Nice little place In Chelmsford off Littleton rd. In a plaza. Located on the end when you pull In. Plenty of parking. Awesome place , food was delicious!!! This place adds 18% tips automatically regardless. When asked the owner why it's added tips as it's only two guests, he got mad immediately. Gave us a cold face and told us not to come anymore. Authentic Mexican street tacos!!! I am a big fan of Mexican Chili. I ordered the street tacos with lengua, chorizo, and carne asada. All were well prepared and flavorful. Hot sauce is recommended! The service is very kind and there's plenty of parking. Not a ton of space inside but I think most do takeout. If you're able, definitely enjoy your meal there. read more

My fiancé and I are so glad to have found this new place! It opened about 8 months ago, and we first heard of it last night. The guac was fresh and tasty (with the right amount of lime, the way I like it!). The salsa was also fresh and light. He had crispy chicken tacos, I had the shrimp quesadilla. Everything was great! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be back! The restaurant itself is on the smaller side - it seats about 20, so you likely can't dine in with a large group. We didn't see any alcoholic beverages on the menu at this time, but there was a large selection of soft drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages. read more

Mexican Chili opened recently in the former Girasol space next to Thai Jasmine on Route 110 in Chelmsford. This low-key eatery offers takeout or dine-in service in the cozy dining area in front of the counter. They serve up the standard Mexican fare including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, fajitas, tamales, flautas, gorditas, salads, special dishes, and desserts. For drinks, they offer can Coke products, bottled Mexican sodas (Jarritos, Coke), and bottled water. I stopped by for lunch recently and dined-in. I was brought out complementary crisp chips & fresh tomato salsa and I ordered the Steak Burritos Bowl ($10.50 plus tax), which was served to me quickly. The Burritos Bowl was a deep fried tortilla bowl filled with refried beans, black beans, Mexican rice, cheese, and grilled steak. I was given a refill on the chips and salsa too. The food was very filling to eat, but the waitress came over as I was still eating to check up and asked me if I wanted dessert. They had flan cake and churros. I went with the Churros ($5.99 plus tax) which came out nice and hot, 4 thick deep fried Churro sticks smothered with cinnamon sugar and filled with caramel inside, thick chocolate sauce for dipping provided, chocolate sauce drizzle and whipped cream on the plate. If they served ice cream with the Churros, that would be an epic dessert. The check was $17.52 with tax and before tip. Overall, good tasty food and prompt service. read more

This place is so good! Everything is super fresh and tasty. My husband and I dined in and I'm glad we did because the chips and salsa were amazing. For my meal I got the chilichanga with carnitas (holy delicious) and my husband got the taco plate. The service was lovely, too. We left more than satisfied and will be back! I can't keep away from this place! Although im a street taco fan i decided to try the nachos with chicken. They were delicious! ALOT of chicken--most places skimp on the meat--not here. They use a cheese sauce vs. shredded & im okay with that. Told a friend about this awesome place and he's been here twice in 4 days! Their food is fresh, delicious, and authentic! As in earlier review the BEST al pastor I've ever had! If you like real mexican food please try this restaurant! After driving by this location a few times we decided to try it out. We were greeted by the owner, who was extremely welcoming and friendly! He served us a complimentary Caldo de pollo (chicken soup), which was both light and delicious. We ordered chicken enchiladas with green salsa and crispy chicken tacos, both superb. The green salsa on the enchiladas was so so delicious, I could eat that alone. The chicken was well seasoned and moist. Both our plates came with rice and black beans. Our daughter claims it is the best rice EVER! We will definitely be back and try more items from their menu! read more

Basically tasteless over cooked food. Nothing had any spice. Steak was way overcooked. Salsa was tomato juice with nothing in it. The chips were so stale and again, not even any salt. I would not recommend this place at all. Especially for delivery. Would love to know why everyone has given such good reviews. read more

We've passed this place several times and finally decided to try it. Husband ordered a shrimp dish and I ordered two (crispy) tacos, one with steak and one with beef. The nacho chips and sauce they brought out before the meal were a little bland, so we asked if they had some extra spicy sauce. Of course, after eating some of that sauce, my husband needed a little bit of sour cream to cool his palate. He enjoyed the shrimp dish, but I thought my tacos were slightly bland. Service was good. Very spartan decor. Got the bill and was surprised to see $3 in extra charges for the containers of hot sauce and sour cream. May return at some point, but not tomorrow. read more

Great tasting tacos! Hard shell was doubled so there was no meat "mush" while eating. Stayed crispy and crunchy. Good tasting rice. The only suggestion I have is that they should make their salsa thicker. It is more like a pico and very watery. Prices are not cheap but worth it for the taste! read more
