This place sort of surprised me. I walked in to this place a number of years ago and walked out because they had all you could eat sushi and assumed the quality of the place would be terrible. I don't know if it changed ownership or direction but now I've finally tried it. It was very good. Great quality, good service and an overall nice experience. This is my absolute favorite sushi spot north of seattle, bar none. First of all, the quality of the fish was fantastic. Our salmon and ahi were so smooth and buttery it was ridiculous. The sashimi we ordered might have well been steaks, the portions were enormous! We cut it into pieces and shared each across the family. We ordered a few specialty rolls which were all fantastic but the rainbow roll stuck out as one of the best I have ever had. Bonus, I fed 3 people for $46!! Couldn't believe how affordable it was especially with how much we ordered. Love this place and won't order sushi anywhere else in the everett/mill creek/lynnwood area!! Somebody left a review with ramen and will say there is 0 ramen here but did love the sushi and apps. Gyoza was great and karage was also great and kids loved it. All the rolls were actually really well done. Had the lion king, rainbow and black cod and were all amazing but the momo deep fried roll was okay not as good as the fresh rolls. Cannot rave about this spot enough. For the affordable price point, perfectly executed nigiri, and sashimi cut in a very authentic Japanese way, there's not much more you can ask for. My family, and I are basically regulars here, whenever we're debating on where to go out and eat, Momo's is always our first choice. They follow covid guidelines to a T, the service is phenomenal, and the food is so delicious. My family and I are Japanese and we know a well trained sushi chef when we see how precisely cut the sashimi is! They're so consistent in their food and service. First time eating at Momo, we took out: Rainbow Roll, Californian Roll and Chicken Terriyaki. None were good unfortunately. The chicken was super dry and drenched in sauce (literally no rice just a bath of salty Terriyaki) the fish sushi was bland and the California roll was also lacking flavor. We're currently eating chips because this dinner went in the trash.... After I posted this, the restaurant did reach out to better the situation. We love MOMO! They are always lovely and the pace to get food is perfect. We try to go when it's not as busy and we usually get a table right away. They have delicious rolls, sashimi and appetizers. There are so many different options to choose from. We tend to avoid rolls that have cream cheese or mayonnaise but there are lots of others. Makes great takeout but also it is nice to dine in (casual), have a beer or tea, and enjoy. Try the green village roll and go sea hawks, or red dragon if you like a little heat! Great quality, prices are a little high but they do match what they are serving. The service here, like a lot of Japanese restaurants I have been to is good. Not outstanding but no where near poor. There location is very nice if it is not a busy day. They are right in the town center so if it was busy, parking may be difficult. They have a great happy hour menu with pretty good prices, still high but not terrible. You also get complimentary edamame which is nicely seasoned and warm. The sashimi slices are huge (quite thick) so I would the price of $10 for 5 pieces is fair. The quality of the fish is also very good. The fish taste fresh and very buttery. Ordered katsu don and tempura udon. I've never been so disgusted by the food in my life. The udon had no taste or flavor, tasted like boiled water and mirin with no soy sauce. Even my dog wouldn't eat that. Then the katsu don is so salty it's as if they put the soy sauce for the udon into the katsu don instead. Wish i could get my money back. No one should be paying a premium for such garbage. A real chef should be taste testing the food before serving, i think most people understand that before serving any guests, but i guess they thought they'd be serving dogs. Going to lose my taste buds to the amount of salt in the katsu. After the post the business did reach out and I'm very grateful for the personal outreach to correct the problem. Since i can't blame the entire business for food quality in the kitchen, i would have to give it another try and order sushi instead. read more

Everything I've had was five stars..... you get complimentary miso with two rolls (I don't like miso so I don't know how good it is lol) but $3.50 for a wine pour on happy hour. 11:30-5:30 every day!!! I've had the same server twice and he is super sweet. Accommodating and was present but not over bearing. The yelp reviews speak for themselves. The sushi is always perfect and presented beautifully. Consistently excellent product and good value. Each roll is made with fresh ingredients and healthy portions. I feel the basic and specialty rolls are priced appropriately for what you get. The crazy tuna, double salmon, rainbow roll, and Momo roll are stacked high and delicious! The Philly and tuna roll (nice piece of tuna) are great and cheaper. The only thing I didn't love is the spicy tuna, they really mash it up, more than most places I've been. It's not the bad, just different. Side note: we've ate in house and got delivery. Fantastic. A low key vibe with high grade sushi. I was waited on hand and foot without feeling suffocated. They do have a "Specials" board but the items were all rolls or some combo of regular menu items. I would like to see them bring in fish that is not on the menu, so we can expand our sushi palate. We were in Lynnwood area and were in the mood for some fresh sushi. Then we saw Momo Sushi popped up as Hot & New. Checked out their menu and saw that they have really good selection of sashimi and traditional vs special sushi rolls. It was difficult choosing what to order cause the two of us wanted to try as many as possible but not to the point of overeating. As we were seated, a warm green tea and cold water were immediately brought to our table. Our server also brought a bowl of edamame which was cooked perfectly. Seriously was impressed with this place as great attention to details was put into everything! We flipped through the pages so many times before we decided on the classic Scottish Salmon & Bluefin Tuna sashimi (2 pcs each), the sashimi was very fresh and perfect serving temperature. Tender and melt in your mouth, specially the salmon one! We ordered Alaska Roll (salmon and avocado) and Unagi Roll (eel with avocado). Again the salmon was very fresh and unagi was cooked perfectly. For their special rolls we decided to try their Miso Black Cod Roll (hikari miso marinated & panko crusted black cod with asparagus, avocado, yuzu miso, sweet aioli) and Mill Creek Roll which has spicy shrimp, spicy scallop, snow crab, avocado, deep fried, spicy eel sauce, masago & green onion. The asparagus in the Miso Black Cod lends a great flavor into the overall taste of the roll. My favorite is the Mill Creek Roll! It was perfectly juicy and spicy. Service was very quick and attentive. Multiple servers came to our table to check on us. The place is clean with minimal decors. Lightning is very cozy but a bit tricky to take photos of the actual fresh and beautiful sushi but not a big deal. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. And currently they have an opening promo that everything is 20% off until Oct 25th! If it's not for the fact that it's a bit of a drive from our home, we'd probably come back here more often. If you're looking for a fresh, quality sushi/sashimi, I really recommend this place. read more

On our way to Central Market we saw the new MOMO Sushi, so we stopped in to grab a bite before grocery shopping. Looking through the menu, they have such a wide variety of foods, cooked - sushi. We stuck with sushi. We got the Spider, Fresh Philly, Peach Blossom, Caterpillar roll and Ika/Baby Squid nigiri. Everything was SO GOOD. Fish tastes so fresh, the presentation was done perfectly. The Peach Blossom Roll was a soy wrap, which was the first time for us to try that kind of wrap. It was delicious. It just seemed very light to eat compared to the normal seaweed wrap. The service was great and we liked how they give you a small bowl of edamame to snack on while your food is being prepared. We will definitely come back for more! read more

The sushi was excellent and the rolls my husband had were fresh and light yet full of flavor. We had the spider roll, Wakame salad, spicy salmon roll, and the Fire Kiss Roll, all of which were very good. The prices are also much better than the previous restaurant (NJoy). In fact, I already thought the prices were attractive and decent but we also got a 20% discount for checking in on FB (or Yelp), so our meal was less than $30. Great deal, and really great sushi. MOMO Sushi is in the same space that used to be occupied by N'Joy Sushi, but even though it pretty much looks identical, MOMO is a hugely different experience. Everywhere that N'Joy failed, MOMO is a success and this new restaurant is worth a visit. Just as before, parking at MOMO is a relatively simple affair; Mill Creek Town Center usually has plenty of spaces available in the Central Market parking lot or, if you're lucky, a street spot right in front of the restaurant. Inside, the layout and decor of the restaurant are identical to the old N'Joy Sushi -- no new paint, no new furniture, exact same table layout. Humorously, the sign outside the restaurant is just a cloth banner that reads "MOMO Sushi" covering up the old "N'Joy Sushi & Roll" sign, which is lit up and night and still clearly shines through the cloth banner. I did note, thankfully, that they reupholstered the chairs to fix the dirty tattered furniture of the old restaurant. The servers are extremely attentive (almost overly so; they come around no less than every 5 minutes) and polite. The food is good. Nothing to blow you away but certainly satisfying. The edamame they brought out as an amuse bouche was clearly microwaved from frozen and sprinkled with standard table salt. But it was free so who cares. The miso soup was a little on the bland side but otherwise tasted normal. I tried a spicy tuna roll, a couple of traditional rolls (cucumber and yellowtail) and the katsu chicken curry. Again, all good. Certainly nothing at all to complain about. As with all restaurants at Mill Creek Town Center, prices are a little on the high side thanks to the high rent prices charged by the landlord, but for the convenience and the quality of the food, it's still worth your time to come check it out. read more

NEW RESTAURANT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD: I have walked by this restaurant few times & it always looks great. My best friend and I decided to finally stop by and give them a try. When you first walk in, the staff respectfully greet you, give you a choice where to sit, hands us the menu & serves our beverages. It's quiet, & extremely quaint place. Momo sushi is great! One of my go to sushi places especially when im in the mill creek/bothell area. They have great prices for lunch and happy hour and I really like their quality of sashimi. Their rolls are good too. I think I like the dragon roll the best because it has the unagi and unagi sauce with avocado. The udon noodles and fresh tempura are also a must try here too. Its a great lunch meal to warm your tummy and soul. They usually get pretty busy on the weekends which is great to see. The servers are all super nice and sometimes it is fun to sit at the sushi bar and chat with the chef! I would also definitely recommend this place for a date night or first date because its a more casual/nice sushi restaurant that doesn't make you feel like everyone is trying too much to be fancy.
