I got a matcha latte and it was delicious! They also have basque cheesecake which I will definitely try next time. There is lots of seating inside and it looks very comfy for studying. Staff were very friendly and I got my drink quickly.

Trendy date spot with modern decor. Even if your date is your laptop. Either way, there's a good bit of seating, plus tables on the second floor. Last I was here I enjoyed an espresso, a lovely dark roast, and a soothing post-lunch treat. I recommend getting your drink to stay, as everything tastes better in to-stay cups. Plus, why rush your drink? Will be back for another espresso - or maybe a cortado? Or maybe I'll bring coconut water and pour my espresso in it[1]. Shout out to Michelle for their service. Credit accepted. [1] Do you think I'm joking? ;p

Been here twice in 24 hours for the Double Matcha Moment - it's been on my mind since my last visit! The price for the quantity you get is also great. There's usually a wait on weekends but the line moves pretty fast. Definitely the best matcha I've found in Seattle so far! The interior is spacious with outdoor seating upstairs, a great spot to put your headphones in and get some work done too.

The interiors are cute!! And it's almost always busy. I got strawberry matcha. The strawberry is sweeten so I skipped additional sweeteners but the drink was still quite sweet. Overall if you are just doing take out it's kinda pricey at $8 per drink but makes more sense if you are sitting down with friends or working! Glad to have another matcha place in Fremont

This such a nice new cafe! I absolutely love the space inside with the high ceilings and minimalist decor. While the drinks are pricey, this is basically the average nowadays. They have both a downstairs and an upstairs which is really nice! I got the double matcha moment which was a matcha latte with a matcha cream top. Oat milk added an additional $0.75. The drink itself came out beautifully, and it was the perfect amount of matcha flavor and sweetness. The texture of the cream top was also spot on, as it wasn't too dense or too light. I'd be back to try the biscoff latte!

I came here with my friends on a Saturday morning and it was packed. The coffee shop has two levels. I really liked how they integrated some of the seating into the stairs. It reminded me of a library or a college campus setup, which made the space feel cozy and social at the same time. My friends and I ordered a variety of drinks to share and try, including the Biscoff latte, yuzu matcha tonic, and strawberry matcha. We also got the financier and creme brulee basque cheesecake, recommended by the staff. The strawberry flavor in the strawberry matcha overpowered the matcha, but the yuzu matcha tonic was delicious. The balance between the yuzu and matcha was really well done as some places only add a faint hint of yuzu. The Biscoff latte was also good, though a little messy to drink. The basque cheesecake was quite rich and heavy. The creme brulee topping was only on one side of the cheesecake. Honestly, it didn't add much flavor compared to a regular Basque cheesecake. The financier, unfortunately, was quite dry in texture that I wouldn't recommend.

Went on a Friday afternoon and the wait was maybe 10ish minutes. Tried a matcha and a coffee drink. The person taking our order was patient in explaining drinks when we had questions and let us know which drinks were sweeter than others. The person who gave us our finished drinks was kind and explained how to best enjoy our drinks. Seemed very busy with all the tables taken up by people working or just chilling. Double matcha: nice strong matcha flavor, we got light ice which comes in a smaller cup because they keep the ratios of milk and matcha the same as with regular ice. The matcha cream was thick and had great matcha flavor! I think I would add even a pinch more salt to it for flavor, but overall this was a really nice iced matcha drink! $8 Hot mocha: you can taste both the espresso and the chocolate. Very tasty mocha and not too sweet. I'd get this again! $7

Stopped by with two friends on a Friday morning. Got a double matcha moment, matcha moment, and an orange espresso tonic. We sat down on some plush couches, waited ~10 min for drinks. Decent amount of sunlight on the first floor in the morning. Restrooms upstairs, with more seating up there as well (more conducive to long term work since there are "real" tables). Plenty of outdoor patio seating. I really enjoyed the double matcha moment ($8), the "double" being the cream top. The matcha tasted fresh and concentrated. I tried the orange espresso tonic, which was also quite tasty and refreshing. Bus your own glasses in the back. Overall, good ambiance, friendly staff, with a premium for drink prices. I will say I think the togo cup sizes are contain more volume than the "drink-in" cups.

Strawberry Matcha - 5/5 Strawberry puree stands out and is strong. In comparison to other matcha spots in Seattle, the strawberry puree overpowers the matcha, but it's still good! I really enjoyed the matcha.

Fremont, the self proclaimed center of the universe, has quite the concentration of indie cafes. Ironically, Moment Coffee, the newest indie took over the former two story SBUX at the corner of N 34th & Fremont Ave. I happen to snag a 2 hour parking spot two blocks away and decided to check it out during their soft opening (4/30/26). Because this weekend, I didn't want to deal with Opening Day (sailing/boating season on Sat) & the Fremont Sunday Market, iykyk. However, if you're in the neighborhood as the first 30 customers, you'll receive a complementary financier. Moment Coffee has some outdoor seating, and ample indoor seating in their two story cafe. As I waited in line, I observed that they are well staffed, matcha properly whisked, and beverage orders made consistently. Not much left in the pastry & refrigerated cases since it was mid afternoon already. Sleek, modern, airy. Did not detect any music. Minimal decor because more windows than walls. I ordered an iced Einspanner to go. Not much available for seating, as the laptop crowd was out in force. Another viable choice in the ever evolving neighborhood.

I had already had a matcha earlier in the day, but as I was randomly roaming around Fremont, I came across Moment Coffee's soft opening. Perfect timing! The cafe is super spacious and has two stories full of seating not including outdoor tables. But it was so packed inside! The wait for my matcha latte and garlic thyme bun was a bit long, which I expected based on how busy it was. Definitely worth the wait though!! I think this was the best matcha I had while in Seattle. Super smooth, balanced matcha flavor and the drink itself wasn't too sweet. The warmed garlic thyme bun was delicious and buttery. I can't wait to come back when I visit Seattle again!

I went on their last day of soft opening on May 1 at around 2:50pm to an extremely crowded interior where pretty much every seat was filled - on both floors of this area. It's very minimal inside with upbeat yet chill music and completely fresh walls given they're in soft opening. Top floor has larger tables for larger (work) parties and a restroom that isn't locked by a code despite having a keypad on the doorknob, and main floor has more seats for 1-2 people. This is the Fremont area, so parking is rough. I've had better luck in general finding spots closer to the Fremont Troll, like when I came to Fremont for the likes of Kin Len and 19 Gold. Oh, those days when I drove and even walked a little farther to get some good food around there! Their soft opening menu is limited so they serve mostly coffee and matcha, along with a handful of pastries at the front that were almost out when I went since it is the afternoon already. Staff were pretty efficient in getting everyone's orders, and lines pretty much kept forming throughout my visit. They have a pretty good system with calling people's names when their orders are ready, and noise doesn't reverberate throughout the inside including the really noisy Fremont traffic during an odd 3pm rush hour, so that makes hearing names easier. Better yet for service, staff were also proactive in letting me and everyone who ordered drinks know to stir them well if needed. I was lucky to be able to snag a seat of my own so I could chill and enjoy my iced strawberry matcha with oat milk. The layer of matcha is huge and the oat milk layer was almost nonexistent when I got my drink, so I could taste the ceremonial matcha's floral, earthy notes... and a lot of it at that even after stirring the strawberry purée at the bottom of the drink. Not complaining though, I love my matcha and this was one of the strongest and most concentrated I've had in a while! I downed my drink quickly since it was really good, and saw ice filled about half my cup. Pretty decent first visit here, and the perfect place for a neighborhood that matcha hasn't really touched much of yet. Can't wait to see what they have for their grand opening!

The drinks here were really good. I appreciated the menu options, especially the number of matcha items. They do have dairy free and vegan options. The service was mostly good but my order came out separate by 5-10 minute per drink (unless someone grabbed my other drink by mistake which also seems possible). The only negative for me is that this spot is very popular and therefore felt way too crowded. That kinda impacted the overall vibes and ambiance, making it feel kinda too trendy and busy for me to really relax and enjoy myself. Picking up my drink felt like fighting through piranhas and the poor staff kept calling for people who seemed to have disappeared. I'd definitely come back once it calms down and it's in a great spot by the bus stop where the old Starbucks was! I really like their inside space and love that it's dog friendly.

A good day always starts with a good cup of coffee!…read more On our first morning in Seattle, my daughter and I found this little coffee shop nearby with excellent reviews, and it turned out to be a wonderful start to our day. My daughter ordered the June special, the Fruity Pebbles Cold Foam Cold Brew, while I chose the Brown Sugar Latte. The special drink was beautifully presented, and my daughter loved both its unique flavor and refreshing taste. My latte was made with Stamp Act Coffee, and I really enjoyed its clean, smooth, and naturally rich flavor. You can definitely tell they use high-quality beans. For breakfast, we paired our coffees with a croissant and the pumpkin nutty bread. Both were decent and convenient for a quick breakfast, though the coffee was definitely the highlight of our visit. If you're looking for a cozy neighborhood café with excellent coffee to start your day, this is a great spot to check out.

Matcha latte w/ almond milk was alright, knowing this can't be compared to what I can get at tea cafes. I love how they make this place green w/ all sorts of indoor plants. Plants do light up the area and mood given that Seattle can be so gloomy around this time. Def coming back if I'm in the area again.
