I made an appointment for 230, getting there 5 ladies were in front of me. I didn't mind I understand things can be backed up. I get into a chair finally within 30mins and they didn't add sanitizer to the tub for a pedicure until my feet were in it for over 20 minutes. By this time they still haven't started me. So the man starts and gave me by far the quickest pedicure of my life. I think it was less than 12 minutes. No cuticles no cutting my nails I had to ask him to please file my nails. The lady comes to do my hands and she does not cut my cuticles or file them either. I was so shy to speak up I've never been here So I felt uncomfortable being a pest. I've been to this nail place a few times and I thought it was alright for a basic mani-pedi. I see that they want cash tips, but appear to reluctantly take cards. I always generously tip when I go there. The last time I went, one of the women working there literally slapped my arm hard and said "bring cash next time if you regular"!! She was very rude the other last time I came in and her slapping me was it. I rarely write reviews but this experience was unbelievable. I understand " cash is king" but give me a break. Slapping your customers is no way to do business! Go somewhere professional to get nails in town and avoid this place altogether. read more

This place was not a good experience. They pressured me into getting the most expensive pedi and half assed it. her massage was not up to par at all and about 30 seconds each leg . They were also rude pointing out my long nails and laughing. When it came to pay she pressured me to tip . I went in with the whole intention of tipping . I consider myself a great tipper but only when it's well DESERVED and in this case it was NOT . A tip NOT mandatory . I paid with my debit card and as I gave her my card she asked " do you have cash for my tip" l've never had someone ask for their own tip that just looks so bad on a business. I got the a manicure and the Spa Pedicure which was fabulous. I'm so pleased with my callous free feet and beautiful nails!

This place is so dirty I thought about turning around the second I walked in and regretted not leaving throughout the entire experience. They don't have plastic liners for pedicure tubs, they reuse callus removers and I'm not confident the other tools are properly cleaned. I got a regular polish pedicure and dip manicure. For some reason the lady did a mixture of dip and gel? only did one coat of dip then clear coat of gel top coat with the light. So strange, never had this done. Well the color I chose was white, so after putting my hands under the gel light, the top coat turned off white/beige. Needless to say my manicure and pedicure colors no longer match. It is one week later and the gel top coat is now chipping off - this never happen when I get a normal dip mani. Do not recommend - dirty & wrong application read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately that's not an option. My wife came here 3 days ago and got a manicure and I took her today to get a pedicure and when the lady I think her name is Aliyah or Leah or something like that finished her pedicure finished she asked her if she wanted her nails done. She said no because she had just gotten it done... the lady said oh and then proceeded to offer it again. My wife said no it's extra and the lady said oh no no no extra.. so she let her buff and clean up her nails.. then at the end she charges us for a mani pedi+ 10 dollars to buff her nails.... It's been such a long time since I've been to this nail salon. But after looking for a place close to home with good reviews, I found that this place was under new management and had some good reviews, so I decided to check it out. As we started to walk in, I noticed that they were due to close in 30 minutes. My 10 year old daughter and I walked in and asked if we still had time to both get a mani/pedi. They welcomed us in and we were helped right away. Unfortunately, I didn't get any names, but my daughter ended up with 2 young ladies working on her. One on her pedicure and another doing her manicure. I also had 1 young lady doing my pedicure, while a gentleman was doing my manicure. The gentleman working on my manicure was very funny and entertaining. My daughter had a great time, too. I was impressed at how fast and efficient they were. I ended up getting a french gel manicure and a french pedicure. My daughter and I were out within 45 minutes. We were invited to come back. I am so happy with my experience, I will definitely come back and hope I've found my new Nail Spa. (Friendly tip - I will try to make an appointment in the morning in the future. The restaurant (Ric's) next door was closed due to a private party and their music was blaring. Do not come here. The appointment started off bad as I had called in and was told my appointment time. When i showed up I waited 35 minutes past and 2 walk ins were taken ahead of me. When doing my fill I was burnt twice by the drimmel tool and had to tell her to stop. Then when i showed her a coffin shaped nail with minor art she said no and did square nails and said she couldn't do the art. I was told a fill was $20 yet she charged me $25 for something i didn't even want. After another $5 cash tip since they only take cash tips I paid $30 for crap. It's now been less than 24 hours and I have 2 broken nails and one is cracked. The polish is uneven and i'm glad i didn't waste the extra $10 on gel polish since now i need to go get a completely new set. I've never had nails this bad and should have just driven to my normal salon an hour and a half away. I could go 8 weeks between with none broken yet what she left me with here couldn't even last a day. read more
