From the outside, this place doesn't look like much. I would have never stopped in, but my Mother had a coupon and it is very close to her house. I was very happily surprised when we stepped inside. It is a very cozy and inviting space, there are charming little booths and a very nice bar area. The food (we have been there several times now) is always very fresh. They have the best Salmon Burger I have ever had. Also, the Vegetarian and Vegan Burgers are delicious. The salads are always the freshest ingredients and I love that there are so many healthy options. They also have the best Fish and Chips around. The owner, Constantine is so inviting and very accommodating. This is in my opinion, the best restaurant in Monroe. read more

I met my good friend today for lunch. It was blazing hot out today. Constantine had a gazpacho. I didn't try it but thought it was literally cool on such a hot day. The menu was easy to manage and owner and chef, Constantine made a few suggestions. He was very friendly and attentive. We both had salads and they came out in huge bowls. I had the spinach and beet salad with a lemon vinegarette topped with chicken. I liked that the spinach was cold as was the grilled chicken. I hate it when they put a big hunk of warm chicken on some sad lettuce. The beets tasted good. The salad was lightly dressed, not too heavy handed. We had some kind of farm bread with sweet butter to start and a nice glass of Eco Domanie white wine, finishing with a nice espresso. My friend and I had plenty of time to catch up in a very clean and hip atmosphere. I loved the flowers on each table and the big bunch of sunflowers. Best of luck Constantine! We will be back! I really can't say anything bad about this place. I went on an Open Mic night, and the atmosphere was terrific. The performers were great, not too loud, and only served to add to the evening's enjoyment. The owner and wait staff were charming and attentive, but didn't hover. Our food was really good, and the beer and wine selection offered a wide range of choices. Maybe they should dim the lights a bit to get a little bit more of an "atmosphere" going. Stopped in yesterday and I was impressed. I came for a very late lunch and enjoyed their $14 special. I started with lentil soup that was quite tasty. I selected the burger cooked mr, it came out more medium but still tasted great. I took my cheesecake home and enjoyed it later in the night. I enjoyed two delicious cocktails - the lemonade and gimlet. They have a great happy hour and I also signed up with Yelp to get cash black a few months ago and this is the first time I used it. We tried this place last night. We were very happy with the happy hour specials, appetizers and our entrees. They have the best bourbon glazed wings(not on the happy hour menu, but so well worth the price) and the crab cake, on the happy hour menu was very good(a lot of crab and a little breading.) The entrees did not disappoint. My son had the house burger and it was perfectly cooked as well as very tasty. I had the stuffed chicken breast that was good, cooked well and not dry. I liked the roasted julienne vegetables and the mashed potatoes that accompanied the meal. The entree selections were limited. The service was excellent! Attentive but not annoying. The wait staff was very upbeat and seemed happy to be working. We are definitely going back with my husband who was at a work function that included dinner! read more

We just left this restaurant and we're very impressed! Happy hour is 7 days a week until 7pm, with drink and app specials. We all enjoyed our meals, especially their signature burger. Dessert special was a chocolate lava cake that we all loved. Our waiter, David, was exceptional and very attentive. The atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting. Popped in after a hike. We sat at the bar and had a couple of draft beers which were delicious and they have rotating taps. They had different varieties and some good IPAs. The food was delicious we had a salmon BLT sandwich with a side of salad, and also the Brussels sprouts and cod sandwich. The food here is awesome. I ordered the ribeye medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. My girlfriend ordered the scallops with mushroom rissoto and it was incredibly delicious. The owner is a very friendly guy. He came out to meet us, asked how the food was, and thanked us for coming. We also had a pleasant conversation with Sydney out bartender. Really nice establishment finally in Monroe! Much needed restaurant that hits all the marks here in Monroe right on Route 25. Look past the strip mall location and take the time to patronize this fine new eatery. Hopefully this welcome change will encourage more retail establishments of this caliber in this little strip of Monroe. For now Monroe Social has started a much needed movement of change in our small town. My wife and I have eaten here twice now and plan on returning. The food is great, the service is friendly and inviting; you feel like a regular in an establishment that has been here for awhile on your first visit, and the atmosphere is a nice upgrade to our town. It is welcoming and homey while being current and sharp. We had the bison burger, stuffed chicken, and roasted half chicken, happy hour drinks, and dessert service. On both our visits everything was to our liking. Great food prepared well with simple presentation that makes this place a stand out and the only establishment of its kind in town. We know call this our place and hope that others will soon feel the same way. On both visits we complimented them on the service, food, and venue and the owner came out to greet us. They are working hard to make everyone feel so welcome and it is amazing that such a small place can feel happy hour right, family friendly, and perfect for a date night, but this place delivers in aces! The venue is open yet they have set up in a way that each section of the restaurant feels like separate vignettes. So if you are there with your family you won't feel like your at a happy hour place, and if you are there as a couple you won't feel as if you are in a family place, and if you go for happy hour you are sure to feel happy you did. That is very hard to pull off in any place never mind a small venue in a strip mall, but they have managed to do just that while serving really good comfort food with a fresh look and taste. I only knocked 1 star off because they didn't offer us the specials or bread even though we heard them offering it to other tables. Other than that, the wait staff is super friendly. Can I just say how great this place is? We've been here four times and every time the staff has been beyond gracious, genuine and helpful. You can't find this around here these days! Was in a mood for a good burger. Checked Yelp reviews and found Monroe Social. It was Sunday so they had a menu for brunch where they offered unlimited mimoas, bellinis and bloody mary's for $17. Menu is really interesting and I'm happy to try other items on my next visit but on this visit, we were there for a burger!! We did start with their Blackened Roasted Wings app and I wasn't disappointed. The sweet and spicy were perfectly matched. Burgers are build your own style and I had a beef burger, with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheddar, pork belly and a fried eggs, my side choice was zucchini fries!! It was a really good burger...nice size..thick patty. Zucchini fries are amazing and there's a lot of them (easily shared). Oh, I forgot we each ordered flights as they offer quite a few craft and IPAs. My husband had a burger as well but kept it simple with just bacon and blue cheese and ordered regular fries. We were both happy with our meals and I look forward to visiting again. read more

Love this place. I drop in at least once every couple of weeks and grab lunch with my wife pretty frequently. Awesome service - I've been here many times and I've never had a bad experience with any server/bartender. Menu is great and they offer a lot beyond your typical bar fare. Brussel sprouts are awesome, adult grilled cheese was fantastic (it's more than just a grilled cheese; it's for adults). They just hooked up another set of taps, so they've got 15 on draft now, I believe - and always seem to have at least 3 from Veracious, which is a great local brewer. I always have an all-around great experience whenever I venture to Monroe Social. read more
