I was a customer for over 3 years and experienced many things. I will not be back. In December, my nail tech of 3 years, Judy, was unavailable so I received services from someone else. Judy knew this and said it was fine. When I came back in January, she was cold and hostile toward me for it. Mid-service, she disappeared for 25 minutes with no explanation. She also cut my fingers during the appointment. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. That was the last time I saw her. I switched to Kristen. My recent appointment was genuinely frustrating. I had a 2:00 appointment, arrived at 1:50, and Kristen did not come out until after 2:20. A basic solid colored manicure on my natural nails then took an hour and 20 minutes. I did not leave until 3:45. For a manicure. On natural nails. I also had my two young daughters with me that day. They were incredible. They sat in the stroller, watched a show, smiled at strangers who stopped to talk to them, and held it together for nearly two hours. In the last 15 minutes, my youngest started fussing because she was exhausted and ready for her nap. That is completely understandable for a baby who had been sitting in a stroller for that long. That is when Tracy decided to insert herself. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tracy has always made rude "jokes" and snide remarks. It has been an ongoing pattern that I have brushed off in the past. But this time she crossed a line. She came over and spoke to my children in a sharp, condescending tone, telling my baby to be quiet and snapping at my toddler when she slipped out of her chair and tried to climb back up. She mean-mugged my 10 month old and continued to give her the death stare for the remainder of the appointment! She also made comments in another language that caused the staff around her to laugh. When I asked what she said, she did not respond. I should not have to wonder what an adult is saying to my children in a nail salon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My kids were fine. They were tired, not misbehaving - there is a big difference. There was no reason for any adult to speak to them the way Tracy did. There were also three other mothers there with their children - none of which Tracy spoke to. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I brought it up at the front desk, the response I received was, "Yeah, Tracy is rude. She's really mean." That was it. No apology. No accountability. Just a casual confirmation that this is simply who she is and apparently that is acceptable here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It is not acceptable to me. My children deserved better. I deserved better. I hope management takes a real look at how their staff treats customers and their families, because right now the experience does not match the years I have invested in this place. I was visiting family that live in the area I got my nails done ( I live in the Bay Area now). It was the beginning of June and I got my nails done with Vivian and I did get a gel manicure. She cut my nails to short ( I had naturally long long nails) and less than 4 weeks my natural nails are breaking off I'm very disappointed and don't recommend anyone going to her. I'm so upset that they broke so easily and the gel didn't even last great because I noticed within a week chipping and I couldn't just go back because I live more than 400 miles away. I explained that I was driving on the freeway, but they continued to pressure me. At the end of the day, I paid exactly what was on the receipt they gave me. Their mistake is not my responsibility. The pedicure was subpar however, I got injured and it felt like she cut the back of my foot with that really super sharp Palmerstone. I looked with my camera. I didn't see anything very clearly with the camera option, but it really hurt the next day. Was overall a gorgeous nail salon. When I first called to get an estimate and appointment I was quoted way less than what the final charge was after they had completed the service. My total for dip nails (no acrylic nails, all natural) came to $73. When I was quoted anywhere from $55-$60 over the phone. I was fine paying the difference because they did do a beautiful job. BUT, a week and a half went by just for one of my nails to completely break for no reason and another one start cracking across the width of my nail. I called to see if I could come in so they could fix them, and they will not fix any nails free of charge unless it is exactly a week after you had got them done. I tried this nail shop because I was in the area.I usually get my nails done every 324 weeks and i've been getting them done for decades. So I tried this nail shop. The tech gave me the design I wanted and they looked cute. About 3 to 4 days later I noticed that my thumb felt loose, so I tried to baby it. Nevertheless, it fell off on day 7. I went straight to the nail shop after work to get it repaired, which a different nail tech completed for me, and then she had the audacity to try and charge me for the repair which I argued about since it had only been 7 days, there was no reason for any nails to have fallen off at all! So she ended up not charging me for the repair. Now here we are 9 days following that last repair, my index fingernail has fallen off (and it fell off 3 days ago) and my ring fingernail is about to fall off any minute or day now, it's so loose. The usual nail shop I go to is off of Oak Valley and Beaumont Avenue and I can go an entire 4 weeks between fills and not lose a single fingernail ever, period!! So there is no way that I should have 3 loose and falling off fingernails in 2 weeks. That's unacceptable , and I will never go back to that establishment! GO ELSEWHERE!! read more

My mom asked for a water bottle and was charged $2 for it afterwards (was not told it would cost $$ btw). They're thorough and truly do a fantastic job. I've recently chosen two specific people to do my dip and gel pedicure: Vinson (manager) and Kristen. They are both WONDERFUL! Kristen is so damn good at pedicures, seriously. She's also very sweet and gentle, and she makes excellent color recommendations (which I'm terrible at). Vinson, the manager, is definitely a pro. I often get ingrown nails and have gotten pedicures to help remove them but this by far is the most painful experience ever. The service is not so great; I can only speak on my service that I received. My wife and I purchased the $40 pedicure; the nail technician seemed to rush through the service, the massage consisted of lightly rubbing lotion on my skin. The total time for my pedicure was 33 mins. I left puzzled as this was a terrible expierence. Normally, nail salons offer a beverage during your service, there is no offering. However, you may purchase a bottle of water (unknown price). Although five minutes from my home, I will gladly take a 20 minute drive to another nail salon. read more

Idk the name of the technician but she took chunks out of my foot. Instead of using a pumice stone she used what looked like a cheese grater. I had to literally yank my foot away from her & tell her to stop. When I told her I saw blood she said "It's fine, put in water & I put chemical on it." She said "It would be fine in a day!" Next morning I couldn't even walk on my foot & it was like that for at least 2 weeks. We sat there for about 30 minutes before we got called back and proceeded to sit another 10 minutes before anyone even began to start our pedicure. This is now 40 minutes waiting after our appointment time not including arriving 10 minutes early. Since we didn't get our appointment to start when it was scheduled they asked me to pay as i was getting my feet done and they closed in a few minutes this was fine until I seen I was also charged for another adult pedicure for my little sister who is 8. When I seen the receipt I asked why I was charged for two adult pedicures and I was told she was tall. Not only did we wait an hour I had to pay extra for my little sister being too TALL to be considered a kid. read more

However, they took only 15 minutes to complete her pedicure so I have no idea how they justify this price!? Mine was $44 and was about 35 minutes and included callus removal.
