Why did I just find out about this place? I saw a tiktok video about Moes. I had no idea about this place for real. My sister and I went and I was sold right away. My first time there and I loved it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean and neat. The food taste fresh, price is reasonable, a lot of vegan/vegetarian options. I heard so much about the queso and I am not a queso person but I tried it and it was pretty good. Also you get free chips. I have no complaints and I hope it stays that ways because Moes is about to be my go to for Mexican food. read more

I love this place. We went for a Monday lunch so it was not crowded. The servings are huge! I had enough for lunch and dinner. You even get free chips and salsa bar. Service was great! read more

We have never eaten here before. We will not be back. The entire restaurant was filthy. Only one table in the whole place was clean enough to sit down. The floor had beans and chips everywhere. it was on our shoes when we got into our car. The food was cold and no flavor. We were there at 4pm. Absolutely terrible. My first experience with Moe's and will not be returning. The pico was rotten and old, the fajitas had no flavor and everything looked like it had been sitting for days. Tasted like it too. The only thing that was good was the tortilla. Why would anyone come here over chipotle? So disappointed. read more

Pretty puzzled with the hours you have posted. Doors were locked @ 7:50pm. At least 4 customers tried to go in but noticed everyone was cleaning up and mopping the floors. Hours say 9pm closing but yet everyone was just minding their own business. At least update your store hours before there's confusion. read more

I frequent this Moe's for a couple reasons: 1) Moe's is better than Chipotle, FACT. 2) The People For the past few years this location has kept a group of the same employees and they are a big reason why I come back. The staff is usually very friendly and really just make this experience much better. Of course your experience may vary, it's food service so there will be some turnover with staff. But, as you visit more and get to know the people you'll see they are a friendly bunch. Each time I visit it's akin to the show "Cheer's" as it's a place I go and it seems like the staff all know who I am. read more

The staff here is very friendly! Only thing I'd say is sometimes the girls working with the food don't put up their hair in nets or in buns. The food is VERY VERY hit or miss, sometimes the food is delicious and most of the time, the rice is usually undercooked and extremely salty, to the point it makes your gums feel sore before you're even done with the bowl. I hope they take this feedback into consideration and be more weary of how they are making the rice; I'd love to come back to a change :) read more

Ive been coming to this moes regularly for a few years now and I've always enjoyed it, but lately the service has declined considerably. The past couple times I have come the workers have given me obscenely small portions while rushing me while placing my order (the store is empty). As I said before this has been a repeat occurrence and sadly I think this last time was the final straw. I'll be taking my business to chipotle from now on. read more

I've visited this location a few times to get my Tex-Mex fix. Nobody does queso like Moe's! I always enjoy my visits here. The menu is expansive, there are plenty of vegetarian options, you can customize everything, and the portions are generous. I can usually get two meals out of one entree. All of the employees here are really wonderful. They are efficient, friendly, and always willing to make a recommendation if you want to try something new. Covid precautions are still in place and the restaurant is always clean. If you are craving something quick and tasty, Moe's can tick all of those boxes for you. read more

I really love Moe's burritos and salsa bar but this location in Midlothian was not that great. I had the ground beef homewrecker and it had an off-flavor. I do not know if it came from the beans or the meat or something else. I told the cashier (I think he was the shift manager) but other than to say sorry about that, he didn't care enough to offer me a refund or replacement. Disappointment in this location. read more

Looking for a late meal. Google says hours are open until 9pm every night. Actually closes at 8pm every night. Wasted drive.

I usually order to-go and schedule a certain time. Food is always on time, not like they made it hours before like some places do. The people on the phone are friendly! Please try to be consistent with the portions- last time I ordered the home-wrecker burrito (I always get this one) it was smaller than usual. I was disappointed and afraid to come back. read more

Great place with large portions and great value. They really put whatever you want on it. Also, they make good suggestions. Not just awesome food but a great environment. The finish of the burrito is wrapped with skill. Stays together while eating. Sauces are really great. We like to go here if we're both home during the day and our kids are in school. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options. Good tea. They give you a big thing of chips and salsa and no extra charge just adds to the value of the place. I was beyond impressed with the crew at this location. We ordered during the covid 19 limited service and I was very impressed with the precautions that they took down to the gloves provided in our take out order. The food never disappoints but the crew really went above and beyond. read more

I'm pretty disappointed in them. Our company and sales reps use them along with a lot of other restaurants to feed their accounts. I've ordered from them in the past with no problem. Loved the Fajita bar that they deliver and setup. The last time that we had this ordered for our staff then there were no problems at all. It was great! Arrived on time and the person set it up with no problems. The last time that I ordered from them then it was for an employee appreciation day. Our staff is healthcare based so we have half of our staff out on the road seeing patients so planning does have to go into a meeting like this. I previously paid the Bill for the fajita lunch and planned it for 12 pm a few days before our scheduled event. On that day then about 10 minutes before 12 then one of our staff mentioned that it was strange that they were not there? I called them and they had forgotten about our luncheon! They had records of it being paid for but it was just forgotten. At that point I had folks who had rolled in early for the luncheon and after speaking with several people then they said that they would cook it and have it delivered to us within an hour and that they'd add on extras for their mistake. They didn't get to us for at least an hour and a half and we had the same amount of food that we had the last time that we ordered from them. No extras. I had employees that had scheduled their day around this time and had to eat and dash and others who were not able to show up due to previously scheduled appointments. I was told by the delivery driver who was very apologetic and nice that a manager, the owner or someone from corporate would reach out to me. I have heard from no one a couple of months later which is the only reason why I am writing this bad review. I have told my staff to either avoid Moe's or to be extra careful on making sure that their orders are going to their accounts. Very disappointed in not only their service but in their customer service as far as reaching out to us. read more

Love Love Love Moe's. Always friendly attentive line staff, they actually listen to what you are ordering. The staff makes it the way you want your food. Very tasty chicken and beef. Love the corn salsa and all the food containers look fresh and clean. The queso dip is delicious. The salsa bar is excellent and the salsa verde is supreme. The best is the refills of chips and you don't get a long face if you ask for more! read more

What has happened to this place? I ate there for lunch the other day and it was just gross. AND.....the prices went up by 40%. I had the burrito bowl with chicken. The cilantro rice was as brown as the brown rice. It's pretty much the same ingredients as Chipotle but no where near as good. The guacamole was brown. Chips were stale and all broken to bits.
