I walked in for the first and last time today. The first thing I noticed was my shoes were sticking to the floor. Not in one place, but throughout the store. It literally made me feel icky. I made it to the counter to place my order, using upward force to lift my shoes off the floor. I ordered a bowl which is shallower than other similar chains. Because the bowl was so shallow, it was near impossible to use the shake method to mix up the ingredients. Taste wasn't nearly on par as its competitors, and the guacamole was downright nasty. The dining room is pretty much bare bones. The price was higher than competitors, coming in around $13.58. On a positive note the employees were pleasant, and helpful. So I asked him to pour a little bit more and he said he can't unless I'll be charged double the amount for queso. Their food is absolutely delicious, better than chipotle and qdoba combined but the workers move sooo slow at this particular location. I understand they get alot of orders thrown at them at once but geeeeesh, drink a redbull before your shift! It's like an assembly line of elderly people working here ( i have nothing against elderly people by the way lol). Furthermore I would not recommend coming to this place if you have a 30 minute lunch, bc it sometimes takes that long just to get through the line. My Nacho's were built to order very quickly and the gentleman behind the counter was full of humor. In not time at all we were seated and enjoying our lunches. My nacho's had pinto beans, ground beef, some new spicy caso sauce with more ground beef in it. Some cheese, maters, lettuce and topped with chopped jalapeno's. As I write this I'm stuffed... Not your typical Moe's. For some odd reason, this one feels more disconnected from the other Moe's in the area. The facility is rather loud and echoy and the service kind of "blah". We don't frequent Moe's often but when we do, we generally know what we want. However, this time, we went with my parents. My parents have never been to a Moe's. Upon entering, I explained to the employees that my parents made need some assistance in ordering and they made no efforts to help. They just pointed over to the menu which was mounted on the wall in a very random location and said "just read that". The tone was pretty crappy as it seemed that these young employees were just interested in goofing off and flirting with each other. After some frustration with this, we placed our order and eventually got our food and took it outside. The taste of the food was not exciting at all. Compared to other Moe's in the area, this was exceptionally lack luster. The only thing that got us here was the outdoor patio which allowed us to bring Daisy. If you're looking for a place to eat with your dog, this place can suffice, but yelper beware. Welcome to Moe's! OK, if you have been to Moe's before, this is just a bigger version with the same great food and friendly staff. There were fewer TVs than I'm used to seeing, but I actually talked to my wife, so maybe that is a good thing. If you are not familiar with Moe's it is a cleaner, greener, friendlier version of Chipotle. This one advertises military discount on Saturday and kids eat free on Sunday. They have great kids meals if you have ankle bitters, which I do. Only one of them likes to actually eat real food. He thinks he can live on peanut butter and chicken nuggets, weird. If avocado ain't your thing, the Joey Bag of Donuts is the non-guac alternative and is respectable in it's own right. For those salad days, the Close Talker is superb. Moe's is pretty good, albeit typical, Burrito style food. They have large portions, several different menu choices, bottles of beer, fresh chips and salsa and a staff that makes you feel welcome. I actually like getting the kids burrito because I can pretty much eat that in just one sitting, unlike the regular burrito which is just way too much for me to eat at one time. You can also customize your order to your own liking, which is nice. I rarely get rice and never get beans, so they're happy to make it how I like it. Kids eat free Sundays! Moe's has moved to grass fed beef and no hormone foods. The menu offers steak, pork, chicken, ground beef and veggies. You can get burritos, tacos, quesadillas, bowls and now stacks(wrapped in corn tortillas but different than a quesadilla?) Staff was friendly here. Place was clean. Seating inside and out(with umbrellas). Our meal was good. I like the side option with a meal. We usually get the queso. It's tasty but not too spicy for the kids. Chips here are just ok. The young lady who took our food order was wonderful and Kaylee was really nice. But the young girl next to her working near checkout was extremely rude and wanted to have a staring contest. The restaurants cleanliness is good as is the restrooms, which can be a challenge especially on Sunday as many families are here with their children. I ordered crispy taco's, not smart. The taco shells were cold and chewy, not warm and crispy. The meat tasted like it was flavored with one of those cheap taco spice packages you can buy in the grocery store. The rice I asked for on the side was cold and rubbery, had all the flavor of styrofoam and I'm not exaggerating. The black beans were good and they were warm too. The tortilla chips, which I was told I could have all I can eat... again cold and chewy, like they have been sitting out all night, this was at about 6:00 pm. I'm from San Antonio and I love tacos, but this place was a big disappointment. Maybe the burrito bowls are better, but I doubt I will ever know. read more

Ive been to this location and ordered a bean& Chicken Quesidilla. I forget the name, but it was pretty awesome. My companion loved his burrito, which was about the size of his head lol. It was crazy! Good stuff, and the nachos on the side were great. I would recommend this to anyone who can enjoy an atmosphere that is unique. The restaurant was playing old 50's style music and the menu items are named after old movie references. Pretty nifty :) read more

I love the food here, but the thing that keeps me from giving it a higher rating is what I routinely see from the employees. I've seen employees chewing gum while making the food ( a big no-no ), and I regularly see male employees with their pants sagging, exposing their underwear. I was in there last week with my 10 year old step-daughter, and an employee was cleaning the dining area, with his pants sagging to underneath his butt. When he bent over to pick up some trash, his underwear slid down, giving my stepdaughter a clear view of his asscrack. The manager at this location sorely needs to "tighten up". read more
