Norvin from MAG has always been helpful getting me the best deals out there. Every time I've gotten a car from MAG it has never disappointed. If only there was a 10 star review.....I don't know how to condense all the positives into one review. Norvin and the MAG team were responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and absolutely delivered exactly what we wanted. It started with how quickly Norvin replied to my message. I told him what we wanted for my daughter's car and Norvin said to give him a day and he would provide some options. In less than a day, Norvin had found exactly what we wanted and was able to not only get a price without the dealer markups we were experiencing but below MSRP!! We were so excited that Norvin had found the car for us so quickly. But then he called us back to let us know that he found the same specs but in the Premium Plus level for the same price! What?? I was shocked and it was then I realized Norvin is the real deal. We were already happy with what we initially delivered and he did all of this on his own. That is a mark of a truly great broker and most importantly, someone I would go back to over and over again. That evening we were able to go to the dealer and Norvin went out of his way to be there in the evening and meet us at the dealership. Not only was he there, but he got there earlier to make sure the car was detailed and even had the finance dept start the paperwork before we got there. The entire process was so effortless and smooth, I had never had such an easy car purchasing experience. As we finished the paperwork, Norvin stayed throughout that process and when we walked out, he surprised us with a beautiful pink bow for our daughter. She was so surprised and felt so special. He truly made it feel so special and memorable for her. I can't thank Norvin enough for his above and beyond white glove service. MAG is a company I would recommend to anyone and everyone interested in getting the best deal and treatment when buying a car. Norvin is simply elite at his craft and will always get my business!

I've used MAG for at least 5 years now every time I need a new car always easy process and get you best deal possible there definitely here for the clients best interest and Anna made this new purchase on my new sprinter easy and went out of her way to get me a crazy deal and best interest rate possible she got me my van signed and delivered in less than a week.

If I could add more stars.....There are so many positives with the experience we had with Norvin, it's difficult to summarize it all in one review. He was initially very responsive and immediately understood what we were looking for. Within a day, Norvin had already found the exact car my daughter wanted. It was incredible that he found the car with every single request my daughter had. It would have taken me forever to search for this car on my own. Once that was completed, Norvin asked for a couple hours to make sure he can get the best price for us. The car we wanted had a dealer markup where ever we searched and Norvin not only got us a deal without a markup, but below sticker! What makes his work even more incredible is that he later, without our request or knowledge, found an upgraded car of exactly what we wanted for the same price! It's something he didn't have to do, but this is what sets Norvin apart from other brokers I have worked with. The entire experience with Norvin felt like I was speaking with a friend that was helping me out and our happiness and satisfaction was all that he cared about. I thought that would be enough to make this beyond a 5 star review, but the evening we went to pick up the car, Norvin didn't just greet us at the dealership, he made sure that the car was detailed and ready before we got there, had the sales rep start all he paperwork beforehand and we were done within 30 minutes! It did not feel real having such a smooth and pleasant car buying experience. The cherry on top of all this was seeing Norvin place a bow on the car and make my daughter's car purchase feel so special! This is not a good salesperson, this is a relationship building expert! I know without a doubt that my only contact for our next car needs will be with Norvin. He is living proof that great service still exists! With so many different auto brokers out their right now, its very difficult to choose which one to go to. It definetley comes down to service and honesty. Norvin, was unbelievable, from the day I called till the day he personally delivered the car to my house, it was a pleasure to work with him. No going back and forth in regards to pricing, I gave him my budget and the type of car I wanted, and her presented me with 4 options that were under specials at that time. I can't believe I had been buying cars without the assistance of Modi Auto Group all these years. This company practices the utmost professionalism and has taken the auto buying experience to a new level. The entire team at MAG was a pleasure to work with. I worked directly with Norvin, I can't explain how easy and comfortable he made this experience for me. He asked me what I want (Jeep Grand Cherokee) and he worked until he located the exact car I wanted with the packages that I had chosen. I had price shopped before and I was astonished when Norvin told me the price he was able to get it for, his deal was nearly half of other quotes I had received. Once we located my car, Norvin prepared all the paperwork and called me in a few hours notifying me that my car is ready! Couldn't believe how easy it was to get a new car and it was all thanks to Norvin. Outstanding customer service and super convenient, all I did was tell Norvin what cars I was interested in and he got unbelievable deals for me. The best part was that I got to pick what day I wanted the car, what time I wanted it, AND I DIDN'T EVEN GO TO THE DEALER ONCE! They brought the car to him and all I had to do was sign, walked in and out of his office in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend giving him a call if your looking for a new car. I've been looking for a car for a couple of months, when I heard about Modi Auto Group. I talked to a man named Yoni, and he helped me through the entire process. I told Yoni exactly what I needed and what my budget was, and after several hours, told me that it would be better for me to buy my car from another seller who was in my area. Although I didn't end up buying a car from Yoni, I really appreciated his hard work looking for what I need, and even more so his honesty in letting me know where to find exactly what I needed. Many salesmen would have taken my money, and sold me the "wrong" vehicle, but Yoni was very friendly and upfront about what would be best in my situation. He truly looks out for the customers best interest, and not his own. I'm grateful for his honesty, and look forward to shopping with him in the future! read more

I've been buying/leasing cars for last 20 years; I had by far the best experience with MAG, Gary. Gary negotiated on my behalf, all was done over the phone and online. When I arrived at the dealership, all paperwork was completed, negotiations finished. I spent a little time with finance and got my shiny new Camry's keys handed to me. Modi Auto Group is really as good as it gets! They work with all makes and models and excel at providing their customers with the best service out there. (I know because I've had my fair share of dealing with auto brokers in the San Fernando Valley) I found Gary- one of their reps- this weekend while scrolling through Instagram, and saw what amazing deals he had to offer. I called him, and he was able to find the exact car I wanted within two days. He was such a pleasure to work with. Answered all my questions, and seemed very un-bothered by my calling back and forth to make sure the car I wanted had the exact specs on it. The car was delivered to me last night when I came back from work, and it was the best feeling to come home to a brand new car. Like I said, they really know how to provide their customers with the best service, while giving them deals that are impossible to let go.
