She was speaking very fast and when I tried to ask her to slow down she continued to talk over me and even faster. It was like trying to communicate with a 16 year old girl. This has never happened to me at a pharmacy ever. It was as if she was only telling me the instructions because she had to. After she finished she told me everything she said was on the bottle. She also never iterated that I should spread out the two pills I'd be taking daily. I proceeded to read the instructions but still managed to take the medication wrong. I believe it was because of this incident. This was unprofessional as we are talking about medication here. I then called to ask if how I took the medication was ok and I know I the call was answered by the same woman doctor. She had no answer for me and again was rushing the conversation. Rather that she needed to call my doctor? This has never happened to me before. I believe a Pharmacist doctor should know the answer to these kinds of simple questions. She told me she would need to call my doctor and call me back. She did call back with decent news which was great. My only advise here is no matter how busy somewhere gets that the pharmacists take their job more seriously and take time in explaining how medication should be consumed properly. Also, it is unhealthy for her to be moving or talking that fast. No one should have to receive their medication this way!

When they finally acknowledged us They said they only had one prescription ready and she had more than that that she was supposed to pick up. They're fast to refill, and the status on the Walgreens app is always accurate. The pharmacy has a "small town" feel I appreciate; a feeling otherwise nonexistent in Los Angeles. It's nice to go to a store where they remember you. Also, this is a pharmacy, not a retail-restaurant-clothing-cobbler store with a pharmacy in the back. When my doctor has screwed up my prescription, or I've had complications with my insurance, they have bent over backwards to fix the issues. In particular the male pharmacist (manager) has always been most kind. I'll remember and add his name later. For these reasons, every month I drive by 2 Walgreens to patron this pharmacy.

This location is right off the 210 freeway. There's a McDonald's in here and I love how I can grab a side of fries after a shopping trip. Shoplifting probably is a huge issue here because they pretty much lock up most of their cosmetics including nail polish in a locked case, which makes it really inconvenient to be able to get what I need if I'm in a rush. Walmart is good place to shop for Holiday decorations and every day essentials, but I am not sure about purchasing groceries here because the frozen aisles always seem unorganized. Overall an okay place to stop by if you're looking for affordable items.
