This place is terrible. The lady who made the burrito did so with no care. Threw everything into the wrap and rolled it with everything coming out and put it in the foil like a mess. Then we waited for a while at the register to pay. The cashier had the same poor attitude and scooped the chips in the bag crushing them with the scoop and then threw the burrito into the bag onto the chips further crushing them. If you want to have an *elevated* Crunchwrap, this stack hits all the marks. I got mine with steak, seasoned rice, pinto beans, shredded cheese, pico, lettuce, and their famous queso for a pretty satisfying dinner experience. Stopped by last night for a late dinner after leaving a nearby park. To our surprise, the dining room was still open and largely empty. The few people who were ahead of us in line ordered their food to go and there was just one other couple seated during the time it took for us to eat. We ordered one chicken bowl and one quesadilla. Each came with a free order of chips & salsa (in small, prepackaged condiment containers). We grabbed a seat at one of the booths in the back of the restaurant and no one was sitting in our area so we could eat with peace of mind (during these COVID-19 times). The food was prepared just as we liked it and tasted good. My chicken bowl was super generous, so I had a little help from my wife to put that away. When you walk in and before you get into the line to order, you can sanitize your hands with Purell which they have in a no-touch automatic dispenser. As you order your food, you will notice the plexiglass partitions they have setup to protect the workers and customers alike. As a result, be prepared to raise your voice & possibly repeat yourself to place your order - a small inconvenience given the circumstances. All in all, a decent experience. I'm not typically a huge fan of fast casual Tex-Mex so a little less enthusiastic than maybe someone who is more into that cuisine. read more

Love coming to Moe's but today and last time we got veryy small servings for the same price. I was given less than a scoop of chicken and then had to ask 3 times for more of the topping. The lettuce was the only thing in abundance (I believe to make it look fuller). Very disappointing for $15!!! My boyfriend had the very same reaction for a $22 meal. Awful experience. I went there 4/14/24. I got a bowl with a scoop of steak and a scoop of spicy chicken. The steak was greasy, not seasoned and tasted like dog food (literally). The spicy chicken was just pure salt and grease. It consisted of tiny scraps and crumbs of chicken. Barely edible, but I'll give one star because I was able to get it down and I didn't get sick. I placed my order for Moe's online. I was really in the mood for a taco and had wanted to try them out. The online ordering was very easy. They let you customize your selection with tons of different options. Many are extra but tons are free. My beef taco had so much extra going on it could have been a meal on its own. We also got the nachos. The chips were freshly made (I saw when I got to the restaurant) and nicely seasoned. The right amount of salt. Pickup was very easy. The online order pickup line is by the register. The people were friendly and the place looked clean. We will go back soon and try some other items of the menu. read more

After a visit to my doctor, my stomach started talking the language we are all to familiar with. My stomach speaks hungry fluently. I've only been to "Moe's" once in my life so I felt this was the perfect opportunity to give them another go. Parking was quick and easy. Walking to the front door not so much. I was in pain I was so hungry! Was "Moe's" enough to quite the noise? Walking in you see this place is modern. Clean floors (Yes Tonya the floors are clean) and comfortable vibe. I didn't like the patch job on the walls. It looked like someone went to town on the building. They also played great music. Jackson, Beiber and Sheeran, filled the place. Walking to the counter the employee yelled out "Welcome to "Moe's!" at the top of his lungs, nice touch. When I ordered my meal, you select what you want in you burrito, taco, or bowl down a conveyor belt style production. I ordered the burrito but felt bothered by how controlled the portions were. They give you as little as possible and charge if you want more, what gives. So I ordered my burrito and it was a decent size and began to attack my stomach. I liked the meal but wasn't sold on it. The burrito was big and filled but the bacon tasted like that bacon you buy in a bag and put on your salad, also they went light on the cheese and sour cream. I enjoyed the nachos and cheese sauce, but the cheese was a little to runny for my taste. Oddly enough I enjoyed it. I would go back. Disgustingly terrible service and management as a whole! First I get there after making a mobile order and they haven't even started it, about 15 minutes later they actually started people have come in and out of the restaurant for another 15 minutes, And after I ask multiple times about my order the manager, Judy, Decides to Slam my phone aggressively into the counter and point at it without even speaking to me! Then points at the door throwing me out, i've seen bad service but I've never seen something so aggressive towards their customer base in a very long time. Nice selection of tex mex food which you can customize with many available ingredients while on line while waiting for service. Service is Ok at most times. Clean and airy. Very good free take out salsa. I especially like the huge burritos.Chips come along for free with most orders a plus. I eat here once or twice a week. The food is very good for this type of fast food. The people behind the counter are always courteous and efficient and the place is usually clean. As a plus, chips and salsa are always included with the meal, which is not the case with their competitors, who charge extra. I recommend this for a quick, casual lunch. I usually love the food at your establishment. Unfortunately this evening I was treated extremely rude at this local place. I understand that they close at 10pm and that their employees wanna go home . But tonight at exactly 10pm the lights were turned off by "accident" while I believe the manager on duty stated that he "didn't wanna be rude and yell out get out, get out ".
