Went in for a repair estimate and somehow left more confused than when I arrived. When I asked for a breakdown of the estimate, he got defensive and started throwing around vague mechanic terms hoping I wouldn't question it. Took the estimate to another shop and found out half the stuff Mike claimed was "urgent" didn't even need to be repaired. The whole place gives off shady vibes. Felt less like an honest repair shop and more like a place that preys on people who don't know cars. Would not trust Mike with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle.
