Situated right in the middle of the indoor portion of the old and touristy Tin City... don't take this wrong, I love Tin City... it's a bit dated, but still manages to attract attention and fun and crowds. The restaurants are either offer decent good or great ambiance (hopefully both) but inside the "mall portion" it's like a bit of a time warp with a musky scent, wood walls and just what you'd expect from the decor and shops... and then you come across THIS gem of an oasis. They managed to empower the dated wood panels by added the right colors and thatch roofing (overhangs in the store with dried palm frowns)... and monkeys (NOT LIVE); it's almost like a Tahitian ambiance. Once you start to see all the various goodies to chow down on... oh yeah, your mouth will be watering... unless you hate all things delicious and loaded with sugar (like by friend John; he'd hate it... but my family and I were loving it). There's an area with a sign "ISLAND GOLD" with all sorts of mixed bagged with buttered toffee (with nuts, or pretzels or chocolate drizzle) but it was the "BUTTERED TOFFEE PUFF CORN"... you want this ! you need this ! you are getting this ! I got this ! I loved this ! AND, just like the broadway show "Cats", I will do it again and again and again... Then there's the Fudge counter... I mean, it's fuck#ing delicious! There is also a drink menu... with various coffee options; but then it moves into the sugary stuff... Fruit Smoothies and even more exciting they have a selection of ISLAND FREEZES... My wife thought the coffee was just average and I liked my BANANAS & CREAM Island Freeze but my heart is still with the bag of Puffed Corn and Fudge... They also have bagged coffee beans (great scents), candied walnuts, key lime cookies and more... Ironically the place is all about the MON"KEY" BUNTZ (Monkey Bread) or at least the name of the place says so... but we haven't tried it yet. I will eventually but each time I come I am enamored by the Puffed Corn and magically compelled to buy another bag !

It was like a scene from a cartoon--the aroma literally lured us in off the street! While we didn't try the Monkey Buntz or the sugar-roasted nuts this time, we did grab the Pineapple and Raspberry Dole Whips. They were incredible: light, refreshing, and the perfect treat. Even with just two people working, the service was impressively quick. This place is a must-visit for the smell alone!

This is a great little store and definitely the highlight of tin city, great variety of sweet treats, but they have real deal dole whip. Same machine and ingredients that Disney uses. You will find this nowhere else outside of Orlando. And the owner is really wonderful and truly loves her products.

TE* Traditional Monkey Buntz (Apple) is delicious!

Located in the Tin City shops, this is a must stop for coffee and a sweet dessert! It's a cute, small little shop with limited seating inside. They sell coffee, slushie like drinks, fudge and of course their famous monkey buntz dessert. Our family tried the traditional and apple. Apple must be a popular sell because we were only able to get 2 for our party. Make sure you get the icing (it's consistent to cinnamon roll texture and taste) so very sweet if that's your sweet tooth craving like mine. We had a little bit of a drive home so reheated one in the microwave for 30 seconds and it was just as delicious! Very fresh tasting and definitely sweet treat! Good to eat there or take home. Also tried the mango guava slushie drink. It was very refreshing (again sweet) on a hot FL day. Flavor was good for a drink and didn't leave a sugary taste in my mouth. Total was about $50 for 3 slushies and 3 buntz. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!

After our bicycle tour of Naples and before dinner on the water, we picked up two "individual"-sized mini Bundt cakes. I can't remember the flavor we chose in addition to the classic because both tasted the same to us. They keep in the fridge and heat up well in the microwave. We each ate a half plus fresh fruit and either yogurt or a hard-boiled egg for breakfast the next two mornings. The staff member who assisted us was friendly and helpful.

I'll admit that I'm not a big monkey bread fan, but when I heard about this place that serves it up fresh and in multiple varieties at Tin City in Naples, I had to venture over to try it out. The shop sells a variety of nuts, baked goods, and drinks, but monkey bread is their specialty. The shop is decorated well and has some seating to enjoy your purchase while it's hot and fresh. Although it was a bit overkill, we went with both the coconut and pecan varieties of monkey bread (about $8 each). Both were delicious with their respective flavors and while the cream was a bit sweet, it tasted great having been poured on freshly upon ordering. I honestly couldn't pick one over another since both were delicious. Since I have no basis of comparison for fresh monkey bread, and the service by the girl working the counter was super friendly, happy to give them 5 stars, as it was tasty and satisfying for a specialty dessert place. While I don't think monkey bread will ever take off as a go-to dessert for the masses, it's definitely worth a stop off at this unique Tin City shop to see for yourself.

What a cool store located inside Tin City! We stumbled upon in while shopping and walking around! The decor is cool and tropical, the merchandise is fabulous, a great array of local treats! We went for the fudge and boy we are so glad! We got a chunk of raspberry and chocolate (my favorite) - flavorful and soft, peanut butter and chocolate (my husband can't have enough of it) - tender and not too sweet, and chocolate w. walnuts - everyone in the group shared it and loved it. We brought some back to LA, transported well because the nice gals working here did an amazing job cutting it into small pieces and packing it so well! They have orange and lime glazed covered cookies - great for souvenirs and gifts, we'd like to try next time. Same with the monkey buns - they look like so much fun! Best fudge we had in a while!!! Great selection, fresh and smooth, perfect while on vacation! Great store - if you need to get a gift or a treat for yourself, look no more!

Perfect monkey bread with perfect amount of icing. Brought them back to hotel and 30 seconds in the microwave and sugary, buttery, cinnamon bliss. Tried original and blueberry topping. Both were great

I saw this place advertised and had to check it out. This store is located inside what is known as Tin City. It is in the back section, store 307. Did not spend much time here. They have prepackaged nuts, puff corn, fudge, key lime flavored items, in addition to the Monkey Bunz. Prices are a little steep for the pre packaged nuts. (the price of similar size packages at sporting events are cheaper then at this store). I did get a package of candied pecans, which were good, but are better when warm. I also purchased 2 of the original Monkey Bunz with pecans. They put a dollop of cream cheese icing on top. The flavor was good, but when I make monkey bread it is really gooey. This had some 'goo' on top, under the nuts, but that was all. They also offer Apple, Blueberry, Strawberry, Peanut Butter flavored ones as well. I would recommend you try it at least once and judge for yourself!

While on vacation we decided to shoot over to Tin City to do some shopping and popped into Mon Key Buntz for a snack. I'd heard a couple people mention it, but we weren't planning on coming here...just stopped in on a whim. Really glad we DID stop in because Holy crap this is delicious!! We only got one (cinnamon) and four forks. As you can see by my pic I barely had time to get my phone out before it was all gone. I can't speak to the other items in the store (fudge looked great), but we all loved the tasty treat after walking around for a while.

I was told by my friend Holly S. that the next time I was in Naples, I needed to try to monkey bread in Tin City. This girl knows her sweets so when she tells you to go, you go. Although historic Tin City is a maze of small shops, Mon Key Buntz was easy to find since it is listed outside the front door. What is monkey bread you might ask? The answer is it is a round, sweet pull apart loaf. The Reagans were huge fans and served it to guests every Christmas in the White House. There are different theories about the treat derived its name. Some say it resembles a monkey puzzle tree while others say you pick it apart like a monkey. According to Mrs. Regan it was because you have to monkey around when making it. I loved the tropical vibe of this shop as soon as I walked through the door. It is so cute. In addition to their famous monkey bread, they also sell coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, Florida orange treats, fudge, caramel apples, toffee popcorn, and lavazza, an Italian espresso coffee bar. As enticing as all those other things sounded, I was there to try to the signature monkey bread which they describe as a cross between a cinnamon roll and a bundt cake. There are many flavors to choose from and I wish they listed them on a board somewhere instead of having to ask the girl to do a run down. Flavors of monkey bread include key lime, coconut, banana, orange, pecan pie, caramel apple, blueberry, chocolate chip, and maple syrup and bacon. I opted for the traditional Cinnamon"Key" which is cinnamon caramel bread with streusel crumb topping drizzled with vanilla cream. You can eat your bread there or take it to go but before they hand it to you they pop it in the microwave for a quick warm up. The monkey bread was as decadent as its description. I could only eat a few bites and ended up picking at it throughout the day. One bread is $6, not exactly cheap but worth it for a vacation treat. I like that it is different from the the typical ice cream places although Tin City has one of those to. This is the first monkey bread place I have come across. If you are looking for something sweet and that you may not have tried before, a lot of folks swear by Mon Key Buntz.

This is the kind of place where they seem to have taken a nutritionist and chef to put together the cleanest, freshest ingredients packed with the most nutrients possible and prepared them in the most delicious and tastiest way possible! Not only are the menu items sophisticated and cravable, they are absolutely wonderful for your health and well-being. Served in a beachy chill ambient Miami vibe, it could transform the most stressful day. I found the service helpful, kind and professional. While incredibly busy during lunch service, Staff could keep up with the demand and everything was absolutely spotless! I HIGHLY recommend the spicy Thai almond salad to amp up the protein of your choice. Packed with nutrients it also is a fantastic combination of flavors, crunch and Miami heat. I also tried the "Welcome to Miami" passion fruit, mango and banana smoothie. It was the perfect combination to calm down the heat from my salad and create the feeling of a day on the the tropical seaside! While you can get the food to go or delivered, this is definitely the place to people watch even though you might have to wait for a table.

We had heard so much about the strawberry matcha, so of course we tried it. It was good and clearly popular, but just not our personal favorite. That said... the food completely won us over. Everything we tried was genuinely impressive. The toasted chicken and summer chicken bowl were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced -- the kind of dishes that feel light but still satisfying. The baked empanadas were another standout, and the orange poppyseed loaf absolutely stole the show. I will genuinely be thinking about that loaf for a while. One thing that really stood out was how helpful everyone was. Even though it's self-seating, there's plenty of staff around and lots of seating, so it never feels chaotic or awkward like some fast-casual spots can. The whole experience still feels polished and intentional. So while we may not be rushing back for the matcha, we will absolutely be back for the food. This is an easy, high-quality spot that's perfect for a quick lunch that still feels elevated. Already looking forward to our next visit (and yes, another poppyseed loaf).
