for a while but I wanted to write this because something cool happened when I was there this Monday, so I work at Harkins movie theatre right near the place and I was getting a pizza during my lunch break and right when I was about to pay, a nice cashier told me that my pizza was on the house because I guess she knows how hard I work at the theatre and I appreciate that I don't know her name but I only remember her wearing a red bandana on her head, so I just wanted to say that the place is great and give a shout-out to the awesome worker there read more
