Being that this was my first-time car purchase over the Internet, I was very cautious every step of the way. I had been searching for a Mercedes-Benz CL-550 4Matic for six months. It seemed like every dealership I looked at had horrible customer reviews. They ranged from unscrupulous sales tactics and exorbitant dealer fees tacked on after an agreed-upon price and more. Bait and switch advertising for cars sold already and remained on their site to lure potential buyers into contacting them.

We exchanged emails where I asked many detailed questions, and James was transparent across the board with every email and phone call. He picked up the phone every time I called and replied to all emails within minutes. Their facilities are beautiful, adding more buildings. The grounds are kept impeccable--all the signs of a thriving business nearly 100 years old, which tells you volumes about their integrity, loyalty, and honesty to their customers.
There were no dealership fees above the advertised sales price, and James laid out all the costs in writing. We did a Zoom meeting where James went into great detail as if I were there in person showing the interior, exterior, under the hood, and working every control on the dashboard and console. I have never received such stellar service from any dealer as I had with Monicatti Auto Sales.
They earned my total trust, and I decided to proceed with the purchase. It went smooth, we closed the sale in one day, and the car was delivered from Michigan to New Jersey the next day. The car was even in better condition than I thought or saw in photos and live Zoom meeting, it was in impeccable mint condition, and the price was fair and exceeded expectations. James's price estimated for shipping was $150 higher than he quoted at the beginning of our conversations, and the dealership held their original quoted price, which was terrific and unexpected.
Service after the sale has remained consistent before the deal too. He discovered the car had a second key and tracked down the original owner to have it sent to me.
