    Mink Ming Shrimp

This place never disappoints! The food is always amazing and so fresh. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and the wait staff are consistently kind and attentive. Some of my absolute favorites: the Ming shrimp and lettuce wraps (so crispy and flavorful, perfect starters!), the sizzling rice soup (my #1 go-to), and the steak and chicken dishes, which are always cooked perfectly. Honestly, I can't even pick a favorite dish because everything is so good. Highly recommend if you're looking for great food, great service, and a great vibe!

They do a pretty good set of food for Happy Hour. Maybe slightly pricier than other places but they have alot of sushi rolls on the menu. Service is good. Opens at 330, but people seemed to start rolling in around 4-430pm. Parking is good except on Wednesday when they do the club night. I liked the Gyoza alot and thought the sushi was good. Not pictured is pad thai, which was a dinner menu item and not a happy hour item. That was so-so, their version has a sauce which tasted good but wasn't what I was expecting.

We went here for dinner Saturday night May 31, and had excellent service and food. The ambiance was nice-quite quiet-easy to converse.

The food was really good, but the atmosphere wasn't what I expected. For the price, I thought it would feel a little more elevated. The paper tablecloth and menus made the experience feel cheaper than expected, especially for a graduation meal. I noted on the reservation that it was a celebration, but nothing about the experience really felt special. I'd still eat here again, but probably not for a special occasion.

Top level Asian fusion / Chinese / Japanese restaurant owned by generations of the Chinese family (where Gloria Chin, the Hollywood actress belonged to but not the same Chin's where Vincent Chin hailed from. Interior vibe very cool with very awesome paintings on the wall; there are also stylish areas for sitting outside and in atriums. The Kim chi crabcakes were exceptional and the spicy seafood noodles were also very good. Service also very attentive. Highly recommended!

The spicy chili garlic seasoning added the perfect amount of spice. And they even bring out extra spice to the table, if you need more! The fresh house-made noodles were cooked perfectly. The toppings -- marinated egg, green onions, bamboo shoots, kikurage mushrooms, and sesame seeds -- all came together really well. I added soybeans to my bowl. Definitely one of the best ramen bowls I've had in Michigan. I'll be back for sure. Service was quick. And even at 4pm, the place was already packed. My belly was so happy after this meal!

Not really much of an ambiance - it's a very casual place with pretty basic decor. Everyone working there was friendly and our food was brought out to us in a reasonable amount of time. I got the classic tonkotsu ramen and it was really good! The broth was flavorful and complex, the pork was tender, and the egg perfectly jammy. Apparently they make their noodles fresh everyday. The price of a ramen bowl was on par with what I'm used to (~$20 with tax + tip) but the sushi seemed a little pricey. I will have to come back to try it.

They have booths as well as tables and chairs and they offer outdoor seating as well. Our server was helpful with us as we perused the menu. We ended up settling on the Happy Hour Menu which had $3-$6-$9 options of both food and drinks. The food options are smaller versions of the main entrees except for the sushi- that was full size! We ordered drinks, sushi, sliders, Parmesan Chicken, and Edamame. I was so hungry that I started eating everything when it arrived so I don't have a lot of pics. All of it was SO good! We couldn't believe the prices - we decided we'll be back often as the Happy Hour Menu is also available before lunch and late night (after 9pm). Such a great deal!

As you walk in the door there is a stench of old grease, as if something needed a 'deep cleaning'. Then there was an issue with gnats (not cool!!) This was also excellent. The server was great, knowledgeable and personable. A1! I would recommend a night crew come in and find the source of that rancid smell. (Also the glass to the Sushi Case was filthy... Which is why I DID NOT order Sushi) This establishment needs a little more effort to get back to what it should be.

The noodles were thick and toothy with a savory and especially tasty sauce. The combination of shrimp and scallops was buttery. The vegetables had a natural earthiness. And whoever mops the floors must have an irrational childhood fear of cleaning corners. Although the floors themselves are clean, each corner has a disgusting black buildup of filth. Likewise, the sinks in the bathroom. They have not been cleaned well in a very long time. Food: the beef roll pie is delicious. The marinated beef is OK but should be served cold, not room temperature. The steamed dumplings were OK too. However, the noodle dishes were oily, bland, flavorless, and just seasoned with a sweet brown sauce. Further, there is almost no meat to be found in the noodle dishes. What I had looked to be scraps. I paid three dollars extra to have the wide hand cut noodle. It was basically served raw to me. Service: this place has no concept of service. Food comes out haphazardly. First I got my entrée, then my daughter got her entree, then we got two appetizers. Sometime later, my son got his entrée, and the steamed dumplings came. Never once was an empty dish taken away, and never once was a water glass refilled. Service here is absolutely awful. Other than the beef roll pie, there isn't a single redeeming quality about this place. The food is awful, the service is terrible, all surfaces are sticky and dirty. Avoid this place at all cost.
