I had pepperoni and chicken pizza and I'm not kidding you there was a 1 piece of chicken for every slice! I ordered feta cheese on top of it there was none! Mushrooms; 4 of them! I don't understand why we have to be there to get what we pay for, it's 30 bucks for 2 pizzas (before the tip) so if you are gonna charge us this much, stop being stingy and provide what your customers pay you for. The staff and manager on duty insulting and degrading when I asked for a refund. When they offered to remake the pizza it had minimal toppings on it. I requested extra toppings. So disappointed because we love MOD. We are usually ordering at least 3 times a month. I was really patient when I first ordered online for pick up and they only had 1 of my 2 pizzas. Waited an extra 10 minutes for my other. When we left luckily I checked before we got far and realized this was the wrong pizza. (By the way we ordered 2 cheese pizzas) 1 of the 2 was a pineapple and Canadian bacon. I turned around went back told the woman it was not my pizza. She didn't say 1 word just took the pizza checked the receipt and walked away. We waited another 10 minutes. Does the owners know employees are telling customers that the restaurant is closed at 7:51 on 3/3? This is the second time this happened. There are two different sizes of pizza a mini or mod.They have a variety of cheese's to choose from mozzarella, feta, parmesan..etc. The meat toppings are anchovies, bacon, chicken, beef, sausage, salami, just to name a few. Vegetable toppings basil, cilantro, jalepeno, mushrooms, peppers, corn, garlic, spinach.Then after they cook the pizza they offer different sauce to drizzle on them like pesto, BBQ, sricha and even ranch. I have never been here. That said, I did have to deliver a DoorDash from here and the order took WAY too long. Literally on the sign it says "SUPER FAST". Went there for lunch today with a group of friends in a time zone. And even though the place was packed their team kept up pretty well and managed to give us great treatment and our food came out great :) and the lemonade was probably the best I've had. I ordered a mini mod with pineapple, bell peppers, onions, and pepperoni, was delicious ! Definitely going back there again. Only reason I didn't give a full five stars was because crust was very thin and even though I loved the pizza I can't say I'm addicted and will always go there. Absolutely do not come here if you have a serious allergy. If you do make sure you always get a receipt for your order incase they mess it up and talk to a manager or higher up if something goes wrong immediately! As someone with a severe gluten allergy MOD Pizza used to be a place I could trust to come relax. Unfortunately I lost my trust in this business due to their lack of integrity and mislabeling my order. I ordered a gluten free pizza and as I was eating it in the sitting area a worker came up to me and told me he had given me the wrong pizza. The pizza I was currently eating had my name on it and said gluten free, I also watched them make it right in-front of me . I was super confused and asked him what happened and he laughed and said he mixed them up. He didn't even bother to apologize as I explained I have an allergy and I can't eat regular pizza because it makes me very sick. Of course I got really sick soon after leaving and the next day called management. The manager was super sorry and understanding and said next time I could get a free pizza, however I went in the next time and told them my story and they didn't even give me the free pizza as promised. I couldn't be more disappointed in this experience, as this business used to be one of my favorites and now I can't eat here because I can't trust them. read more

Five of us stopped by after seeing a movie at the AMC theaters. Love the "have it your way" style pizzas with fresh veggies. The guys behind the counter were extremely nice and attentive to our requests. I am a fan of thin crusts too. Had two toddlers with us so the mini size pizzas were perfect for them. We didn't care for the garlic bread, but I'm not a fan of a lot of butter and cheese. I had the Jasper with added olives and green peppers - loved it! The only thing i didn't like was we were overcharged $7.67. The cashier was busy with her cell phone and seemed too occupied by it an not customer service. What a great experience I had at MOD pizza tonight. This is my second visit and I love their entire concept and their excellent thin crust pizza. Tonight, I forgot my wallet, didn't realize until my pizza was already in the oven. First I apologized profusely, then went and dug up five dollars in change out of my car, came back in and the Manager or Captain Tracy tells me don't worry about it, pizzas on us. The five dollars went into their tip jar. Eddie was the initial cashier he too told me not worry about it. Sounds like this company's got great management and the staff is empowered by their owner and the mod pizza company. From my discussions with Tracy sounds like a very progressive company! O.M.G you staff is on another level great! You've got some really awesome people working in this establishment! We stopped in at a super busy time... I believe it was around 1pm on a Saturday and the dining room seemed very full but there was still plenty of room for our family to sit which was great! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by all the staff which was nice! They were very warm and welcoming! One staff member could tell you we were newbies and jumped right in to explain to us how the place works and what our options are! You choose from either a 6" personal or 11" medium size crust and then either choose from the pizza combinations they have listed on the wall or you go down the cafeteria line and add toppings as you go then they fire it right up! All you pay for is the crust and a drink then you have UNLIMITED... yes that's right... UNLIMITED topping options!!! Wow! What an idea, what a place!!!! I went with the Dominic (an pizza of their creation) which was a white sauce pizza topped with Asiago cheese, fresh basil, mild sausage, fresh red onion and tomato (which I skipped) now when I say this what the best pizza and pizza crust I've ever had, that's saying a lot! Anthony's was my favorite but this place beats them hands down! This pizza is not greasy in the slightest! Hello!!!! We love that!!!
