Moe's is my favorite of these fast casual type Mexican chains. I didn't realize that there was one in our area! We happened to see it looking for something to eat for lunch on our way out of town for the holidays and I'm glad we found it. The staff were very friendly and did not rush us as we were trying to decide what to order, since it was some of our first times to visit and my first time in one in 13 years. I ended up going with the stack, which is basically like the Taco Bell crunch wrap, but way better. It was big enough that we could have shared, and I felt bad to toss some of the tortilla. I did grab a fork and eat all the filling because it was so good. We had fun trying all the salsa options on the salsa bar and can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. read more

The Hubby and I had a break from the kids and went to try Moe's out last night. We apparently went in a good night because the special was called Moe's Monday. It was a choice of a burrito, homewreaker burrito or a bowl and a drink for $6.99, I opted for the bowl and he got a burrito. Picked out our protein and then the rest of veggies, beans and cheese. They also give you free chips and salsa when you order. And because I had downloaded the app before we got there we also received a free cup of their white Queso. We really enjoyed the food and that queso was slamming! The nector of the gods as my 25yr old Son would say. We'll be back for sure. read more

Consider this visit occurred during the COVID 19 shelter in place order Ok so I visited Moe's on 5/5/20- it was Cinco De Mayo! I checked on line to ensure they were taking orders. They were and I ordered online. I ordered: 1. Nachos with maand cheese 2. Chicken quesadillas with cheese, jalapeños, pico, and cilantro After I placed the order, the site stated that the food would be ready in 16 min. 6pm CST. Now I do understand that those times are estimates! I arrived at 5 min after 6. There was a long line of cars. In the window, it stated to call the number for your curbside pick up. I followed the directions and called the number. It rang a while..... when someone picked up it was a guy and I told him I was there to pick up a curbside order. He asked my name and I gave it to him. He goes on to say "oh we have it but it will be 20-30 min we have 11 orders in front of you and 23 waiter orders" I gasped and I nicely replied that you know the site is giving much different time frames. I said I'm not opposed to waiting I just wasn't expecting to wait this long. (Remember it's well past the 16 min) He asked "what kind of car are you in?" I told him and where I was parked. he proceeded "since this order isn't big and isn't complex I'll fix it and run it straight to you" I said thanks that was at about 6:08 when the call ended. I saw so many ppl getting out their cars trying to go in. The door appeared to be locked. At 6:30 I still didn't have food. Another couple stated that they had been waiting an hour and didn't have their food. Mind you there was a female patron that walked in and ordered (I don't know what) she stood in front of the glass the entire time I was waiting in my car. Another lady went into check on her order and stated that the 2 guys told her "we didn't know today was cinco de Mayo" that was laughable 6:45 I finally hop out my car the door is locked I'm knocking on the window, another patron opened the door. I didn't go in but I asked from the door how to request a refund. The guys looked at me like deer in headlights and said how about I print a receipt and write refund on it. Ummmm no sir ....:: he asked "what's your name?" I told him. Do you know he said oh your order is right here!!!!! Sir I have been waiting for 40 min for you to casually say "it's right here" I said well are you going to bring it to me? There were more than 5 ppl in the store already They had on NO mask. He work his gloves from behind the counter and opened the door They were young and they needed support on a busy day like that. If you are going to work with a skeleton crew then serve a skeleton menu. I get that restaurants want to be opened and I want to support them but they have to ensure that the employees are practicing safe sanitation and have the support they need! So we came to Moes to give it a try & the worst service I have ever had , the people making the food had EarPods in & kept asking what?! Then would barely put any toppings on the burrito ... then as we went to pay the lady at the cash register spoke to us like we were stupid , also told them this was my first time dining here ... as we were trying to eat one of the guys that worked there did a drug deal right in front of us ... only reason I'm leaving one star is because you have to , to be able to leave a review ... There seems to be an issue of poor management at this location. The staff were nice, but they either aren't trained well or there is a lack of supervision. We went around 5:45pm and were greeted on arrival by one employee taking out the garbage in the seating area. No one was behind the counter and we had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to help us. The employee serving us had on gloves, but before serving us had their hands with gloves in pants pockets (ew!). That same employee kept leaning over the counter and their shirt would touch the burrito they were making. That same employee then went from computer back to food line without switching gloves. I suggest some training on food handling protocols. It's hard to articulate all of the exact issues, but it just seems like a poorly managed store. read more

Only putting 1 star because it won't let me right a review without. My sister & I were the literal first customers of the day. We asked tofu for the meat; she very rudely said she'll have to go to the back to prep it & that it'll take a couple minutes. I don't mind waiting at all; but there were nicer ways to go about it. Altogether the vibe of the establishment was pissed off & uncomfy. The food was very bland, they only had mild & 1 medium salsa, & the employees attitudes were very off to say the least. If I could give less stars, I would. Gave me a burrito bowl with undercooked meat and rice and then refused to replace it. Wouldn't even allow me to come back and exchange for an actual edible meal or a refund, I had my full meal (minus maybe two bites) and receipt and was told it was too busy to do today. They didn't include my queso or salsa either but that seems pretty small compared to the actual uncooked dish. I was polite on the phone but the employee was very unhelpful. So to save time I decided to do a mobile order which I ordered at 12:03 PM and I arrived at Moe's at 12:20 PM. This is the second time I've done the mobile pick up app it's been terrible. My family did not receive their food until 12:44 PM. As much as I love Moe's I think this will be my last time visiting this location due to the inconsistency and the poorness of the staff caring about customers. The management staff should clearly look at hiring new staff and somebody dedicated to mobile ordering app. I feel like when I order on mobile app it just sits there and no one pays attention to it. read more

Yes please ! Love this place! I'm new to walker & just no offense good food is just kind of hard to find. My fiancé & I were at pet smart & now that I'm pregnant I eat like every 3 hours no kidding. So I knew moes was similar to izzos. When we walked in we were kind of lost on what to order so the guy behind the counter broke it down for us. At the end of us ordering the total was around 28$ for one large drink, 2 burritos, & chips n queso for us to share. My first thought was damn kind of steep but ok. When we finally started eating --- we were both in shock with how tasty It was. I would pick this place over izzos any day. Super happy we decided to stop & order here. read more

I had seen this place on "Undercover Boss" on CBS. Thought it was cool that no matter how busy they are, whenever someone walks in the door the WHOLE CREW yells, "Welcome to Mooooe's". It's sort of like Izzo's Burritos, if you've ever eaten there. You pick what you want, I had the Nachos, my wife had the Taco Salad. Then, you go down the line and pick what you want on it, i.e. Whether you want refried or black beans, lettuce, grilled onions, grilled bell peppers, OMG, A LOT to chose from. Got to get the guacamole. AWESOME STUFF!! My nachos, I had ground beef, which is seasoned well. My wife had the chicken on her salad and was a little disappointed because she was expecting kind of a Fajita style and taste but it wasn't. It wasn't bad, she said it tasted good, just you know how your tastebuds are; you're expecting one taste and when it's not, they go, "Aaaahhhh" in a high girly voice, kind of like that. Once she got over that, she liked it. Then they have a Salsa bar with prob six types of Salsa to chose from; mild, hot, tomatillo, all good, to go with the freebie nachos. Pretty good food. Very similar to Salsaritas and Izzo's. Not authentic but a good step above Taco Bell My kids love coming here because they make the food a lot like subway, meaning the kids get to choose how they build their burritos with the ingredients. First time to this location, ate at Moe's about 5 to 6 years ago. We got in a little late around 8:30 and Lexi served us and was very sweet, friendly and helpful. We ordered two burritos for the Monday special for our kids, wife and I split the Wrong Doug and got quest and the guac. Queso is good, I will add pickled jalapeños next time. Wrong Doug was awesome, I will get extra pickled onions and cilantro on the next time. I definitely give it 5 stars. Staff and food were excellent!!! read more

Ate here otw back home to Baton Rouge form our Christmas vacation. We ate here because we wanted to eat somewhere that they didn't have in our city. Staff were pretty helpful and knowledgeable. Part of the dining area was sectioned off, but I guess it was that time of night. My ONE COMPLAINT: the ONLY reason I couldn't give yall 5 stars was yall didn't have beers or margaritas and most Mexican places like this do. Still, definitely worth going! This is your typical fresh-Mex type of place. Very similar to an Izzo's or Chipotle restaurant. The food is not superbly delicious but it isn't bad either. Nice little lunch spot if you're looking for something fast and fresh. The one main thing that does bother me about places like these is the fact that it never really seems "hot", unless of course you get a quesadilla. The service was friendly and efficient. I'm sure I will be back. If you choose to come here you may want to look into signing up for their rewards. Just for doing so I received a free burrito. Also, Monday's are $5 burrito days. The burritos are big enough for two people to eat, plus chips come with every entree. Thursday's are kids eat free nights as well (which is very important to me since I have a tribe of little ones). I took advantage of the $5 burrito deal and got a chicken burrito. I asked for the smokin chicken which I realized was an up charge, but I have no idea how much since I wasn't told and didn't have a receipt to see. The smokin chicken was pretty tasty so just be aware it may end up being more than $5. My husband got a chicken quesadilla, and I have to say, it was pretty good. I actually enjoyed the quesadilla more than the burrito, however, if you are looking for something filling, fresh, and cheap...go here on a Monday and split the burrito meal with a friend! read more

i decided to come here bc i haven't had mexican food in forever and i regret it. the food was average at best; the beans were grainy, the chips stale, the tortillas rubbery, and everything seemed to be the same temperature. there were three employees behind the counter and only one was working, my company and i waited "in line" (we were the only ones waiting) for a considerable amount of time and one of the employees even looked at us and then retreated to the back. when our orders were finally made the worker who ducked to the back asked if i'd like a drink charged me for my food and retreated once again to the back without giving me a cup. the next employee bagged mine and my company's food without charging her and when we told them she still had to pay seemed confused. read more

Visited this location on a Sunday afternoon and the only words I can think to explain the experience was hot mess. They were out of a bunch of ingredients. Quesadilla took 15 minutes to make, compared to going to Qdoba and having a quesadilla take 5 minutes, max. There were three workers for a lunch time rush. Seemed like all the workers were just running into and over each other. Ordered to go food and the guy didn't offer us a bag to carry our stuff, got 4 drinks and didn't offer us a drink carrier. I spent over 30.00 on a nacho that didn't have hardly anything on it, a burrito that had hard rice on it to the point u couldn't even eat it, and 2 kids cheese quesadillas. I had thought since we all got meals that we would get a small cheese dip with it! NOPE! So I had to go back and order that, which took them forever to make!
