Another really good experience here! Waiter was great! They were super fast and the chimichangas here are SOO good! Plus I love the queso! Very flavorful! We will definitely be back!

We arrived with a sizable group and were seated almost immediately in a cozy, Aztec-inspired corner. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, refilling drinks on the spot and making sure our plates arrived piping hot. Everything we tried felt a cut above your average Mexican spot. The steak tacos were juicy and well-seasoned, the sizzling steak fajitas hit all the right notes, and my chicken taquito had a satisfyingly crisp shell with plenty of tender meat inside. Portions are generous--plan to take some home. All told, this restaurant delivers great food, fast service, and a warm, festive atmosphere. Whether you're out with friends or craving a comfort-food fix, you'll leave happy and probably with a full belly. Especially if you ate the salsa and chips that they serve you right away!

Service was great. Chips were a bit over done but the salsa and queso was great. If you like super smooth guacamole theirs is fine but I prefer chunky guacamole. The portions are generous so order carefully!

If could rate them zero I would ! Terrible description of their dishes. Terrible service Weak margarita Rude waitress.. Ordered the chili Riano and the dish came and there was a piece in there about the size of the tip of your finger and I asked the waitress if they forgot the chili Riano and she said no that was it and I said I've ordered chili Riano 1000 times in my life and that's not even a bit she said, menu over and that's the descriptions of the dishes, not the descriptions in the order

Vallarta in Wesley Chapel continues to impress! This big, vibrant restaurant offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with daily happy hour deals that are hard to beat. Their extensive menu has something for everyone -- and at very reasonable prices. The staff is always friendly, and the service is fast and efficient, which makes the dining experience even better. We've been here before, and it's consistently great. The chips and salsa are served right when you arrive and so fresh. This time, we ordered the parrillada -- a meat lover's dream! It came loaded with an incredible variety of meats and plenty of sides, all packed with flavor. We also got the chicken parrilla, which was a perfect, no-fuss option for our kid and still left us with tons of leftovers. In fact, with just two main dishes, we had more than enough food to bring home. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and the value is unbeatable. Vallarta is definitely one of our go-to spots, and we recommend!

We visited Sat 11:30-12 and there were about 8 tables taken. We visit this location frequently because the food is so good. The waiter was great and place is always clean. The street tacos are outstanding! The chicken soup is good for the soul.

I wish I could give 10 Stars!! I love everything about this particular location. Let me tell you why. Taco Tuesday!! What more can I say. But we went at the right time of the evening. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and felt it. We got seated and soon after the chip's and salsa arrived. Let me tell you... the Salsa is on point. Just enough spice and full of flavor. The chips are perfect and have the perfect crisp to them. I had ordered Birria Taco plate. Comes with 3 tacos full of shredded beef, cheese, cilantro and onions fried in a corn tortilla. They are accompanied with Mexican rice that is fluffy and full of flavor. My husband ordered chicken and steak fajitas for one. Man.... It's a huge order. It comes with all the accompaniments and is plenty for even 2 people. The platter was hot and sizzling when it arrived. He loved every bit of it. This will be our go to place for sure. And are happy to tell others about it. There is so much more on the menu we want to try and can't wait.

We had a late lunch. The service was 4.5 stars, drinks 5, value and food quality 5 stars, the kitchen was 3 stars. We ate a basket of chips before food arrived. We will try again. The carnitas are tender and the best ever, the special dinner was awesome, had enough for lunch tomorrow.

I come here monthly for a meeting and figured it is time for a review.. service is always efficient and prompt and friendly..it is welcoming inside when you enter as well...I ordered the Beef Fajita lunch today and have to say I was pleasantly surprised..I did not hear that sizzle noise as they were being delivered and thought oh no..I have been to places that serve them on a plate and they were horrible ..not here! They were off the grill delicious, fresh and had a nice amount of peppers and onions too and they were very generous portions as well...I have to say the flavor of these were some of the best I have had and they were served piping hot too..they were also served with Rice and Beans as well...this will be my go to from now on when coming here..

For example they offer three different kinds of vodka with Tito's being one of them. It's on the fourth floor of the hotel with a view of the western sky for sunsets along with the sports fields. We kiddingly said parents could sit up here with alcohol in hand and cheer on their kids way below on the field. Seating: inside they have bar seating with about seven chairs. There is a single TV at the far left of the bar (see pic), so this is not ideal to watch sports on TV. No sound or closed caption. Outside it is just plain hot this time of year until the sun goes down. They have fans but for some reason they weren't on and the temp was 95. There were a couple people sitting outside but they didn't last long. Around sunset I'm sure this is the place to be. There are multiple sofas and areas to sit outside. Also a large Jenga stacking block game is available to play. There are at least two larger TVs outside. The parking lot indicates parking should be paid for. There are numerous signs with giant QR codes to do this. Since we were only there for an hour to grab a single drink we didn't pay for parking. When there are large tournaments going on at the neighboring sports complex I'm sure the hotel does a better job at patrolling who parks at the hotel and maybe then expects parking to be paid for. Drinks: happy hour is from 5p (when they open) to 7p. There is no happy hour menu (this would be a suggestion to make things easier on both the bartender and the customer). We were there at happy hour so took advantage of $8 white sangria and $8 cranberry with house vodka. They also give 10% off to locals. They normally have cards they provide for future use, but the bartender indicated they ran out and were on order. Food: There is a few food choices, including a smash burger and appetizers. They also had a couple cake slices on special. We didn't eat so can't speak to quality or time before ready. Service was average. There was only one bartender at 5:30p on a Wednesday with no sports going on at the complex. We got our drinks fairly quickly. They were tasty but served in small cocktail glasses and not much alcohol. For happy hour discounted pricing this is commonplace. I will be back to try it again, hopefully for a sunset this time!

One of my favorite upgrades is the new deck--you no longer have to walk through sand and end up with sandy feet, which makes a huge difference. They also have live music four nights a week, which adds an awesome atmosphere. With its beautiful waterfront setting on the lake, great food and drinks, fun live entertainment, and welcoming staff, The Tiki Cove has become one of my favorite places to relax. It was supposed to be a Tiki bar and considering some of the areas we've found gems, we pressed on. Once we reached the entrance, we saw two Polynesian masks, unfortunately, once inside, no totems and almost no "Tiki" drinks. We tried a Blue Hawaiian, which was not up to par, though ok, for the environment. Initially, we were greeted by Country Music, in a supposed "Tiki" establishment. They do have a few nice tiki roofs and even two of the staff (I assume the owners, were wearing Hawaiian shirts). Televisions were abundant, unfortunately, the bathroom situation at present is "mobile". Upscale port-a-pottys. The string lights they have outside, big bulbs and over half of them off when we went. Now for the service, we were greeted by a sign that said seat yourself, it was rather busy, so we decided to sit at the bar. We saw five bartenders, some of whom saw us sit down and get done with the menu, but they seemed more dedicated to their phones than their jobs. I had to get their attention. Five of them and not a single one seemed to care initially. Moving on, the place is right on a lake and if they actually put effort in and promoted it, this could be a spot. In it's current state it needs serious help and some better quality drinks and servers. I can't comment on the food, saw bad reviews and considering the "Tiki" drinks on offer, I didn't want to waste any more money. Hopefully they'll take this review into consideration and improve.
