This is one of my fave lunch spots. I love the abundance of choices. In my opinion, the chicken is always the best choice. My team and I order from here frequently. The veggies are always fresh. The staff is also nice. I placed an online order here a couple of weeks ago and there was an issue but the manager was more than accommodating. He made it right and added a little something for my trouble. He was also very apologetic. I will continue to order lunch from them. The food was so disappointing. I had a steak and chicken bowl. The steak was in huge chunks with fat holding them together. Nothing taste fresh, nothing looked appealing. I am posting a photo of the bowl and another photo of a chipotle bowl taken a month ago. Notice the difference, it is crazy the difference in, presentation, freshness, quantity and taste. The service was fine, and the place was clean but that doesn't make up for the poor food. Hopefully this was just a bad day, but I doubt it. read more

Ordered a taco kit from this location, on the website under the taco kit description it states that it feeds 4-6 people ( MISLEADING) . Upon returning back home and opening the box to find very very small portions of food. That definitely would NOT FEED 4-6 people much less 1-2! Very disappointed and a waste of $60. Will not be spending my money here again. I've eaten here on numerous occasions and never run into any issues until now. It was very much over priced and not worth it. I would've been better off getting all of us individual meals. read more

Food is great where served as intended. My burrito was no folded correctly and didn't hold together. It was a simple burrito with no wet ingredients I had to wait 20 minutes for my burrito even though I ordered ahead. I also tipped ahead of time per the app silly me. read more

Updated review: THEY BROUGHT WHITE MEAT BACK!!! It's called Mojo Chicken and it seems to be hidden under a lidded container and you may have to ask for it by name... It ain't the same but, it's WAAAAY better than the weird replacement they came up with last year... Kids eat free on Tuesdays and Tuesday also happens to be $5 movie night at AMC so, we come here first. This location is clean, the workers are friendly, food is fine except... This Moe's is just as good as all other Moe's that I have visited. Staff is nice and speedy, and the food is fresher than most other quick-service restaurants - especially for Mexican food. You can see them cook their chicken, steak, and vegetables on the grill, and they have lots of other fresh toppings (tomatoes, cucumber, etc). It is also affordable, and you get unlimited chips and salsa with every order. When I was in college, I would go to the local Moe's, order a drink, and then eat free chips and salsa when studying. Not too shabby for a poor college student. I will say, Moe's may not be for everyone. Try it once, and move on if it is not your thing. read more

Gone down Hill!!! Ordered food to go - all 3 items were cold. 2 Steak Burritos and 1 Steak nachos. The Burritos were actually so we had to heat them in our Microwave. The Steak Nachos were cold and the steak was burnt. I never received my sour cream and Queso on the side. There was no jalepenos, no lettuce and the rice was clumped together. The staff was so rude when we asked asked if the sour cream and queso was in the bag the cashier said " yes, we're not stupid ". Which it wasn't in the bag. Also there were other employees arguing behind the counter. We were rushed thru with out a greeting or thank you. As we were leaving there was trash on the floor and the garbage can was overflowing. It was not a welcoming atmosphere. On top of it all I do not believe they are handling their food properly because we all felt ill later on. Horrible service, horrible food. read more

Friendly and quick. I work nearby and hit this place about once a week. The folks that work there are always on it and whatever I end up getting, it's filling and good. Currently on the Earmuffs kick with spicy chicken. Burritos are good too. They give you way too many chips. Like that's a bad thing. read more

I love this place! Everyone is always happy and having fun, I ordered the other day and two guys on the line had me laughing the whole time, Ashley is a total gem, always there and always ready to help me when I'm delivering, and never regardless of how busy she is has neglected to say hi or ask how I am, that stuff is rare and important and I will continue to be a loyal customer! The manager seems to be the same way every time I've interacted with him. so well done! The food here is good, the staff (for the most part) is friendly, and the atmosphere is typically great. That being said, if you are one of the people who is worried about your safety during this pandemic (those who don't think it is a conspiracy), don't spend your money here. They have made it apparent the safety of customers doesn't matter when stacked against making money. While many restaurants ask customers who refuse to mask up to order online or wait in their car for curbside service, Moe's has decided to let them stand in line and serve them despite the close quarters. I personally will not be returning and while I emailed them directly about this, I know nothing will be done. They caved in when a conspiracy nut went on here, so I thought I'd take a shot as well. read more

It is 8:15/ 10/29/19 Place is ran down. Feel horrible for the little white cashier who has to put up with those workers. No respect. Did not let us finish our food before they yanked it to the grill. Seats have entire cushions ripped out. This store manager should be ashamed because the other two locations are wonderful. You should fire every cook here in this shift. I went in to use my birthday burrito and wasn't informed till after my order had already been prepared that they couldn't find my birthday coupon even though I'm signed up for the rewards program and offered to show my license to show it was my birthday. I guess this is an ok place to stop if you need something quick that's not fast food (greasy/fried). But I'm not that impressed. I got a salad, and it wasn't horrible but all the ingredients seemed like canned or prepackaged items, not fresh. The steak was flavorless. Staff, although plentiful, were slow and seemed confused at my simple order. The floor was dirty (greasy and crumbs everywhere), half the tables were dirty (I've learned to be thankful in Mobile just to find one clean), and the finishes in the dining room could use a touchup (e.g., severely peeling paint). Pro: I love the salsa bar. The drink machine is cool. Kids eat free on Tuesdays. This place gets two stars because I was not completely insulted by the service or grossed out by the food. I've had lunch twice here. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and the food is fresh, made to order, and very good. I like the salsa bar. You can really customize your order since it's a Subway-style line where you pick your toppings and condiments. Had the Homewrecker Burrito on my last visit...no complaints! Polished it off. Not bad for a girl. We've ordered catering from Moe's a few times now and they really do a fantastic job. Great prices, service and setup. Partygoers love the food. This location never gets the online orders right. Ever. There will always be SOMETHING vital missing and it's not exactly easy to check your order before leaving when it's in a closed container way at the bottom of the bag with with a pile of chips dumped on top. I'm doing low carb right now and ordered the burrito bowl without rice or beans, with pork carnitas, cheese, cilantro, guacamole, lettuce, lime, and sour cream. There was no lettuce, lime, or sour cream, so I had a nice bowl of pork carnitas with some cheese and cilantro -a ton of cilantro, and about a tablespoon of guacamole. Ridiculous! $9 down the toilet. On 2 previous online orders, they left off several items as well. How freaking hard is it to get an online order right? I mean you have it in writing, right in front of your face! read more

I've eaten here a few times and the service and food has been consistent. You're getting food that you could make yourself. When you dine here, you are not getting food with a lot of flavor. Don't expect flavorful authentic Mexican. read more

For some reason this place takes FOREVER to get food. There are 5 people on the assembly line, and there could only be 3 people in front of me, yet it will be 20 minutes before I get through the line. Also, why is it that the employees don't know the posted discounts? I find it annoying that I had to ask for them to discount the tacos and the employee had no idea what I was talking about.
