Stopped by to this new location in Wesley chapel right beside Lexington Oaks neighborhood and close to the Mazda dealership. They have only been open a few weeks. The logo is now aqua and orange and they look so different than the older location at Wiregrass Used the Moe's app and ordered a Homewrecker burrito with steak and guacamole. It comes with chips for $5.55 today. I also loved the free Cinco de Mayo T-shirt which is a cute design and color. We've ordered from this location about 4-5 times since they've opened. The last two times, our orders have been completed with no issues. We typically order online and pick up. Previous to those two times, there have been items we requested missing, but things seem to be getting better. Our last visit, we ordered online and ate inside. It's very clean. They have a sauce bar that was well stocked and clean as well. I love getting the bowls with the adobo chicken. My husband prefers the burrito. I do feel like the homewrecker burritos have gotten smaller since our first orders and don't seem different from the regular burrito. It's a quick and easy lunch so with the exception of those little things, this has become a once a week spot for us. Moe Monday's is a great deal. All burritos and bowls are 7.99. read more

On October 1, 2025 I purchase a gift card and was given $15 in bonus cards. I looked more closely at the cards and saw they had expired at the end of August. I called the store and was told they expired and we won't honor them I reached out to corporate and was eventually told the same thing. I will not go to this Moe's. I think what they did to induce me to buy the gift card borders on fraud. By accident, I got the Wiregrass location. After hearing my story, they apologized and told me to bring the cards to their location and they will honor them. Cody, the manager I spoke to, restored my faith n Moe's. read more

First time ever coming to Moe's today and I will NOT be back!!! I arrived 11 minutes before their closing time and none of the food had been removed from the display case so I asked them to use my app for a promotion I saw inside. She instructed me that she couldn't scan the QR code in the app even though the app PRODUCED A QR CODE TO BE SCANNED AT A REGISTER!! She then told me to place the order in the app and then they could make the food which I proceed to do with her watching me and then when I pressed "CheckOut", the app said "too late to order...schedule for tomorrow"...WTF!! She asked me to see my phone and I showed her again and her response was "Oh, yes it is now 8:53 and the Online Orders stop at 8:45". I CLEARLY was there after 8:45 yet you told me to order in the app because you can't scan my QR code that YOUR app produced??! Really a CRAPPY experience especially for my FIRST time and I will NOT be back!!! read more

Ordered to go (had someone else pick it up for us) so I cannot speak on the place itself, only the food. The food tasted great but the proportions were odd. The main meals of the stack and burrito were massive, they gave a crap ton of chips, but the cup of queso could barely last though 1/2 of the chips given. The salsas were little dip cups that were just enough for the burrito and not the chips. But the burrito itself was massive and everything in it was delicious. The stack I think was sitting for a while because the chips in it were not crunchy at all. The bowl was a good size and great for the healthier option to remove the tortilla. Definitely will be getting it more as it is closer than the other tex mex restaurants. read more

Only good thing I can say about this place is the staff was nice but management is absolutely terrible. Vinna was managing this evening and she refused to honor my rewards I had on the app. She was accusing me of using my rewards multiple times in one day before going to her store and ordering food. Last night I went to dinner at this Moe's location and it was probably the worst Moe's experience I've had. First upon entering nobody chanted the wonderful "Welcome to Moe's", which is small but a key point in any Moe's experience. They lacked any, if all, sense of urgency to assist us, in fact the lady behind the counter was on her phone and just kept looking at us without saying anything. Finally we walk up to the counter and are greeted with " what can i get you?... Oh yeah, welcome to Moe's". We go through the process of getting our food where the lady still never took her eyes off of her phone and moved it along the counter with her gloved hands as she continued to touch her phone and then our food multiple times. As somebody who works in the food industry, this disgusted me. Once again, onto the next person, slightly more energy but still not very welcoming, we finished our order then paid, where it then took five minutes to get our queso, because nobody wanted to help the young boy at the register. My burrito was fine as we ate, my significant other stated her taco was ok, but didn't seem fresh and our chips were all smashed and broken and also seemed stale. There also seemed to be a total lack of managerial existence, all in all, a 1/5 rating, would much rather recommend the Paseo Drive location, never did me wrong and for this location being a new location, I truly expected better. read more

if I could leave 0 stars I would! we down the app to get the Moes Monday deal. when we got to the register the Indian boy and girl was arguing with us stating we are not real members and that we recently downloaded the app and it is only valid for loyalty meaning old members. we asked where it stated that on the sign and they kept arguing. I stated that I have never had that issue with wiregrass location. I told her that I was not going to pay then and I would just go to wiregrass . she then kept arguing saying I need to buy the food which was not handed to me yet and she cannot control the system. I called wiregrass and asked if I downloaded the app right then and there would they still be able to honor the price and they said yes they just need to change it in the system. she then started yelling at me that i am wasting the food and it was all my fault!
