    CHICKEN PASTA ALFREDO
    Jané J.

I stopped by for dinner on a Saturday evening and sat at the bar. Service was friendly and efficient, and my food came out in a timely manner. I ordered the Chicken Pasta Alfredo, which was creamy and had a nice flavor. I also tried the sweet potato beignets. They were good, but the flavor stood out more from the sauce on top rather than the sweet potato filling itself. Overall, it was a nice experience. I enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and my meal. I'd visit again to try more from the menu.

Every time I pass by Monday it's always crowded with people willing to park a few blocks a way and walk over. It was finally time for me to give it a try. Monday is first come first serve, no reservations, and your entire party has to be there for them to seat you. There's also a 2 hour limit from when you sit down. There's a huge outdoor area which is where we were seated. I came for their Happy Hour which is pretty solid. Most of their drinks are at a discounted price and a select few appetizers were also included. I tried the mojito why was super refreshing! And my friend tried a strawberry beverage. We also got a few appetizers to share: the eggrolls, wings, and truffle fries! All if it was good. My favorite was the truffle fries, you can see how much parmesan and flavor is on them in the picture. Service: Our server was super nice and knowledgeable Drinks: So many options, there menu wasn't up to date (no tap beer). But there are plenty of yummy cocktails. Happy Hour: All day Monday and 3-6pm on weekdays Outdoor Seating: Yes, a lovely area which they keep cool with fans Parking: They have a parking lot and lots of street parking in the neighborhood

This is a very nice establishment. Our server was extremely attentive and professional. To be honest the only reason they are getting 4-stars is because I hate eating cold food. I'm not sure if it was because it's was 8 of us and they waited for everyone food to be prepared to bring it out or what, beats my Mac and cheese was cold. The cheese on top was very hard. The dirty rice was cold but the fish was hot. The food did not hit like i thought it would. I might go back to try with a smaller group but the experience was okay. The music was on point though.

Monday definitely lives up to the hype. Just left there with a belly fully and truly happy I chose to eat brunch here. Our server was Lane and she was very attentive and patient with us. We ordered the catfish + grits along with the lamb chops + grits, which were slap yo mama type good. THE SWEET POTATOES BEIGNETS ARE A MUST. Pro tip: pairs well with their soft serve ice cream (yum). Visiting from MN, and I can surely say I'd be back anytime I'm in LA again.

Okay flies aside (lol), this place has really great food! Everything that our group ordered was a hit! And the music playlist that was pumping through the speakers - I need that! This will definitely be a repeat stop for trips to New Orleans in the future.

I had high expectations for this place but everything just was okay sadly. The food we had was not bad but several items were just lukewarm and not hot. Shrimp and grits should be hot not warm. Maybe my expectations were too high since I had seen alot of hype on social media about this place.

Respectfully, I can't justify waiting nearly two hours with a confirmed reservation for a large party and if it wasn't for my cousins special day I would not have stayed. The ambiance and aesthetic is on point and this indoor out door restaurant is huge and af (people were arriving by the car load non stop). Helpful Tip: ticket times were impressive. Our food arrived within minutes of ordering. The chicken biscuit was underwhelming and there was no flavor profile at All and it was warm in temp for a fried item. The grits were perfect! Would I voluntarily wait two hours again nope but I would consider coming back in the future with hopes of a five star experience

Was everything music people food was more than we expected yummy come try it Family loved it too

Monday gets really busy so I would suggest you make a reservation. Even though we did, we did still have to wait a little bit for our table to be cleared. Very lively restaurant and perfectly suits a nicer brunch vibe. I really enjoyed the frozen margarita flight I got. The flavors were fantastic. Favorite may have been the blueberry. Sweet potato beignets are actually not sweet at all - without the sauce. I think that's what carries most of the dish. I can't say I would get them again, but I wouldn't say don't try them.

Hadn't been back here in a while and I'm glad we stopped in. The patio is completely covered with plenty of fans and three beautiful trees evenly spaced. Even in the summer heat it was pleasant to be outside. We got all the happy our offerings for food and each dish was impressive. We only wished we could have chosen the temperature of our burger, but we didn't ask. Our server Sunshine was very friendly and attentive.

We ordered the chicken cracklins which is just deep fried chicken skin, came with a spicy sweet and sour sauce which was really spicy but nothing special. The star of the show the shrimp and grits! So flavorful and savory licked everything off the plate. The honey biscuit was well seasoned too but the portion was a bit small. For dessert the sweet potato beignets are a must have! Tasted like a bit of thanksgiving heaven. Loved the vibes there and staff were amazing! I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

It was packed this day I went, on this day they were very efficient and the restaurant is definitely bigger than what I was initially able to see just from outside. The dip was OKAY. The catfish platter didn't necessarily blow me away, but it definitely something that reminds me of a Sunday after church situation. I'd like to come back and explore the menu more. Definitely worth the trip.

This was my third time here. The food was hot and the portion sizes are good. However, compared to the last two times (a while back), the gumbo lacked as much flavor. To my surprise, it did come with a large grilled cheese. I realize I didn't specify that I wanted the small gumbo when ordering so I received and was charged for the large one. The Chicken Alfredo pasta was decent. I would have enjoyed an iced tea with it but the bartender never got back with me about the types of sweeteners on hand.

BLACKENED REDFISH, DIRTY RICE, SHRIMP GRITS and PANCAKES. Also SWEET POTATOES BEIGNETS not shown in the picture.

How do I make a reservation for a large party ? I've called 6 times yesterday nobody picked up?

Hi you can make reservations on open table for parties 6 and under. I had a party of 11 and had to physically go to the restaurant the day before in person to make reservations.

Do they have offered hookah here?

    No, they don't.

Is all day happy hour on Monday only at the bar area and do I need a reservation?

No, it's throughout the whole restaurant. You don't need a reservation.

    Is there a happy hour?

Yes. Happy hour is Wed-Friday from 4pm-7pm

Once the sun went down and the temperature started dropping, they turned it on and it was perfect. It kept us warm and made the whole setup even better. There was crawfish being sold, and of course I had to get some. It was so good and definitely added to the experience. The place was packed because of the game, but the bar inside moved surprisingly fast. There were plenty of bartenders working, so I didn't have to wait long at all. The crowd here is always friendly, which makes a big difference during big events like this. I really enjoyed myself watching the game. The only thing I wish they had was a few blankets available since it does get chilly outside at night. Also, no pets were allowed because of how large the crowd was for the Super Bowl, which makes sense. I've brought my dog before on regular visits and can't wait to bring her back again. Wrong Iron always delivers a good time. I'll definitely be back.
