I asked him about several brands and he didn't carry any of them. For example, I asked him about Shaw carpets, the largest manufacturer of carpets in the US. He doesn't carry it even though the brand is plastered all over on his website. Within this entire 1 minute conversation he got sick and tired of me inquiring for flooring that he said he didn't carry anything. Basically hung up on me. What a waste of time. If you can't even show interest for a customer inquiry here, I wouldn't fathom how bad it is if you actually purchase from these people. Would never let these guys close to my home.

The special did not allow me to pick out the granite but the granite I got was amazing and looks fantastic in the kitchen! I went in about a year before my purchase. I looked around and Ali walked me through my options. He was friendly and it was that memory that stayed with me when I was finally ready to do the cabinets. When I was finally ready to go, I set up an appointment and sat with Ali for about an hour deciding on all the details. I had plans for the kitchen from Home Depot, so they were able to use those as a guide. From start to finish, it took about 1.5 weeks. Memorial day was smack in the middle of my delivery so it took a bit longer to complete. Also, the condo I live in has never been upgraded, so we found a bit of rotted wood that I wanted to replace and I decided late in the game that I wanted a new sink. The first day Sergio came in and took down all the cabinets BY HIMSELF! He was absolutely amazing. He worked very hard and didn't take many breaks. I offered him water and pizza but he took some water and then worked until they were all out- IN ONE DAY! The second day we had to get the wood fixed up and we had to let that dry before they could proceed. When Sergio came back he had a helper and together they worked another long day and installed all the cabinets in 2 days. It was pretty amazing to watch them work. They were both very professional and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. They always asked me about choices and constantly reassured me that they wanted to make sure I was absolutely happy. As a female, its often hard to get contractors to do that! I got 3 estimates prior to settling on The Floor Center. KWW Kitchen Cabinets IGNORED ME. I find that contractors will often overlook me and go straight to the male I am with. I was starting to feel really disgruntled with the whole process. When I expressed my concerns to the Floor Center, the owner came out and spoke with me about his take on customer service. I felt that he was genuine and he lived up to his promise (sorry I forgot his name!) and Ali was great. I decided on a new sink- but the sink I purchased didn't fit- so I had to take it back. I was stuck with what I was going to do but they also have a selection of sinks and they had one very similar to the one I wanted! It took a day or two to come in but the sink looks exactly how I envisioned it! I was a little nervous about letting them choose the color granite for me but the special was as such. In the end, I am very happy with the granite color. It's a little darker than my wood and its solid. My kitchen is not very big and the remodel gives me a lot more space and functionality. I absolutely love the easy glide drawers. I recommend them to everyone! I love everything about my new kitchen.
