This bowl is untouched. This is what $14 gets you?

This has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The employees all looked like they were 14 and it was their first day ever working a job. I order a bowl and not only did they under portion every single thing, when I asked for double chicken the second scoop had a literal 3 small pieces of chicken. The boy at the register was giving a nasty look and attitude for absolutely no reason. Terrible experience do not even bother spending money at this location.

The food here is overpriced garbage. The price you pay for the food is not worth it compared to the amount you get.

To my surprise, today it's back and just like original! My picture isn't great due to lightening but it's the same creamy peppery lemon sauce on a thin fried chicken. Heaven! Lots of changes on the new menu since my last visit! - pulled chicken and beef dishes - dip trios & sampler apps! - half orders of fajitas - mocktails Soo sooo happy with the changes and originals back! Even the drink sizes are back to their ginormous sizes! Love that they're going back to what everyone loved in the first place! Giving me Harvard Square vibes! Run don't walk!

But this last time the staff was needlessly rude. Half our party showed up (the other half 10 mins behind). They refused to seat us until everyone was there. Even with the restaurant being completely empty. It's like 4 PM on a weekday. But you know what, I respect a policy if you have one. But it was more about how rude the person was. Needlessly rude. I didn't even argue. It wasn't until she was equally rude to my coworker that we just looked at each other and thought "what the hell is going on? What did we do wrong?" We won't be going back there anymore for the company outings. Not really missing out on much.

We started out with wings that were good although slightly underseasoned. Their maple ranch dressing balanced the taste well. For my entree, I went with a new item on their menu- BBQ Benny. I asked for my BBQ bernaise sauce on the side. I was surprised to get 4 poached eggs so that was a bonus and they were perfectly cooked. Home fries were unevenly cooked probably because they were unevenly cut but the flavor was on point. Place is cheerfully decorated for the holidays. I am unsure of how it would be on a busy night/day as the place is not huge and tables are placed close together.

Parking was plentiful and entering the restaurant it is nicely decorated with a Pub vibe. The menu had recently changed and the server mentioned the changes, A+ for doing this! I started off with the smoked wings. Nice smoky flavor but could use some seasoning. The maple ranch, came in the side, was deeeeelicous and saved the day. For an entree I selected the hash and eggs. Disappointing! The brisket used for the hash was stringy, unseasoned/under seasoned and had fat scattered throughout. The poached egg on top was done perfectly and infused some much needed flavor into the hash. The home fries were the only well seasoned component to the dish. Despite the uneven sizes, the potatoes were crispy outside with a tender inside and the right amount of seasoning. Toast was unbuttered with cold hard little packets to do it yourself. I appreciate the healthiness of this, but at least give room temperature butter so it can actually be spread. Overall a disappointing experience and certainly not the highest quality BBQ proteins which I expected to shine. Service was great but otherwise I don't think I'll be back.

The menu proudly advertised a variety of margaritas, which initially felt promising on a Friday. SOLD! That optimism was short-lived. Parking technically exists, but the lot is so narrow it feels more like a trust exercise. Drive straight or prepare to exchange insurance information. We were seated quickly, which was great. Unfortunately, the booth area we were placed in was very dark--white text on a pink background in low lighting is certainly... a choice. Vision test unlocked. Our waiter? Service was present but forgettable. No name, no personality, no guidance. We weren't informed about the lunch menu until after our food arrived--because it was never mentioned. No recommendations, no upsell, no effort to engage. Prices leaned high, which would've been acceptable if the food had arrived hot. Instead, everything landed in that awkward lukewarm zone as if it had been sitting patiently, waiting for us to lower our expectations. The drinks were... confusing. My friend and I ordered the same margarita. Hers arrived a deep purple sangria-adjacent color. Mine came out pale and peach-toned. Same drink, allegedly. Consistency was not invited to the party. We weren't rushing--this was a rare chance to catch up. We ordered multiple margaritas, an appetizer, and entrées. Despite this, the server made it very clear that our continued presence was inconvenient. This was apparently unacceptable. Our waiter made it very clear he was not into us hanging around. Overall: atmosphere was decent, but the vibe wasn't friendly or particularly welcoming. Between the inconsistent drinks, lukewarm food, and the "please leave" energy, this one missed the mark entirely.

The food experience was two stars at best however Ive added an extra star because of what they do. I got takeout. FYI the food is super inauthentic. Chicken Burrito Bowl - the chicken had decent flavor but zero spice, was cooked fresh and cooked perfectly. The pico was practically all onion though. Needed way more tomato but cilantro and lime proportions were good. Ground Beef Tacos - ground beef was a bit greasy and the crunch taco shell was stale. The crunchy taco shells are Old El Paso.. the boxes are in the kitchen. There's no spice heat in the food. They had no hot sauce available (?!?). They also had no guac the day i was there which is like 35% of the burrito bowl experience. Soo yeah, the experience definitely leans toward the negative. Its balanced out by what they are doing as a day program and the fact that there isn't an alternative option nearby.

I watched in awe as the guy behind the counter expertly arranged the 50/11 toppings I chose into that flour tortilla with style and grace. It defied laws of science, but he did it! He then deep fried it to perfection and added the extras on both plates with the skill of a culinary professional. It was all in the wrist! Both meals had a beautiful aesthetic. No mess, no slop...and I appreciate my meal looking as great as it tastes. The flavors were amazing and everything looked and tasted so fresh.
