Do not come to this location. I didn't pay enough attention to the other reviews that commented on very little portions. I recently ordered a chicken bowl and burrito. The young employee gave me about 7 small pieces of chicken. I asked him why so small? He said lucky you I go by strict policy of giving small portions of meat. He was a very snarky. So what he's saying is I am paying the same for this small portion as the next customer gets his money worth if a different employee prepares their order. Beware!! I learned the hard way. Would you believe me if I told you this was a $12 bowl of chicken? Talk about skimping out on protein.. when I spend $12 on a bowl I expect more than a few grams of chicken. If you can't get to this Moe's at least 30 mins before close don't even bother! I get off at 8:30 and I can NEVER go to this Moe's after work. If they're not already out of what you want, trust me theyve started throwing everything else away. I literally live 5 mins from this Moe's would rather go to any other location. My wife and I love Moe's and we came to this location twice earlier this month. I had a "John Coctostan" chicken quesadilla and, on my second visit, a beef "Wrong Doug Stack". Similar to Chipotle but priced twenty percent higher and not nearly as enjoyable. The employees were ambivalent. Honestly based upon appearances one would wonder if they are going out of business. The trash cans were taped off and a single plastic can was sitting out in front of the normal receptacle. The soda dispenser was out of ice. I found the food fairly tasteless. I had what appeared on the mine as something looking like a quesadilla. I ordered it. It was just a standard bowl but using a flour tortilla. Then folded and grilled. That idea was a good one. I'm fortunate enough to live very close by to this Moe's, as it has quickly become my favorite fast-food option - their stack puts Taco Bell's crunchwrap to shame. I love Moes but I have given this location a few chances and I've been disappointed each time. I just ordered two burritos and a big cup of queso via Uber Eats and received a bag with about 8-10 chips in it and it didn't even fully cover the floor of the bag. If you've ordered Moes before you know that this is not how it's done because they usually give you a ton of chips and it's free with each burrito. If you order queso I believe you get a bag of chips as well so this was unacceptable. Another time that I went, I had a free cup of queso on my Moes reward app along with a birthday burrito. I asked the guy working there if I could use both at the same time and he called his manager a few times, she didn't reply and he said don't worry about it I've got you! And then once I was rung up she came out and said sorry we don't give two rewards at once. That's understandable but it isn't great to hear one employee say you can and the other say no once you're rung up. The other times I've gone have been okay, the employees are not too professional or friendly and generally have conversations amongst themselves which doesn't bother me much, but at least get the orders right. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be ordering from this location again. read more

This was my first time here and I'm honestly not sure if I'll be back. The food was delicious that wasn't the issue. I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 6:40 and I had gotten there at 6:30 so it wasn't out yet, not a big deal i didn't mind waiting. The issue was they totally forgot about my order, never started it until I asked about around 6:45 because I noticed a lot of people coming in to order and mine still wasn't out yet. Turns out they didn't even notice so I was standing their the entire time while my order wasn't even a thought. Then they said they'd make it and they gave me the completely wrong thing! I asked for a bowl and it was a burrito so I had to wait again. I was so tempted to just say forget it but I had already paid on the app so I felt stuck. Over all it took a good half hour to get my food and I was starving and super annoyed by this point. They did apologize for the wait but it was super disorganized and very inconvenient. "Welcome to Moe's!!" You will for sure be greeted with this in a sing-song voice from the guys and gals who work here. There's a huge poster sized menu hanging on the wall when you walk in, and a line to place your order eerily similar to Chipotle...yeah I said it! This place reminds me so much of Chipotle! The food tastes good and the prices are decent though pricey for fast food but cheap for restaurants. Price range varies from $6.50 - $8 or $9. Way better than Taco Bell experience and food lol. They usually play upbeat nostalgic music like Little Richard, Lynard Skynard, James Brown, etc. With only one bathroom for men and one for women, if it is occupied I could easily see people would have to wait, but it is pretty roomy, clean and you have more privacy. I always have to go in to wash my hands before eating. There about 2 TVs usually playing sports entertainment talk shows, games or the news. There's posters of celebrity look-alikes of Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, Elton John, etc. on the walls and bright Tex Mex colors everywhere. I gave it 4 stars because it does not really stand out and has me willing to go out of my way coming back for more, it is a place that seems like they are consistent and a good option if they are convenient. read more

Welcome to Moe's!! This is probably the first thing you remember about Moe's if you have ever been there. For those that haven't, this is what the employees will yell out loud to you the moment you enter this place. What can I say...this is the usual mega nationwide fast-food chain that serves the usual Mexican food. For a chain restaurant, Moe's does a good job of making decent tasting Mexican fast-food. They offer the usuals...burritos, tacos, quesadilla, etc. They also have some un-usuals such as the Stack. The Stack is available with a choice of chicken, steak, or vegetarian and comprises of two crispy flat taco shells sandwiched inside a tortilla wrap. You can customize it to include things like: black beans, pinto beans, lettuce, queso, salsa, cheese, grilled onions, green peppers, cilantro, lime, etc etc. It takes about 5-7 minutes to grill but the end result is probably the best thing you can get here. They always make sure to cut it in half to share or take the leftovers home as you'll have to be a mad-man to eat the entire Stack in one sitting. One thing that was uncool or a little awkward about this Moe's was that they have a "Tip" line printed on the receipt. I think restaurants are forgetting that tips are meant for sit-down places that have a waiter that brings food to you and cleans up your table afterwards. At Moe's, you stand in line to customize your order, you fill your own drinks, and then throw out your trash. So, they need to learn that asking for a "Tip" is just kinda cheap looking and totally uncalled for when it's a fast-food restaurant. If I really really liked your food and people that assembled my burrito then I will drop a dollar in that big red jar you have next to your cash register but please don't put the Tip line right on the receipt. read more

Came here after my long day of customer service. Received exceptional service from Jacob. Was friendly yet not obnoxiously so. He was very attentive to what I wanted on my order. After dealing with the crazy citizens of Pinellas, it was refreshing to be treated like a human in a simple taco establishment. Iv never tipped a fast food place ever. But I added $6 on to my bill. I love the queso here and the salsa bar, although small, has some really tasty options. Service isn't always as fast as I'd like, especially at lunchtime, but the staff are friendly and accommodating, which goes a long way :) Everything I've had from the menu is good, but the bowls are my favorite! I went here around lunchtime on a Saturday and this place was empty. I mean, like the employees and me. That should have been my first clue. Chipotle down the street is using hoping with people. So I ask for a taco bowl and the guy says that is no longer on the menu. He said "But I can make it for you..." He starts to make it and a heavyset woman called him over and I am not sure what she said, but I did hear "...don't go out of your way." The guy stop frying the burrito bowl and gives me an interesting look. I had no clue what that woman said, until I was ready to pay. The receipt asked for a tip and the guy was watching, if I was going to tip him. When I did not tip him, his attitude changed right away and he crippled up the receipt and threw it away. The worst part is the food was awful! So I am going to stop this story at this point, because I will be a Chipotle eater from now on. This location can get busy sometimes. The lines usually move pretty fast. During lunch hours, it's hard to find parking. The staff is friendly. I usually go for Moes Monday and get the burrito bowl. The Chipotle ranch is really good. read more
